Absolutely love my new SUV. I had totaled my car, i called Link Ford and they were quick to help me get a new vehicle. Ford staff was wonderful and courteous. I called while on a road trip about an issue i was having with my screen. LOGAN was so patient with me and helped me fix it. No problems after that. I will definitely continue to purchase my vehicles from Link.

Kurt was amazing to deal with! Worked endlessly to get me into my new ride! Even when a few unexpected issues happened with the vehicle, he made it happen to get them corrected! Thanks Kurt! Repeat customer here!!

Purchased a new 2023 F150 from Links. We've been dealing with Links for almost 50 years and there's a reason why. Sales and Services departments have done a great job making sure the customer is happy. Thanks guys!!

Our new car purchase with Link Ford was a terrific experience! From the sales person, TC, to the finance person, Joey, to Alex, who walked us through the technology before we drove it away - everyone seemed very happy to be there, and very happy that we were there:) The staff was very good at what they do, and we will most certainly be back!

The service staff at LinkFord is friendly, knowledgeable and always accommadating. They've kept all my older vehicles running for many years. Also, we just purchased a new 2023 Ford Explorer and are thrilled with this SUV and the sales process and sales staff. My wife and I highly recomend using Link Ford & RV - Minong for all your service and vehicle purchase needs.

Outstanding Service!Marc Anderson provided the best service I have ever received when purchasing a car. He went through each and every aspect of my new car and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I have been working with Link Ford for years and can't say enough about all of the employees and their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. I'm always greeted warmly at Link Ford when I get service repairs for my vehicle. The salesman we dealt with always talks to me when I'm there. That personal touch will always get me back to them.

I highly recommend Link Ford in Minong for the purchase of a vehicle and service. I worked with both Tom and Joey the past few weeks and relied on their expertise to find the right vehicle for me (Currently it is almost impossible to find a good vehicle at a reasonable price due to chip shortage, markets, etc). They are both extremely knowledgeable, personable, not "pushy"; they WANT you to walk away a happy, satisfied customer and work hard at that. They continually addressed my concerns and questions (I had many!).A couple of days ago I was in the waiting room where 2 ladies were talking about their vehicles (current and past). Both said they would never go anywhere else for the same reasons I stated. They had the same experience as I did. Also, we spoke of how reliable they are IF anything goes wrong with a vehicle, how willing they are to work with and accommodate customers.

The overall experience was a good one.An initial phone call with Alex set the parameters for a deal, so we drove to the dealership. We were met outside by Alex and TC and we exchanged keys so we could each do a test drive. Afterwards, Alex showed us the KBB number for our trade in and offered about $2,000 above the KBB number and $850 above the range he had provided on the phone. From there we met with Joey in Finance and waited for service to add a couple items to the truck (bed cover and weather tech floor mats) and the deal was done.As we waited for Service to finish with our vehicle, we stood outside and talked to several people from the dealership as if we'd known them for a long time. It was an unusual experience, but one I truly enjoyed.I'm guessing we could have gotten a little bit more for our trade in since I now see that vehicle we traded is listed for sale at about $6,000 above what we got. However, I understand everyone needs to make a profit, so I still feel good about our deal!

We pulled in on our trip home to Southern Wisconsin when our right front tire was losing air. They first fixed our spare and then changed the tire. They charged us nothing for there down home friendly service. I was so thankful for the excellent customer service experience.

I have been using Link Ford for all my srvice on all of my vehicle's for many years. They have always been fair and they get the job done right the first time. They are like family to us and we bring treats to them now and then.

I really appreciate the mechanics at Links service, they do excellent thorough work, also Links service is Blessed to have Bob and Lori who schedule service, they make it happen. Without them, probably go somewhere else. Grateful to Links Service Center in Minong, Wisc.

I have been a Link Ford customer for many years, buying both cars and trucks. Doug Pearson has always done his best to meet my vehicle needs. Doug and his excellent sales team not only go out of their way to give you a fair deal but also follow up with great customer service after the sale.I love my new 2018 F150, thanks.

We are repeat customers at Links for many reasons, but the biggest one has always been the quality of service. Our salesperson Kurt, went the extra mile to get us into our new truck and did everything he could to make it seamless, and a worry-free process. Charlie in Finance was also great and had us in and out with all questions answered. Thank you!

I have bought several vehicles from Doug Pearson and have always had a good experience. Doug makes things so easy to buy a new car, I wouldn t think of going anywhere else. The sales staff at Link Ford treats you with great respect and the customer service is awesome.

I had a great experience from start to finish. My salesmen Nick Phillips was AMAZING and so easy to work with, as was everyone else who helped me get into my new car. I would highly recommend buying a car from these guys they make you feel like family and they are all so friendly!

I've been coming to the Ford garage in Minong for years. The staff is very knowledgeable and ready to assist with any and all issues, from oil changes to buying and mounting tires and everything in between. I truly appreciate how prompt they are to service my vehicle in a timely fashion and make sure it's safe for me to drive before handing it back over. Bob Butzler and the crew do a great job there. Two thumbs up from me, for sure!

I have been working with Link's since 2006 and with Joey Cowley for my last (2) Escapes. I can't say enough about their service and expertise. Joey has made it so easy to buy a vehicle that I don't intend on going anywhere else. They really take care of their customers!!

Charlie and Bob at Link Ford are the dynamic duo! These guys are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are safe and happy with your vehicle. Being a Ford owner for 25 Years and visiting dealerships all over the US they are the best. If you need to drive a little further to be able to go to Link Ford, I fully recommend doing it. You will not be let down from your experience. Charlie & Bob, keep it up!

Brought my 32' motor home in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. on Jul 15. Made a 8am appointment, arrived, was promptly checked in, vehicle was in the shop in less than 15 minutes and the service was completed in about 45 minutes. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted the tires rotated, but they don't rotate RV tires. That was the only down side, but no big deal. I will use them again, and would recommend them to others.

I have been so fortunate to have been able to have two old cars and one mobility van maintained and repaired by the service staff over the years. Even when they are crazy busy, they have tried to squeak me in when I have had an emergency situation. Kudos to the wonderful crew! I appreciate you.

Worked with Joe Cowley on the purchase of my new truck. I was out of state at the time and he got me what I wanted and had it waiting for me when I got back. He was helpful and always available for questions. Couldn t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be buying my next truck through Joe and Link Ford.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealer, and they were all incredibly helpful and kind. I ended up buying a 2016 Focus, and I'm really happy with the car! Very comfortable and it handles well. They even helped me sync my phone to the car. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

My Prius had its little donut tire on because of a flat. The guys at Link patched my tire and put it back on the car for a very reasonable price. They were helpful and kind. Great people including Jennifer the cashier!Thank you so much!

I have bought at least 5 vehicles from Link Ford and TC Phillips has always been my go to guy.He is up front and I have been happy with the service and prices for the vehicles. I have traded a vehicle each time and they have always been fair on the value.

Lori in Service was knowledgeable and friendly. Sami in parts was sure and confident. The whole crew seemed exceptionally knowledgeable compared to the two other Ford dealers I spoke with regarding my issue. Seems to indicate good training sessions or on-going technology updating. Will go back with confidence.

Laurie, Bob, and Charlie were on duty at the auto service desk. This time I needed an oil change on the 2008 Taurus X. The last trip was for an oil change on the 2012 Escape.I know that I soon will need tires and brakes on one of the cars.So I will be back.I was pleased that the work was done well and in a timely way.I'd like to tease Charlie in this review, but I know that posts on the Internet has a way of being all too easily misunderstood. So I will tease him in person... and likely he will give it right back.It's kind of a friendly place back in auto service.Thanks for the help. Sometimes I like to change the oil on my home, but then I can't get coffee and insulted ... both for free! So I go to Link's and they take of that for me, too. Full service folks, there, eh.Happy Memorial Day Weekend.Lest we forget.

We worked with Marc Anderson to find an Explorer that was right for us. Not only did he find exactly what we were looking for, he also got us a great deal. When it came time to sign the papers it was a busy day, so Joey Cowley stepped in and took care of us. He explained everything, answered our questions, and had us on the road quickly. Overall it was another awesome experience at Link Ford in Minong!

Just recently I made an appointment to get my car's oil changed at Link Ford. I was so surprised when Bob Butzler said he could come and get my car and bring it back when it was done. When he brought it back, Bobwent through the paperwork, making sure I knew what was done with my car. I totally appreciated the service. I do not know of any other place that would do that!! I have and will tell others that this personal service will go a long way....especially with the older people in our community. Thank you Bob and Charlie!!
