The reviews speak for themselves they over charged a elderly family member like in the thousands for something that didn't need done. Kept the car for a long time when she called and said she was going to pick it up anyway to take it somewhere else they said they had the car in pieces. She had someone drive by and seen it it wasn't even in the garage it was parked outside not touched. They gave her the run around and charged a ton of money. She took it to another shop they said they didn't even touch it after charging all that money. And by the looks of the reviews she isn't the only one. This isn't just 1 bad experience and we are trying to bash them on google look at all the 1 star reviews it speaks for itself. Thank God she wasn't a poor elderly lady and that was her last bit of money she would have been screwed it still hurt though I'm sure they need to be shut down you can't keep doing this to people. DO not go here I'm sure they don't rip everyone off but do you really want to take that chance don't even chance it. Tons of better shops around here.

Despite calling ahead and confirming an inspection appointment at 11:00, we were turned away when we arrived and told to come back tomorrow. We have to make many arrangements to do this, and it s not fair to be bumped like this.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. They charged $700 in labor for a problem that took them maybe 2 days to actually do. My car sat on the lot with the hood up, in the rain for multiple days. They kept my vehicle for a week. They refused to tell me what was wrong, what they were doing to it, or the price of anything, until the day they claimed it was done. I called multiple times to get an update and they just told me don t know what to tell ya . I have never taken my car to a mechanic that didn t keep you updated throughout the process. The day I went to pick up my vehicle, it was after hours, I went to drive it off the lot to find out it was more messed up than when I dropped it off there. Now I have had to take it to another mechanic to try and fix the problem this place caused. I tried to ask for a refund of any kind, and they refused. I tried to ask them what exactly they did, every step of their process, so I can relay it to my new mechanic so they can fix their mistakes, and they won t even tell me now. When I took my vehicle to them, they claimed it would be a quick and cheap fix, nothing too major. Well it took 6 days, and cost me $850 plus I lost my job because of all of this. They are rude and inconsiderate to their customers. I will never ever go back.If you are reading the reviews to figure out if you should go here, take this as a sign that you shouldn t. Most people that I have spoke to about this, aren t surprised when I tell them it was CK Tire and Lube.

1st visit:I won't hesitate to go back. Fantastic service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Dropped my motorcycle off to have a tire repaired and a new chain put on. The bike was ready when they said it would be and I didn't have to sell my kids to pay for it! 10 out of 10!2nd visit, June '21:Had to take my car in for repair and got the same great service as before. Had me in and out with a quickness. I can't say enough great things!

I dropped my car off for an alignment at 9am. They quoted me $169 by 3.00 pm still hadn't got a call my car was ready. When I went to get it I found out they sent it to Napa auto in Cattlettsburg. I drove there and found out Napa charges $65. When I confronted the manager of Ck Tire he tried to tell me he was being charged $130. So I put him on speaker and ask the Napa manager what he charged for an alignment. When he said $65, Clint was argumentative. Needless to say I paid Napa and Ck Tire got nothing. I don't recommend you use them for anything!!!! ZERO STARS THEY GOT ONE BECAUSE ITS REQUIRED TO POST.

I never leave reviews on anything but here we go what a nightmare from start to finish. Very unprofessional and rude people. They will never update you on your vehicle, but keep it for months, they will lie and say they can fix things that they never had the equipment for to start with, and charge you for things you did not consent for being done. This place doesn t even deserve 1 star.

Took some motorcycle tires to be swapped out for new tread. I paid them $100 for the work and when I got home I noticed there were no weights on the front tire. I called and asked if they balanced them and they said they didn t have means to balance them, he also stated that under 120mph balancing doesn t matter!!!!!! ( lol ) show me that in black and white please. Full price for 1/2 the work! I figured that d be something you d mention before charging for the full job! Not pleased and won t be back!

Charged my wife $100 to get her brake line repaired and as soon as we got into the car to leave felt no difference in when we left the car with them to be repaired! Went back and told them the pedal was still going completely to the floor to stop. He suggested we leave it at the shop and they would look at it but we took it to a different shop because they obviously couldn t fix it the first time!!

These guys really know their stuff when it comes to vehicle maintenance/repairs. Very honest and reliable mechanics! I ve taken my vehicle to them twice and they have exceeded my expectation in price as well as quality of work. They take pride in their craft! Highly recommend them for any repairs or maintenance needed on any vehicle!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Had our car in to be looked at and see what was going on with it. Without notifying us of any work to be done they did repairs and said it was fixed. Charged $ 350 Then the problem was immediate still noticeable soon as we picked it up. Turns out they had replaced the sparks plugs (which had been replaced less than 6 months earlier so That was obviously not the issue) ....we left the car for them to continue to work on and then the next morning are told there are 8 cars in front of ours!! I went in and tried talking to the guy at the desk and immediately got nothing but a defensive attitude from him. I requested a refund for the unnecessary work that had been done and he refused and simply told me to take the car and leave. Very rude and obviously not professional at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Great service and staff they took the time and even showed what was wrong with my sons car. Pricing was reasonable for the amount of work I had done. He was recommended to me.

These guys give good deals on all oil changes tires ect. Had a blow out due to pot hole he covered it at no cost. I've recently transferred all my buisness to them. They do stay very busy but it's worth the wait

This place is amazing! We were traveling through WV on our way to Nashville when we hit a piece of metal on the highway. Our car started acting as if something was wrong with it so we pulled off on the nearest exit, which just happened to be Kenova. We asked at the nearest gas station for an honest mechanic and they sent us to C-K without hesitation. They were right! Not only did they look at our car right away but they told us it was just a minor thing. We were stuck in Kenova and at their mercy but they were completely honest and kind. If we lived nearby they would be the only place we would take our cars to. Thank you, C-K Tires!

Absolutely great place for service. I am from out of town and had a tire/front end issue. Had me fixed and back on road in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly management and mechanics.

Best motorcycle work I ever had done so convenient had to work they even brought my motorcycle back to me with brand new tires on it I will be returning now with my Harley for another season's worth of work hands down best place to go

Took my car when I left oil was low and engine is shaking violently. Called owner and he laughed about it. I ve taken 3 of my cars here used to be good but the quality of service has dwindled.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay far away from this place unless you are willing to go for an extended period of time without a vehicle and have extra money laying around to pay for an incomplete job.

Just thought I would remind everyone what a joke this place is. I am out nearly $3k because of this establishment. Take your vehicle elsewhere. I would not trust these people to work on a Tonka truck.

Will never bring my vehicle back here. They were very unprofessional. Trying to put wrong parts on my vehicle and make them fit. This was a total waste of my time and money. Had to go somewhere else just to get fixed what they broke.

Took my truck and wifes car to them. My wifes car they put two different size tires on it. My truck they did a rear brake job, which started making noise as soon as i drove it. Then they was suppose to find out why two tires was leaking but i left to only see that all four tires had different psi and my tpms wasnt working correctly.

They sure know how to crack a head that wasnt cracked. As well as charge 45.00 just to reset a light from a sensor....... bunch of kids work there that dont really know what their doing. DO NOT GO HERE.
