Brandon called and wanted to know if he could pick up our vehicle early, Brandon arrived and introduced himself and took extra care of our vehicle to get it transported to our local auto shop. Brandon was great to work along with be knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely use this towing service again

I didn't use skeeters I don't know why this is coming up only because I called them? And the woman who answered the phone was very brusk and almost rude with me I will never go there not when they treated me that way on the phone! She was very negative and without even knowing the whole situation started saying now our trucks aren't going to get stuck in there are they!? Rude. I called Roy service down the road and they were super professional and nice to me and got the job done quickly!

Skeeter s was absolutely incredible. I was only in town for a short while but was concerned about my brakes, and Skeeter s managed to fit me in and do a phenomenal repair all within a few hours! Whenever I m back in the area, Skeeter s will be my first pick

Brandon really helped us out while we were stranded traveling. On a Sunday he came straight from a job in Romney to where we d gotten stuck in Ranson, and towed us up to Martinsburg. Really nice guy and professional service. We re thankful that he showed up.

Could not get my truck to start. I gave Skeeters a call and Brandon was there very quickly. He was very professional and meticulous as to where he connected the chains to my truck to be pulled onto the tow truck. I really appreciated this since I myself am a mechanic and he knew from experience where the best place was to connect the chains to prevent damages. No one ever wants to be in a position to get their vehicle towed. But if you ever have to I highly recommend you use Skeeters and ask for Brandon. They actually made a bad situation a good experience and I appreciate that. Thank you Skeeters.Service: Special vehicle towing

My Jeep broke down on a Sunday afternoon and needed to be towed to the dealership in my town which was about 45 minutes away. Brandon arrived within 20 minutes of my call. Since I was stopped at an angle he climbed under my vehicle and was able to unlock the linkage for the shifter so he could move the jeep to load it on his truck. Everything was locked up when he arrived. He was kind enough to allow myself and the gentleman with me to ride with him back to my garage. I had no way to get back to my home which was about 2 miles away. I have a heart condition and it was too hot for me to walk that far in the heat. Brandon went ABOVE AND BEYOND when he offered to take us home!! He said it was only a few minutes out of the way.I will be forever grateful to Brandon and Skeeter's Towing!!

John was wonderful! I used my State Farm App to call for a tow due to our breaks locking up and the car not moving. Thankfully we were at our home. John called right away with the response to my request for a tow. He gave great details of where he was coming from and when he'd arrive. He called when he was close and was so kind, polite, and friendly. We will purposefully use Skeeters moving forward for any of our needs. We live in Greencastle and he was able to tow to the car shop of our choice. Can't say enough about the excellent communication and professionalism.Service: Car towing

My husband bought a car and after driving it he couldn't get it started we thought battery was dead but this man saw what was wrong and told me and it's an easy fix!! When I walked in, I received a warm welcome from the owner and his wife Loraine. The mechanic/tow truck driver John also walked up and greeted me with a handshake. Loraine was very organized and knew exactly what was going on. I was very impressed when I seen the owner getting his hands dirty and assisting in getting work done. He's also a very knowledgeful individual. to top it all off, the waiting room is very accommodating. Overall, I give them a 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend anyone who needs towing or auto work to call them. Thanks Skeeter's!

My husband and I live in Charlottesville, VA but attended a dear family member's funeral in Pittsburgh over the Oct 1 weekend. On our return trip, our transmission decided to give up while we were driving 70 East in the rain about 30 minutes outside of Berkeley Springs. USAA connected us with Skeeters and John arrived within 25 minutes - which was a relief from the 18 wheelers driving past us fast and close! After stopping at Advance Auto in Berkeley Springs to check our system and confirm it wasn't just in need of Transmission fluid, John was kind enough to tow our car to Charlottesville to our Toyota dealer. We can't say enough for John's kindness and hospitality as we joined him in his truck cab for a long ride in the rain! Now, whenever we drive through B. I locked my keys in the car at the very top of Spruce Knob (highest peak in West Virginia, located deep within a national forest) and John brought his big tow truck up the very steep, single lane road to help me out. Everyone cheered when he arrived! I am so grateful for his help! Excellent customer service. He truly went above and beyond by traveling over 100 miles help to me. I can t speak highly enough of skeeters and their service. Thanks again John!

The gentleman (John) from Skeeter's made a special effort on a Sunday to help us when we had a flat tire on our truck. We live in Ohio, and we were stuck at a rather remote location. I was upset because I thought we would have to be towed. He made me feel better and after solving some of the glitches, had that tire changed, and we made it back home safely. His kindness and expertise was greatly appreciated and won't be forgotten.Service: Tire change

I had a tire blow out while on I-70 heading to Arlington, VA and needed a tow home. John from Skeeter's Auto Body & Towing was great and I consider myself fortunate to have had his help. This place was great! My daughter and I were on our way home to Frostburg, MD from dropping my husband off at BWI Airport, I hit a huge pothole getting onto the freeway & the tire went flat...no spare either. John, the tow driver was in communication with me the whole time & picked us & our car up, then took us where we needed to go to get the tire checked & fixed up pretty quickly! It was very cold that day, and we are so thankful for the professionalism & kindness John & Skeeters showed us, thanks again guys!!

My wife and I were in Martinsburg west virginia from New Jersey. We went through our Geiko road assistance plan as we needed a jump start for my car. Skeeters Towing was dispatched. The driver kept in contact with us while responding to our location. Within a timely manner the driver arrived and had us on our way. We would like to thank the company and driver very much for helping !

We got a flat and John came out and helped determine if my plug worked (it didn't, hole was too big) so he helped put the spare on since Ford uses those dumb lug caps and I couldn't get it off with my limited tools. He nailed it and made sure we were good for the remaining 600 miles of our trip. Very polite and courteous and cool

Skeeter s helped us out of a pretty unfortunate situation. We were passing though the area and hit a deer just outside of town. John was great, he showed up quickly once the insurance company got him the message. He then towed us almost two hours away to our home dealer and even dropped us off at our nearby hotel afterwards.

Recently my wife and I were in Berkeley Springs enjoying a getaway from North Western PA. I locked both sets of keys to my Jeep in the Jeep. The West Virgina State Police recommended I call Skeeters for help. Skeeter was at my car within 5 minutes and had my car open in about 4 minutes. No Joke and no exaggeration. Super friendly people. I strongly recommend getting a AAA membership because they have excellent service providers everywhere, and that definitely includes Skeeter s Auto Body & 24 Hr Towing. On our way in a snow storm from Myrtle Beach to West Virginia for a ski trip with family our car decided it couldn t make it all the way. John drove all the way from Berkeley Springs to Moorefield, WV and got us to not only a garage but one he knew was going to give us the same high quality service we experienced with him. His communication, demeanor and attitude were exactly what a stranded motorist needs to feel confident that the rest of their trip will be better.

Found Skeeters through AAA when brake caliper on van locked up. John responded quickly for a tow and kept me up to date on his arrival. He also contacted owner to see if they could repair my vehicle on Monday morning. They got me back up and running so I could continue my 6 hour trip back home. The mechanic explained everything well and got me going quickly after the needed parts arrived. Would definitely use again if needed and in the area. Thank you.

I was stranded in the middle of nowhere during a 6 hour drive on my way home. I was all alone until my parents drove 4 hours to help me. Luckily I had towing available with my insurance. I was told by my insurance that it may be a long shot to get someone to tow my car almost 200 miles to a town outside my hometown to get it fixed, but by the grace of God Skeeters took on that tow. They responded to my insurance company s call in less than 5 minutes after I made the call to my insurance. John picked up my car and called/texted with updates all along the way. I felt safe leaving the keys in my car and giving him my trust to pick up my car without me being there, and he delivered my car to its destination safely and in very good time. I cannot thank Skeeters and John enough for helping me during one of the scariest times I have had to face. Thank God for companies and workers like them. If you need a tow, don t hesitate to call them if you re in the Morgantown, WV area. You ll get great service.Service: Car towing

Fantastic experience and super friendly! The follow up was amazing. I had to leave my car so my kids and puppy didn't overheat and entrusted them to get it to the shop while we continued on with our vacation camping trip!! All around excellent service!
