5-STAR!!! Three of us went snowmobiling and it was the BEST EXPERIENCE ever!!! Highly recommend anyone wanting a super fun experience. Sean is awesome!!! Great host. Great Staff. Super accommodating. We arrived a little late and was still able to go riding. Can't wait to do it again...

Loved the people working there. Glad you can rent and ride off lot directly onto trail and they have gear you can use. We Recommend researching and bringing phone with navigation in case you're lost or stuck.. The trail map was not too helpful and hopefully someone can redesign the maps they hand out but I love this place and will come back. It was a great experience.

Awesome experience! Highly recommend. Shawn and his son were very friendly and helpful, the trails were awesome and overall was 5-star experience. I would definitely come back.

Family owned business by Shawn. Every one of people in this place was nothing but kind to us the entire time.You will never see a business owner offering to cook you a breakfast because you happened to say you skipped a breakfast. Fresh blueberry pancake, Eggs, Toast, and bacon, I felt like a part of their family even though I just met them for the first time.On top of that, his rental price compared to rest other place around the area, it was the most valuable, reasonable and the best.I really enjoyed and appreciated every moment of my time over there.I 10/10 recommend everyone to give it a try, and I 10/10 will be coming back again soon!

Felt like this review is the least I could do after the employees kindly got us unstuck from the snow, provided excellent service, was friendly, and has even offered to mail my Apple Watch back to me after I left it behind. (Which will save me hours of driving). I appreciate the helpfulness and wish the best for their business. The views you get from snowmobiling are great even in cloudy weather - rent from them if you can!

Absoultely the best place to rent from by far! It was the most chill and welcoming place, Shawn was super nice and even made us some nice hot dogs after our trail! The rates were cheaper than any other place while still being better than those places! All the snowmobilies were 2024 and were super easy to ride! The view of the lake in the trees was amazing at the top of the mountain. 100/10 would go back 1,000 times if I could.

Great family owned business, everyone working there is super helpful and friendly. One of the people in my group crashed their snowmobile and yet the staff was still super friendly and lighthearted when talking to us, even offered us pizza and beer when we made it back. Would definitely recommend renting from them and will definitely be returning in the future.

Great experience! This company was so accommodating, gracious and friendly my family could have literally stayed and talked into the evening! Such a wonderful show of hospitality and I loved it. The trail was positively gorgeous no need to travel to Leavenworth, Ronald Washington is fabulous too!~Yolanda

Thank you for an unforgettable summer experience! We called the same day and were welcomed with open arms. We drove 2 hours to your shop and will drive there for all our swimming/ jet ski/ boat rentals. Your prices are awesome. Your laid back, easy rental process can never be found in the Seattle area ever. Thank you and your sons/ employees for a fun, relaxing day! Mahalo

We had so much fun! They provide everything you need (snowmobile suits, boots, gloves, helmets and goggles) and the scenery on the trails is absolutely gorgeous. Shawn, the owner is so nice! Definitely recommend!

AMAZING! Such a fun experience!!! Sean is sooo friendly. He chats with you and welcomes you just like you re an old friend. The snowmobiles were super nice and well maintained. And the views were spectacular! I definitely recommend this company for any adventure you re looking to go on!

Christmas Day and still have us a wonderful time we won t soon forget. The snowmobile rental was fantastic, gear provided was worn but warm, comfortable, and very appreciated. We made a couple wrong turns, but once we were on the right path the weather and views were good and the day became fun. Visit the dogs and shop, rent a sled, and have a blast.

Extremely rude staff who refused to answer basic questions but he refused in a very agressive way. The hostile attitude was unpleasant to say the least and also confusing. Like for what? If you don't like the idea of hospitality, maybe work somewhere else.

Absolute disaster. The staff (Shawn) were very super rude and did have proper equipment. There were no staff to guide us. Didn t have enough cold gear and most of the cold gear was worn out. The snow mobiles had alignment issues. One of my friend had to switch 4 snow mobiles because of the issues. If you are looking for good customer service this is not the place.

There is no better place to rent toys than Cascade, most bang for the buck, best selection and always the best toys. Every year they get new better sleds and its a thrill every time. Coming out here every year is the best part of winter. I love you guys. Thank you for all the amazing experiences.

We originally reserved for the 24th but we were unable to make it. They gladly changed our reservation to the 25th and let me tell you , we had an absolute blast. Everything about the experience was above expectations. We have never ridden snowmobile s before so about 14 mins into our trip and we all 3 got stuck lol. We did not have service so had to walk about 35 mins to get service, gave him a call and he just laughed about it not mad at all and came helped us with out hesitation. We rode for about another 4 hours and it was a blast. Even offered to feed us but unfortunately one of the guys had to catch a flight but highly recommend this place. 10/10 with service, professionalism, equipment. And every other box I did not check. Again, thank you gentlemen! Will definitely be back

fantastic experience here! The owner may seem a bit rough on the phone but if you listen to what he is telling you, you will be fine! Seriously though we rented two snow-mobiles, showed up, got geared up, and went out. I do suggest paying the extra money for the upgraded machines. It makes a difference. Just get out and go! Highly suggest this for everyone. Cant wait to rent some Jet skis this summer.

Family owned and operated for 27 years. You know these folks are doing what they love. Our whole group had a blast on their snowmobiles, young and old. They had everything covered and were friendly and flexible. We will be back!

Awesome people really helpful with renting prices are fair for all rentals these guys are in it for fun and relationships with customers and not all about the money like most rentals business we will be back soon

Shawn and his sons were great! Friendly, helpful, and generous! We rented a jet ski for half day and they threw in a paddle board. It was the perfect way to spend our time on beautiful Cle Elum Lake. We will give these guys our business any time we come back.

The snowmobiles worked great and the trails are pretty i also think it s a fair price what they charge. But the lack of professionalism and the rudeness of the owner/ manager will cause me to take my money elsewhere. He talks to you like your stupid, very nonchalant attitude and I didn t appreciate it. Bathrooms looked like they never been cleaned not sure how often or if the snow gear gets washed that they lend out had a smell to it and I was there for the morning rental so not like it could of been used that day before me. Just be kind if you can t do that stay home and hire people who can.
