Expect to have assistance with our batteries in the key fob only to find they were backwards.

They've always been there for us when we needed a part. But even better, they are willing to go the distance to find the part you need or even point you in the direction you need to go to find the right group if it is that rare of a part.Most places would just limit themselves to their arms reach and leave it at that.Not these folks.

There is a reason Auto Parts Plus is perpetually going out of business and it's due to the miserable, brutally unhelpful woman that runs that place. It's no wonder she can't find anyone to help her, who'd want that sort of misery on the daily.??? I'll never step foot back in that place. I pity her husband.

I needed the battery changed in my key fob. I went to the auto store to see if they could help me do it so I wouldn t have to take a ferry to pay $7 at the dealership.Walked in, explained what I was needed and was told they couldn t even look up what battery I needed to buy.I walked out, went two buildings down to AutoZone where They not only looked up the battery, changed the battery for me, and made sure both keys worked.

Always got what I needed for my jeep and they are really helpful. Not only that FREE Popcorn. Also gotten good catalogs from them and great suggestions on best parts to choose from. My number one Auto Center. Plague Nations approved!!!

Fast service, good price. Just remember to tell them if you have personal concerns. They inadvertently reset my trip odometer which I was using to track my mileage.

Always helpful and knowledgeable, on the rare occasion they don't have the part in stock they usually can get it by late afternoon or overnight at the latest. Oh, I forgot, friendly too. :)
