The mechanics did a great job. I was provided travel to and from home. The job took somewhat longer than estimated, but was completed in one day. Some fees were added to the bill that were not mentioned in the original job estimate. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Did and experienced many auto machanic shops, but none has comes close to the integrity, HONESTY and the work that is needed to be done on my vehicle(s)Very pleased with the consistency. The front end customer service is consistent on respect and very helpful! Thanks you for your service.

I was just a walk in to compare prices. Super friendly & Fun front desk gals. The mechanic plugged in my check engine light and evaluated the issue no charge. They matched the other quote sight unseen. They held the price till I could save up. I chose Midway over Subaru dealership due to their congeniality and understanding. Dealership was cold rude and get out of you don't want our service . So much fun writing out that 1600.00 check. They made it painless and car runs better than ever. Awesome people dedicated knowledgeable mechanics. Pick them .

Set up the appointment to get dropped off on Thursday. This was my only vehicle that needed repaired and they were super generous and hopped on my vehicle first thing so I could get it back by end of day. Very awesome peeps!

The customer service at this business is always great. I leave every time happy knowing that I m in good hands with Midway Automotive & Tire. Best part of all was the original price I was told for new tires wasn t horrible but it was a pill to swallow nonetheless but when it was all said and done it was actually cheaper than the original bid! Couldn t be happier with my service here at Midway Automotive & Tire. I will be back!

First time visiting then and they were all around great and I loved having the photos of the inspection they did on my car during the oil change that showed what was good and what needed addressing (new brakes, yeesh). Very friendly and fixed my brakes up quickly too! Thanks everyone!

I gave Midway a four star rating due to a situation that could have been deescalated differently. We went in for an alignment, and they did a great follow up at the end by speaking of other points to be aware of. Midway accepted us, unlike the business south of them. The business south of Midway would not even take the time to inspect, the moment I stated the model of car. Midway took care of us that was equitable to the error they caused. The level of customer service on the Island has been a bit subpar compared to the businesses I have encounter off the island, in general the quality of customer service has degraded everywhere. This seemingly new mentality of the customer is NOT always right I have experienced elsewhere, of course customer is not always right; but the poor behavior by employees at the time of the issue, treating customer poorly is bad form. Take care of the customer and then talk about it behind closed doors and move on. Midway did not treat me poorly, in fact I am happy with how it turned out. They kept their cool. The person at the front desk was pleasant and seemed empathetic to the situation they caused. She was calm, listened to my concern and offered a solution. No business works without error, but those that can work through the situation as Midway did, deserve our business. I believe they are an example that all should experience when challenges arise.

Responsive and we re able to fit in my car on short notice, and they were quick to do the repair. Only downside was price. Was charged $150 to just pull the codes for a check engine light.

I had a horrible experience the owner is argumentive rude and has zero accountability. Be warned if your car is a manual they don't know how to drive. I heard really good things about them. But my experience was non productive!

They are very professional and do not recommend any unnecessary work. They were very quick to get me an appointment and to get a diagnosis of my vehicle. I highly recommend this shop for all mechanical issues!

Brought my car in for estimates for repairs, and they broke my shifter arm & laughed when I brought it to their attention. Didn't offer to fix it. Their prices were pretty high as well. Will not go back.

Great work, fair prices, done very quickly!! My old truck started it life in Canada. Very rusty! They had quite a bit of hard rusty work. The end product is fantastic!! I would highly recommend Midway Automotive and Tire to everyone.

Repeat customer, this time had an intermittent problem that they were able to track down in short time. Back on the road by lunch. Great communication with phone and text, and no surprises. Very highly recommended.

The service was great but the paying $200 dollars for 3 windshield wipers is a rip off and I will not be going back, which is sad because I referred people to that shop and have taken my own vehicles there for many years. Dave was the best.

Midway auto and tire were so efficient and transparent about our car. My partner and I are travelers from out of town and not only did they get us into the shop within a week (good stuff now-a-days), but they took a look at problems we d been having for months, had new insights, and got us fixed in less than 6 hours!! They won t ever do work on your car without getting your approval, and the ladies at the front desk will use they re extensive knowledge to make sure you know what is going on with your vehicle at all times! I m sad we re leaving the state because these folks would be my go-to for car repair.
