This place is the absolute best! We've spent an entire year trying to get an exhaust leak diagnosed and repaired on our brand new motorhome. It was taken to 2 other shops that failed to even diagnose the issue. Ultimate Truck Service was able to diagnose the problem immediately and repair it in one day. We can't thank them enough and highly recommend!

Ok. Best commercial truck repair spot y all! I m quite a mechanic myself but I have to admit these people run quite the operation. Service; A-1. Communication; A-1. Billing/invoicing : super detailed. Pricing; quite fair. The repaired my Food Truck and did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Love these guys! Chris and Darrin have been taking care of my vehicles for 6 years and I can always trust them to give it to me straight when I have a problem. Just had my Class 7 truck in for air brake issues and they got someone on it right away to get it diagnosed so I could get back on the road. Fair service at fair prices, thanks UTS!

After fighting a fuel issue for months, I threw my hands in the air and took it in to have Ultimate look at it. Dave and the team were awesome when it came to diagnosing the issue, ordering parts and getting me back on the road. They were super communicative through the whole process, and went above and beyond to get my truck running like new!

I would never let them work on any of my vehicles. I took my truck there and they told me I needed a new carrier bearing on my rear driveline so I let them replace it they said that the u joints on the driveline were good. When they drove my truck it was still doing what I brought in for. They then told me that I needed all the u joints in my front driveline replaced and it would cost over 1700.00 dollars. I didn t have them do that because of the cost and as it turned out the problem was a u joint on the driveline that they told me was in good shape.

This shop is a rip-off. I took my rv in for a rear bracket repair [ drill out 3 broken rivets and install bracket using new bolts]. They charged me $1000.00 for only a couple hours work. When I returned home, I checked my records to see what I was charged for the same work I had had done about two years earlier on the other rear bracket. I was charged $220.00 for the same work. Don't know what ells I can say other than find another shop to-do your work. Would give less stars but you have to give at least one to post.

UTS went above and beyond to locate a headliner for my 2003 Dodge Dakota, and then did an excellent job installing it for me. I had looked for many months for this 'discontinued' headliner ... I am extremely happy with their diligence and work on my behalf. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND UTS!!

We bought a 2018 RV on a Ford Sprinter Chassis. We drove it home with the engine light on and took it to Ultimate Truck the next morning. We wanted mechanics with a long standing presence and good ratings form others. The repair turned into repairs . The vehicle had sat idle for long periods of time. There were multiple issues. Many parts were ordered and replaced. Jeff was determined to make our RV dependable and nothing short of that. They did a great job! Persevered several set backs. It was difficult to wait for the work to be completed but we are glad we took it to Ultimate Truck. They have integrity and honesty. That s worth every dollar spent.Jim and Nancy.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

extremely disappointed and frustrated. our work box truck was brought here for an engine code and an exhaust leak. we where told that both O2 sensors where replaced and the code was cleared. the exhaust leak was still there and the code came back the same day. we brought it back in and the exhaust leak was "fixed". after a week of driving it the code came back and the exhaust leak was coming back faintly. we brought it in again and where told it needs to be driven longer for the code to go away and the code went away while they test drove it (it was driven 300+ miles since the O2 sensors where "replaced" and it was in last). the code came back while leaving their parking lot. I got under it and noticed only one new O2 sensor and a missing manifold bolt and exhaust putty smeared all over the manifold to seal the leak. not a long term fix and was lied to that the code was gone and everything was fine.Service: Exhaust

I would advise you to shop around for a shop that values ethics. They worked on my injectors the one of them came loose after not being correctly tightened. This occured after less than 2k miles. They then proceeded to say that my head gasket was blowen and said it would be 14k to repair it. I had it towed to another shop that discovered that it was not a head gasket but was a loose injector in cylinder #1.I called Ultimate Truck and the owner had them email me to say that was not their problem.Really how do you figure an injector installed by your shop with less than 2k miles is loose and causing a loss of compression and power not to mention all of the dark smoke and barely running. The injector install was faulty the diagnosis of a blowen head gasket was wrong. Thank God I did not spend 14k on a head gasket job. Find a shop that is ethical and backs their work and stick with them.Ultimate truck is not that shop. The owner covers money over ethics.

We were on vacation in the northwest when our class C motorhome decided it had enough and stopped. We were stranded in Battleground Washington not knowing who could or would repair our RV. We were on our way to a family reunion and thought we might have to cancel our attendance. Chris and Jeff at Ultimate Truck Service were so helpful in our crisis. They communicated well with us and offered great customer service. Even the charge for the repair was a welcomed surprise. I would give Ultimate Truck Service a six star rating in a five-star system!

I really wanted to find a quality, local shop. The search continues. I have a 2018 freightliner in excellent condition that now drips oil from the the drain plug, the new fuel filter has chunks of grease on the element itself! Front slacks were not checked. All in all unacceptable. All this and it took over 4 hours for a scheduled oil change that was supposed to take "about an hour".Service: Oil change

The most honest and affordable repair shop I know of. Though they specialize in Big Rig Trucks, they work on all types of vehicles. Including motorhomes, travel Vans, etc...I found them by accident, when I had a bearing bust out on the freeway. And they worked outside there usual hours to get my daughter and myself back on the road. I stay with them on purpose, they are most knowledgeable, courteous and reasonable.

I took my 6.5 turbo diesel to these guys to have it diagnosed because it was smoking.Long story short they said it needed 8 new injectors for the price of $2300.00 . I decided to get a second opinion and it wasn't the injectors at all. It ended up being a bad cylinder head. Runs great now without any new injectors. If I would have had them put the injectors in ,it wouldn't have fixed a thing and I would be out another $2500 including the cost for their worthless diagnostic test ! Either they need to get someone that knows what they are doing or they aren't being honest with people. Thanks for nothing Ultimate Truck Service ! I won't be sending any body I know your way !!!!!!!

A super place. I made an appointment to have oil changed in our RV. We came in on time and they also offered an inspection of all chassis . I agreed.Turns out the rear brakes on passenger side rear were metal to metal. Now we are full time and and live in the rv as we travel through out the USA. These folks were able to find the correct parts and repair the brakes the same day. They also suggested that some of the parts may be covered under a warranted. Turns out the caliper and bearing were covered saving me $400...We were then invited to their costumer appreciation lunch the following Friday. We are very appreciative of these folks dedication and friendliness to us.

This was my second time at UTS with my 99 Dodge diesel. With 200,000 miles I figured I'd get some preventative maintenance done with a valve adjustment and have my hoses replaced. They also diagnosed that the exhaust leak I had noticed was from a cracked exhaust manifold. which I had them replace. After a couple days in the shop a girl calls me up to say there's nothing wrong with my heater hoses and do I really want them replaced. I told her yes, I just had the main hoses replaced at a New Mexico Dodge dealer and wanted all the rest replaced to assure no future problems.Thank you UTS - you went way above and beyond.DB

We took our RV in for a loss of power problem. Ultimate Truck Service diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a reasonable time. We also received a follow up call the next day to make sure the problem was fixed. If needed we would use this outfit again.

4.5 stars to the gentleman who came out to look at my bus. He was friendly and seem to know what he was doing. He worked for about 40 mins trying to diagnose my issue. Said his goodbye and was on his way. 45 mins and out. I was happy till I got the bill an hour later. I agreed to the 1 minimum and drive miles. Except now I m told I m paying the whole hour service charge, 30 mins of drive time (@190/hr) and mileage of 1.50 each. At no point was drive time discussed. Even when I was comparing the in house rate vs mobile , I mentioned at only $30 it was worth it to me. I feel like this is bad business practices. I must take it as a cost to knowing better next time. Again, no fault on mechanic services. But, I feel quite let down UTS. And, I believe they have, sadly, lost my future business.

My company has been using this shop for 11 years. Early on I made the decision to spend my time driving and generating revenue rather than trying to do maintenance. So Dave and Debbie got my business. From those humble beginnings, Dave and Debbie and their mechanics have been a major factor in the success of my company. As any business owner knows, if the equipment doesn't work, you're not earning any money and, more importantly, your customers are not happy with you!!So if you need a shop that can accurately and quickly diagnose your equipment problems AND get it fixed and you back on the road, then you should give this shop your business. I'm glad I did. Tom Oliver, owner, T R Oliver Trucking Inc.

Honorable and great service. Dave the owner went way above and beyond for our family. We were just 3 hours into our vacation on a Saturday when our engine over heated. Dave was swamped with jobs but he fit us in and diagnosed the problem. Parts were unavaiable till monday so we stayed 2 nights here and Dave started working as soon as part arrived on Monday. Great old fashioned business ...highly recommend.

I would leave no stars keep changing names running from customers. Still Jason is the scape goat. read the reviews carefully, you cant review your own business to fix the system and running catches up. How much tax does Washington want from you? I have been burned by the best and your the king!
