Took my 2016 Silverado 1-ton here for an alignment after replacing all the controls arms, tie rods and ball joints. When I got it back it pulled to the side and the steering wheel was off about 30� from center. Also, the bolts for the cam adjusters were not torqued to factory specs. It was so bad that I didn't want to go back. I took it to Good Chevrolet where it got done right.About a month ago I took my 2002 Golf in for an alignment after replacing almost every suspension and steering component except the coil springs.The alignment is a simple toe-in/toe-out adjustment. There's no camber or caster. I figured it was too easy to screw up.The tech started off by telling me the front suspension was about as bad as it can get, in the tone of, this is gonna cost ya!...After explaining that I just finished rebuilding the engine, suspension, interior, etc. his tone changed. I feel bad for people that don't know about cars. I should have let him continue to see what he wanted to change.When I brought it in the steering wheel was about 10� off. When I left it was still about 10� off. I even asked the tech if he would center it!Also, the toe in on the left side was .41� off and .58� off on the right. Hardly as bad as it can get!!!He spent about 20 minutes on it and it cost $143.12.I'm never going back there again.

Had got a screw in my tire. Came in using the donut Tire. They got me in and had me out of there and under an hour and even put the donut tire back under the car was so happy. Great customer service speedy that's why I always go to Les Schwab

This location was able to squeeze me in after I showed up at another location for an appointment on the wrong day. The wait time was barely anything, they were quick with repairing a hole in my tire. They also were straightforward regarding other issues with my car that I had concerns about, and they gave me multiple options to choose from. The staff were so nice and respectful. I wish I remembered their names, but it was a Wednesday afternoon. I would make the drive from downtown Seattle to this location again based on this positive experience alone.

Do not trust these so called mechanics they don t know what they are doing, I came in for tires I have 01 Honda crv as they were putting the tires on they brought me into the shop and showed me dirty suspension components.it s 22 years old dirt doesn t mean worn parts. Told me it needs work ball joints all that. Hello it s an 01 dirty ball joints don t mean anything there is no play yeah the struts are dirty there not leaking fluid there 22 years old and ride fine don t let them swindle you into needing more parts they are young kids who have no experience and just wanna sell you a bunch of stuff

I really appreciate the Hussle of this crew today. It's cold. They are doing work out in the cold. Trying to get everyone who comes in, out in a timely manner. While trying to answer the phone? Short staffed all around but they still try to keep the flow going. Thank you Matthew and assistance by Nathan doing a speedy job.August: Had to come get a CV Axel replaced. I'm just curious as to why they didn't catch that when I came 3 times last month. Thank you, Mark, for great service both days we came to visit.

I spent almost $700 for new tires, and then a week later my tire pressure light goes on. I reset it a couple times but it kept coming back on. I took it back And they told me everything was okay that I just needed to reset my tire light. They reset it and an hour after driving away from les schwab , again , the light comes on. I go back and they tell me that I need to take it to another autoShop as they don't do anything other than tires. I never had any issues with my tire sensors until I got it back from les schwab. I highly regret giving this business my money and will not ever be going back to this company

Payed to get my tires changed and payed for the tmps. They didn t install the tmps and also charged me for it. I called back and said they ll just delete the code which they shouldn t do because if something bad happens I wouldn t know. Another one that I ve noticed from them is that they don t use a torque wrench. I m guessing they used an impact wrench and just decided to go full ham on all the lug nuts. Yes all the lug nuts were all stripped and I had to replace them all on my own since they do cost 50 to replace one even though it was the shop that messed up. Just let them know that you want your lugs properly torque and not put in with an impact wrench. Paying

Came here for a new set of winter snow tires. They do brakes and front end alignments. Make an appointment if available as they are busy since they do a great job! Friendly hard working staff. Highly recommended!

It's a tire shop. There's not a lot more to add to that but they have recently renovated their customer waiting area. Lots of room to sit and stay socially distanced of that's something you desire. They have added charge receptacles and outlets all along the window tables so you can plug in your laptop or phone. As always, there's a TV. They always have fresh popcorn and coffee while you wait.

Nathan was very helpful and tracked down why the used tires and wheels we'd just bought somewhere else had such a wobble to them. Correct tire size? Check! Correct bolt pattern? Check! Correct hub size (that's the big hole in the middle)? Nope! The wheels we just bought had a hole that was about 1/16" smaller than what we needed! Points to Nathan for not making me feel stupid for not knowing that I was supposed to measure for the hub size.

They fixed the leak in my tire for no charge and let me know that my tires should be replaced soon in a super not pushy way. When I do want to get my tires replaced, I'll be back!

My second time buying the reputations here. I feel they are a reliable tire. The only problem I have is the time it takes to put on new tires. I get there is alot of work to do in the bay but, as I look out the window I see alot of standing around and talking. As a worker I get we all need to have time to stop and take a breath, but when the Bay is full of cars I would expect more hustle. They do it in spurts of work. A tire change with a full bay back where I once lived took about 15 minutes. With one guy removing tires the other patching or replacing the other who removed it installing or rotating out whoever is done faster. Doesn't look they are short handed to implement that.

The salesperson, Jason S R, claimed my fiance had 3 choices of tire to replace her flat. He tried to up-sell her several times by illustrating how important all weather/year around tires are for her, but she wanted cheaper/practical tire. He either lied about their inventory or they do not update their website because there were 29 choices to choose from that location online. She unfortunately got another flat tire two days later and the West Seattle location was a great help! We spent $100 less in West Seattle thanks to Drew C H and got what she asked for.

I ended up with a screw in my tire today resulting in a flat. Managed to make it to Les Schwab and they were kind, prompt, and incredibly helpful. They patched my tire in under and hour and didn't charge me anything. I'm really grateful, and will definitely come back to them with any tire/associated car needs in the future!

Ran over a piece of wood debris with a nail. Did not have an appointment but Ruby was kind and accommodating enough to fit me in that same day. She put my name down a couple hours later they were able to repair my tire at no cost! Adam was very friendly and helpful, as was Trisity and Ruby. Great staff at this location despite being really busy and non-stop. Nice, professional and friendly folks. Won me over...I will be going here for all my tire needs from now on. Oh and the butter popcorn is a very nice touch!!

Ridiculous wait times. Sometimes 3+ hours. Sitting here now, WITH an appointment, have waited over an hour, and I'm still being told it's another 45 minutes before they can even get to my car. Meanwhile they're telling people on the phone there's only an hour wait. It's been like this every time I've visited, the only reason I come here is it's close to my work. But this might be the last straw.I will say: the staff is great, both the office staff and mechanics. But at some point it doesn't make it worth the time you waste here. They seriously need to figure out their scheduling better.Bottom line, go somewhere else.EDIT: waited 2.5 hours before having my car even looked at (with an appointment). I see the manager response below, which I appreciate, but doesn't change the fact that I won't be returning. This ruined my afternoon and I had to reschedule multiple meetings. Please work on accurate scheduling. What good is an appointment? If this was a one-time deal I would think maybe it was just unusually busy, but I've seen it like this every time I've been here. But this was the worst and has ruined it for me.

I got a big nail in one of my tires and they fixed it for free. The wait time was an hour which was much less than the nearby Costco. The staff was really friendly too.

This is beyond ridiculous, I have never experienced such atrocious customer service. I was warned about vehicle services in the surrounding city and boy were they spot on. I mean I m just visiting and all I need is slow leak repaired and tires rotated! That s it! This is my second day here visiting, and Seattle has not been good to me. I called in advance to determine if they could fix a slow tire leak and rotate tires. The lady seemed optimistic that it could be completed in a few hours however it turned into an entire day wasted. The gentleman did not know to rotate my tires Side to Side when I asked and put me hold to find out. Then came to the conclusion that the tires could not be rotated. Tires were rotated incorrectly and was not able to repair the tire due to the location of the leak. Why rotate the tires when the leak has not been resolved? Now I need to purchase two new tires. Ok that s fine the tires should be here late this afternoon. I m very patient so I hoped I d be the last customer , however, Twenty minutes remaining until the closing and still no update and my car has not moved. I decided to speak with Tesla roadside, and they stated that if it cannot be repaired I d need to replace just ONE tire. Why try and up sell two tires when only one need needed to be replaced. Give me a call if services cannot be completed as promised it s as simple as that. I could have easily found another solution and not wasted a whole day for nothing. The customer should not have to call periodically for an update. To make matters worse my tire cap was missing and was given several odd sized caps from different vehicles and told I m sorry! I just stopped looked at the lady because I was stunned that they did not offer a solution. I m writing this review the next day in hopes my frustrations would have subsided but I m still in total disbelief. No accountability what so ever. Unbelievable.

First time I came in they told me the wait time was 1 hr but after an hour and a half of waiting I can see they haven t worked on my car for a rotation. I asked how long it will be they told me 30 mins and I should be next. So after another 45 mins I still see my car in the parking lot. I asked again and then they said waiting for a bay to open up. So I told them I m gonna grab lunch and came back and still wasn t done. After four hours of waiting I asked for my keys and left and nothing was done. They should have be honest about the wait time. Very poor customer service.

Nathan took good care of me! Was in the parking lot and I'm pretty sure he was on a lunch break, he walked over and asked me some questions and without even needing to take the wheel off gave me the l reassurance that I needed to park my car and leave it to him to fix it. I was a LONG way from home and he saved me hours of madness. Decided to leave my car and taxi home. He kept his promise and got it all squared away that eve. What a great, honest and knowledgeable fella Thanks Nathan :)
