It may be a smaller dealership but they have excellent Costomer service. Just had a great experience buying a truck with Randy Hohensee. He kept in touch, answered all my questions , and is knowledgeable about the vehicles. Highly recommended!!!

I ordered a brand new 2024 Mustang, and my experience was amazing. I was able to build it to my exact specifications, and going through the ordering process was very easy. There was a great amount of communication between me and my sales rep(Randy), and when the car arrived I was notified immediately and pick up the car within 24 hours. Filling out paperwork was made very easy and was very fast. I would absolutely recommend coming to this dealership if you are in search of a vehicle.

First time visit to dealership for some deferred recall work on our Ford Edge. We live in Roscoe. It was a very easy, quick drive to Clinton. Our recall items were all fixed quickly and correctly. The service advisor was friendly and helpful. I had a need for a part for a door handle too and the service advisor has ordered it. Seems like a great dealership.

Here's my experience with Randy from Tom Peck. My husband and I had been looking for a reliable third row SUV for a few weeks. We saw a vehicle that matched what we were looking for online; however, it was 2.5 hrs away from where we live. When I called and talked on the phone with Randy from Tom Peck, I let him know we wanted to test drive it but by the time I was done with work, with traffic and whatnot, we would be there closer to their 7pm closing time. Randy was more than willing to wait for us. He gave me the "honest/kind" person vibe. When we got there (earlier than anticipated), Randy greeted us with a friendly attitude and had the vehicle ready for us to test drive. While we were there, my husband and I witnessed a young girl selling chocolates for a fundraiser ask him if he could buy some, which he did and although we weren't there to see how friendly or how kind the sales representative was, this solidified the "honest/kind" vibe we had over the phone. Randy took the time to listen to the only thing that was holding us back from purchasing the vehicle, which was a minor detail and he immediately offered to rectify the situation in the best possible and most accommodating way for us. He searched for the best finance options for our family. He truly came across as a genuine family man who besides of wanting to sell a vehicle, understands the importance of those minor details for our growing family. Although this dealership is 2.5 hrs away, I would most certainly go there again if we were in the market for a new vehicle in the future as our experience was wonderful to say the least and the vehicle is wonderful.

It means the world to me that you took the time and care that you did to help my son build his dream car! You also helped him purchase a dependable vehicle so he had transportation in the mean time. I had every intention of looking for my next vehicle here, however when my only car broke down Jim, the owner, was not understanding at all about my husband possibly parking his semi cab in the edge of his lot so that he could sleep at home. His precious lot was apparently worth $25 per night! So much for being neighborly! I guess I will find my next car elsewhere while I save for my next vehicle.First of all there was no trailer mentioned, only tractor.Second, I've had mechanics look at my car and the cost to fix it well outweighs what it is worth.Third, I have gone to your service department in the past to discover how much I was being overcharged.Fourth, he never asked for anything to be free, only you are charging more for your lot than we are charged in any big city including Chicago.Lastly, all we were asking for was a neighborly short term favor. Instead my husband and I were threatened and inappropriately harassed for me writing a review that you didn't like.

December 2022 update: recently, I had a back injury that required me to trade in for a smaller vehicle. Joe and the entire Tom Peck team were incredible. Due to being unable to drive, Joe managed to both deliver my new vehicle to me, value my trade and make the whole process the best car buying experience I've ever had. There is no where to else to buy a new or used vehicle from. You need to buy from this dealership!I would give them 10 stars if I could!!ASK FOR JOE.Great customer service and an even better team. Couldn't be happier with my purchase from Tom Peck. Will be recommending to others.Updating my review with my most recent purchase. Joe, the management team and the entire staff of Tom Peck make car buying am enjoyable experience, truly.I've now purchased both a used and new vehicle from this team!

I spent some time with Joe Baker today exploring some options to upgrade from a 2019 WRX. I'm kind of growing out of the vehicle platform and want something everyone can drive while also having the potential to pull a boat or a small camper while also keeping the "sportiness" feeling of a wrx alive. I looked at and test drove a 2020 Explorer ST today. It wasnt too mind blowing, but it was exactly what I expected. An Explorer with a little more get up and go than the rest, which is what I'm after. An SUV/Truck with some power behind it, able to tow and haul people places is important for the time I'm at in life. He expressed that if I find another type of vehicle I'm after he'd be willing to find it and make sure I end up in what I'm after, Ford product or not. I've been around a few car salesmen in my life, as ive worked at a Nissan dealership for a bit under a year, and there's not many left like Joe. He's not only trying to sell you a car, he wants you to end up in what YOU want to be in. Whether or not I decide to upgrade this year or not, I'll be working with Joe on my next vehicle purchase. Whether is Ford, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, I'd work with Joe whenever I can. Good dude for sure. Come to Tom Peck Clinton Ford and they'll take care of you, as long as you can relay what you're after.

We took our 2014 Fusion to have a sensor replaced. Tom Edwards and he service team got the car in in a timely manner. The problem was fixed soon after and my wife drove off.

I brought my truck in for a noise i kept hearing under the hood and was told there was nothing wrong with my truck besides an alignment. After picking my truck up i noticed my steering wheel was cocked to the left. I had left on a trip out of town the noise still prominent only to find my harmonic balancer was shaking and my alignment was way off leading us to get a hotel not even close to our destination for repairs on my truck. So thanks for the help and waisted $150.00.

They worked with me to get where I needed to be financially and made sure anything that was wrong with the vehicle was taken care of. They even gave me a great loaner when that work was done, not an older vehicle. Great dealership to work with!

I have driven Fords for 35 plus years. Tom Peck Ford is a well run and very competent Dealership. I depend on them to keep my 10 year old Ford Edge in tiptop shape. They get you in at their earliest opening and go through my car, including any updates, thoroughly. Outstanding service and excellent employees.

Easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. Just bought an incredibly clean used Fiesta ST off their lot from Randy. From the time I sent an email to the actual purchase, the whole process was smooth. They had no problem giving us the amount we wanted for our trade-in and no problem using our own pre-approved financing. Would definitely use again! Thanks!!

Randy H. and his team are the absolute BEST!! I have never been treated so kind and valued like a member of their family. I will continue to stay with Ford because Randy is such an upstanding person. You can trust him and he values your time and truly wants to find the vehicle you are looking for. He works hard and goes above what he has to because that is the kind person that he is. The service team works hard and always schedules my vehicle for service quickly. They always answer any questions I have and keep me informed on what is going on with my vehicle. I have purchased my last three vehicles through Randy and will continue to work with him as he provides the best customer service. I have recently just picked up a 2022 XLT 4x4 ranger here at Tom peck ford. I was very happy with my experience.they didn t up sell me or push me into something I didn t want. Because of this I will be coming back in the future and referring people to Tom s. My sales consultant (joe baker) was 100% honest and friendly he answered all my questions and had a great experience because of him.

Just bought a used 2015 Ford Fiesta ST from here. I contacted the dealership via email prior to coming in and was responded to by a very helpful salesman named Randy. He helped get me into the car in the same day and was very accommodating. I recommend buying a vehicle from them, good service and a very good price on the vehicle I was looking for

Great Customer service. My wife and I drove in from Chicago and purchased a pre owned 1 owner 2014 ford transit connect with low miles & in very good condition. After test driving we found the brakes wore from sitting. Adam immediately had it looked at. With out even asking they changed the rotors and brakes timely before our purchase. They adjusted their price to fit my budget. Their mindful and quick with their purchase process/service department. Friendly well known town dealership. I ordered a new 2022 F150 Lariat from Tom Peck and have already recommended them to multiple family members and friends. My experience with their sales manager, Randy H, was great. It took about 7 months from order to delivery, and Randy was responsive and did his best to keep me updated, even with Ford's supply chain struggles that made it challenging. Pricing/negotiation was fair and honest, and there was no pressure or hidden fees, just a straight-forward deal with top-notch customer service that has earned my business for years to come.

I took my Escape in for service because of a miss. I asked for a change if plugs and new filters. They found the short block needed replacement and said not to waste money on a plug change. I was given a nice loaner and service took it from there. They kept ne updated on the progress and returned it running like new. Great work from an excellent service team.

I got the privilege to work with Randy in November to buy a 2013 Ford Edge. He is a magnificent multitasker, which happen to work in our favor as we got the car someone just upgraded out of! Perfect timing! He was able to find me a great deal and we were out of there within 3 hours total!!When I went to trade in my car (for my newly bought car) and it broke down... Randy personally came out to where I was and trailered the car back to the dealership for me! He was extremely nice and quick! I can not thank him enough for making sure I found the perfect car! The BEST car buying process I have ever gone through!!10/10 RECOMMEND!!!

Our entire experience with The Ford dealership was wonderful. From the start of looking at cars online to when we first stepped foot into the dealership itself! Each part of this company works well. Best car buying experience I've had. Randy was awesome to work with, never felt pressured like some bigger dealerships. Everyone's situation will be different when it comes to wheeling and dealing, but we were very happy with how everything worked out for us and walked out in a brand new car. It was well worth the hour drive out.

Randy at Tom Peck Ford is amazing to work with!! At the beginning of the year we gave him the features of a vehicle we were looking for and he searched for exactly what we wanted. When we bought the suv that he personally got for us, the process was very easy and straight forward. Since then Randy has been available for any questions and concerns we ve had. He s always at the dealership and responds or gets us in right away. He goes out of his way for his customers and is honest, down to earth and accommodating. If you re looking to by a vehicle, Randy at Tom Peck Ford is who to go through!

Bought a set of new tires for my 07 Honda and also got my oil changed.The oil change was half the cost of the local Honda dealer. The service advisors were friendly and courteous....and I'm not even a Ford owner! It's so nice to find real humans in the service industry in a day when most treat you like they're doing you a favor.Way to go Tom Peck Ford! You made my day better and the tires are very nice for the price!
