Excellent service all around. I stopped in without an appointment had some issues while traveling and the owner basically stopped what he was doing, put my car on his lift, and in about 15 minutes everything was good to go and he refused to charge me. Very generous and kind person and he really helped my vacation get off to a great start. This guy is good people .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stopped for gas in town. Our truck would not start after that. Dale came out right away and diagnosed it was the starter. He towed our truck and had a new starter in before 9am the next morning. He even called a motel for us to stay the night. I would highly recommend! Great guy to work with!

I was traveling through with a load of ducks to bring to butcher and the radiator hose blew off my truck. The mechanic quickly fixed it for me and I was on my way. Super friendly and very skilled service. Highly recommend!

Our car started acting up right before the Endeavor exit so we decided to pull off. A guy at the gas station told us about Dale and said he s very reliable so we decided to call. He wasn t even working in the shop and still met us there! He figured out that it was the alternator & he fixed it right up for us. He even gave us free sodas when we were leaving!! Definitely an experience that helps restore faith in humanity!Service: General repairs & maintenance

While leaving Portage and heading back home to Stevens Point, my tire blew out. It was 4:00pm, & with the temporary tire on, I planned to go to Walmart for new permanent tires. Walmart seemed like the best option considering they say they are open until 7:00pm with little luck, Walmart said they could not help me due to the shop being closed since no one was working there today. I pulled off in Endeavor & called McDaniels. I wasn t too sure that I could get the help I needed since they were closing at 5:00pm, but Dale answered the phone and he was so helpful. I wish I would ve called them first! Although they didn t have any new tires in the shop, they had some gently used tires that were put on my car, with extremely reasonable pricing. Dale was honest with what he was doing and Megan helped to make me feel comfortable. I have never had something like this happen before, so it was a stressful situation for me. Dale even checked my oil while I was there! It may be cliche to say, but if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Dale and Megan are the definition of there truly are still good & kind people in this world! Services: Tires, Oil change

I can t thank the team at McDaniels enough! I was traveling with my family on vacation and had very sudden car problems that left my vehicle unsafe to drive any further. It was a Friday afternoon around closing time and the team was able to quickly fix the problem and get us safety back on the road. Not only that but they allowed my wife, kids and two dogs to stay in their office during the repair and out of the 100 degree heat. Wonderful people. Top notch service at a very reasonable price. Thanks again! Highly recommended!

We broke down at the gas station up the road from the shop. Got Dale's number. He didn't have to help us as the shop was not even open but he did. Replaced the alternator for us. We were able to check out the town and he was done in less time than he quoted us. I am very grateful that he helped us and was super kind and helpful. He even gave us sodas for the road when we left! Thank you Dale! Without your help we would have been stranded.

I've never stopped in endeavor wi on my way from northern wi to madison for i commute often back and forth! As heading to madison our van stalled on a sat morn..we were 83 miles from home! We walked to nearest gas station which was a bp and inquired nearest towing and tgey told us McDaniels towing! Dale came to rescue us within 10 min and took us to his shop! We didn't realize he was an auto mechanic and he knew we were far from home and he offered to look at our van and realized he may have a part in his shop for us! He took tge entire dash apart and realized it was our distributer and while he didn't have what we needed he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to the nearest auto part store...A good 45 min round trip and got the distributor and put it back on and the van started right up better than before! He truly saved us alot of money trying to find an uber to take us home! Not only that he was do polite and professional and did I say very reasonable??? We will now be driving all our vehicles to dale for any tune ups so I guess I'll get to know endoaver a little better! I'll give him and is company a 10++++++diamond out of 5 stars! Shout out to McDaniels auto and towing !!

McDaniels came to our aid with a flat bed quickly when we broke down at 39 & 23 in Endeavor, getting both our truck and trailer home to Montello within an hour. Excellent, fast & courteous service. Highly recommend if you break down in or near Endeavor. Top notch service!

Took in my SAAB 9-5 after getting oil added into my car by Walmart the day before. My car was occasionally puffing white smoke out exhaust. I turned it off and let it cool while looking for a place better than Walmart to get my engine looked at. it was too late all places were closed. I booked a hotel. rather than risk breaking down on the highway. I drove it in the morning after looking at the dip stick and assuming they added too much oil. I wasn't smoking so i thought it might've been okay. I then drove north from Portage and got some smoke puffs again. I called multiple places that i thought would be understanding about drawing off some oil. These guys were the 1st people open for a booking and were very friendly men. They didn't know much about SAABS and expressed this. They are very experienced and will tell you what they do know along with what they do not know. It takes a good place to tell you they aren't experts in all areas. They are not after money. They charged me 5$ and i gave them 20. I'm sure I'd have been charged for a full oil change at some other place. They got out 4 and 1/5 quarts oil!!! If you are reading this, I hope your hand is okay from some of that hot oil splash! And SO FAR SO GOOD, I'LL TELL YA AFTER A FEW MORE HUNDRED MILES, I HOPE! (edit) over 1000 miles later and she's all good

Excellent service! If you have car trouble on I-39/51 North of Portage, WI, Dale is the one to call. Very courteous, spotted my problem right away, and got me back on the road to my Granddaughter's Graduation! THANK YOU DALE!
