My Daughter bought this Hyundai from Legacy Auto. Had it two days and it wouldn t start. Even though there was no warranty Legacy came and picked up the car and fixed it at there expense. They went above and beyond to keep a customer happy and make things right. I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle from them in the future. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I just bought a used car at Legacy Auto Sales and I m very pleased! The salesman Jeff Bettin was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pre-owner car.

Very good quality cars. We test drove four cars from years 2008-2015 and not a single in gave us any sort of issue. Employees are understanding, kind, patient, and very clearly put the customer first. The place does offer a 3 month or 3,000 mile warranty which is also great! Definitely recommend.

I recently shopped for a car at the location in Jefferson, looked at a Cruze and Accord, worked with Jeffery Schultz and he provided quick responses and commentary on all of my questions I asked. The two cars felt excellent and I eventually went with the Accord. Excellent little business, very local and provides well for the area.

I wanted to check out Legacy Auto because of their high rating of reviews. I worked with Jeff Schultz who was very kind and answered all my questions. Every employee that I had contact with was very friendly and helpful. I needed a different car and just went to look but found one that I was satisfied with the first time around.

Was very surprised w quality of cars and helpful, kind Sales team. Questions were answered immediately and communication was very quick and informative. We drove almost 2 hrs to get there and walked or sold I say drove away Happy. Please give this place a shot if u need a reliable great vehicle for an unbeatable price!!!

Being a woman and knowing nothing about cars I was intimidated to say the least about going to a dealership by myself. Jeff greated me right away and made me feel at ease. He answered all my questions open and honestly. ZERO PRESSURE! Cody made the finance aspect easy to understand, and Samuel was so friendly when I came back to sign papers. I came here because of the great reviews and I m happy to leave another for them! An amazing place to buy a car!

Great experience at this dealership; everyone was nice and professional. They were able to work with me and I left with a Subaru Impreza at a fair price the same day. I like that they have a 3mo/3,000mi warranty for used cars it s reassuring to know you re not walking off the lot without them backing up their cars.

Bought a 2009 Hyundai Accent, low miles at a fair price. Car was clean and in good condition. Tires in great shape. That was 11/9/23 and everything still working fine 12/27/23. Good experience. Car was, as advertised. Thanks

My son was looking for a replacement work car bcs his "old" had finally given up the ghost in a most spectacular manner on Mon. So he'd sat down in the evening & found what he thought was a good deal on LAS' website. We decided we'd go on the next evening he had a light day, & he cld get home early enough for both of us to get to the dealership before closing. Harder than it seems.Turned out to be the next evening. We were pleasantly surprised that the car WAS on the lot when he called as soon as he got home, 1st positive. The test drive was allowed on his own, 2nd +, bcs let's be frank, no one likes a backseat driver, right?When he got back he pointed out a cpl of things that were of concern but NOT cosmetic, & Jeff Schultz, the agent we dealt w/, after consulting quite quickly w/ his supervisor (I'll assume?), allowed that they hadn't caught one of them; & were willing to consider my son taking the car right then w/ a discount if he were to take responsibility for the total of the repairs himself.Otherwise we'd have to return some other day, NOT convenient or ideal for us, whenever the fixes were done.So, the deal was done & dusted in, what to me, seemed record time, in a very stress-free manner, & I got a cpl of screen wands to boot (I left mine in San Antonio!) for my Chromebook.Thank you, Jeff, & Legacy Auto Sales, for such a pain-free process of acquiring a really nice "new" used car.If we need another one, I have your card! And I'll be sharing your Biz name to anyone who needs it as well, no worries!

I will buy again here. I had a terrible experience at a different dealership and then went here. Jeff instantly helped me and was so sweet and personal with me and my family. My new 2015 Toyota Corolla is stunning and in amazing condition! The process was so quick. Cody was super sweet as well and helped so much. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Nothing short of a nightmare, purchased a Kia and 9 days later the engine blew, car was sold with open recalls, Don t waste your money. The cars on their lot are a joke!!! just trying to make a quick flip from auctions.

When car shopping make sure you find a vehicle that fits everything you want in a car. Just bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from Jeff. These guys were great, professional, and upfront honest when looking and driving the car. My 16 year old is beyond happy and so am I. Also a 3000 mile 3 month warranty was included at no extra charge. Thanks again guys.

Legacy has a process I wasn't familiar with, but which turned out to be pretty great. Instead of investing their time and money up front to make each car shine on the lot, they make sure their cars are safe for test drives and put them out on the lot kind of as-is, knowing what they will need to fix prior to final sale. We found a 2014 Mazda3 on their lot that generally looked good and ran great. But we could see, and they agreed, it needed new tires, was missing fog lights and also had a few other minor things on the to-do list. Our sales consultant, Jeff Bettin, was very helpful and assured us that all would be taken care of prior to us taking delivery, at no additional cost. We put down our deposit and within about a week the work was done and the car was ready for us to have inspected by our own mechanic in Madison. Legacy was perfectly fine about letting us have the car for 24 hours for that purpose. It all checked out mechanically, but we were wishing for a couple tweaks from the body shop, which Legacy was happy to do for us and turned around pretty quickly. We paid wholesale cost for the parts and were not charged for labor. All in all, the process made us feel that we had all done our due diligence to get the car in great shape for what we hope to be many more miles to come.

Can not wait to get into my Ford Focus! Jeff Bettin was the best and made the whole process so easy. He made sure that the car I chose was one that I was going to like and be comfortable with. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. Would Definitely recommend them if you are looking for a used car!

I recently got into an accident where i was rear ended, my insurance wouldn t cover a rental for more than a week and these guys helped me out with a loaner, went over all the inspections and helped us finance something affordable, Highly Recommend!
