I totaled my car on I-90 the owners son was in a tow truck behind me. He brought the person's car I hit and mine out of harm's way and then called in to have another person from the shop retrieve my car. This is a family owned business and they are simply amazing. Thank you for you for going above and beyond.

Went off roading on a trail in a jeep and unfortunately, got stuck on an uphill in a snow bank. Dallas and Chris were the second towing pair to come out (first truck couldn t make it up the hill to us) and got us out. Made sure we made it out of the trail to the main road okay, even assisted with guiding us backwards in the dark. Very professional, precise and safe. Some tight moments with inches to spare and somehow, these two did it. Thankful for these two guys.Service: Special vehicle towing

Todd's Towing is my hero and life saver. I was frantically calling towing companies on this icy cold day. Either they didn't answer the phone or they were booked. My car slipped and got stuck on a steep hill. It was a one-way narrow road, the car blocked it completely, and was in a blind spot that was not visible for upcoming cars. See the pic. It was a dangerous situation. Fortunately I called Todd services. They were also booked. Due to the snowy and icy conditions, many cars had to be towed. I explained my particular situation. Todd's Towing went above and beyond. They came fast. It was difficult to pull my car out because it was stuck between two icy piles of dirt. They did it. They were gentle with my car. Great job. And their prices were very affordable. Thank you Todd's Towing for your excellent service.

Driving down hwy 18 today our right lane was ending the driver of this truck from this company swerved into our lane so we couldnt pass. We swerved off the road to avoid a collison and the driver proceeded to flip us off. I hope nobody supports this bussiness i am taking this to the police. The driver endangered our lives.I did just call the company spoke to the manager he only said he would only talk to him. I told him that's not sufficient and i will be contacting the police and BBB the manager happily said go ahead. THIS IS MY FIRST EVER GOOGLE REVIEW BECAUSE IT THREATENED MY AND MY PARTNERS LIFE

They have been fantastic! They were recommended by a friend and did not disappoint! I got my ebrake fixed, and they were kind enough to show us what a sketchy dealer did to compensate to not correct the issue before the sale, AND saved us the parts to show. I will be bringing my vehicles here again!

Driving on I-90 West after a day of skiing, we hit debris about 20 minutes into our drive home causing an immediate flat. We called Todd's, and Tanner showed up with a big smile, and put us at ease after a very nerve-racking experience. He was so friendly and super fast, and we were on our way home again within 20 minutes of his arrival. I cannot say thank you enough--the fact that you put your life at risk to help us did not go unnoticed! We appreciate you Tanner!!Service: Tire change

These people are awesome. I came in for a work trip, got rear ended at a red light and couldn t get back home. Stopped everywhere in town and this was the only place that would help me right away. Dallas was able to fix my wheel up super quick and got me back on the road. Highly recommend this place.

Nice guy. Took a long time to show we we on the side of freeway as soon as he showed had the car on the hauler I. No time ... he took us off the rd and charged us 385 .00 for a ten min . tow and we had to ride in our car on the hauler because his had a ride alone

My car got a flat tire yesterday at Snoqualmie pass and I managed to drive it for another 15 miles west before I had to pull over and stop. It was blowing wind and freezing rain. This was my first ever experience with a stranded car. My 2 toddlers who were with me were confused as to what is going on. AAA sent Jared from Todd s towing to help tow my car. Jared was simple amazing. He arrived within 15 minutes, quickly assessed the situation and towed my car to the nearest tire center, all within an hour. Thanks, Jared!Service: Car towing

Todd's saved my car off of i-90 when the roadside service company I usually rely on didn't. The man I spoke to on the phone was very patient and understanding of my situation and multiple phone calls. My car was fixed quickly after they got the part and now it runs great. Wow, Todd's Towing and our driver Dallas were a life saver. We broke down in the middle of the Snoqualmie pass and after sitting for 2 hours waiting for our insurance company to find a tow service, canceled that and called around locally ourselves. So happened there were some bad accidents the same day and a few other shops just weren't available...Todd's Towing gave us a time estimate and followed up when they said they would in 15 minutes with more details.Dallas showed up within an hour, loaded us up, and even though he was busy trying to coordinate on the nearby accidents with his other drivers - he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of everything professionally and expertly. My wife and I agreed that he is one of a kind...thank you Dallas and Todd's Towing for such a great experience!

Great, fast service. Was in a bind when our battery failed in traffic. The tow truck driver identified the problem and recommended an auto parts store which would have the capability to exchange the battery. The driver stayed behind us on our route to ensure we didn't have another issue. Would definitely recommend Todd's for taking the extra steps to ensure we were safe.

My daughter broke down going over the pass from Omak to Ballard on her way home from my house and even though we did not end up using Todd's towing the experience was still outstanding. Dallas took several calls from me and could tell this concerned dad just wanted his daughter off the side of the freeway. Dallas even offered to take her to any hotel during the pick up just to help me out. Cannot thank him enough for the amazing support and understanding. He went above the call of duty and wanted him and his boss to know how superb the service offered was from him. Thank you Dallas from the east side of the mountains.

Todd s towing is a very professional towing service. We were first time tow truck callers, and they explained what the whole process is and got a service quickly. They even took us to the hotel we were going to stay at, until the car was repaired. Came right away when I had a flat on I-90. Fast, easy, friendly drive. Cost around $200 to pick up and take me back to Bellevue from North Bend. Overall, great experience and would use again.

My car broke down at the top of snoqualmie pass. I initially called Todd s and spoke to a gentleman that was very friendly, and told me to definitely shop around before making a decision, which is great because most places will just take your money. After calling around I found that Todd s was the most reasonable, so I called back. The time frame he told me it would take to get out to me was very accurate, and the driver (Zach) was very friendly and professional, great at his job! These guys are honest and affordable. When I took my vehicle to another local shop which I will not name, they attempted to charge me for work that wasn't needed and wanted about 30% more than what these guys charged me for the same work. The fellas at Todd's are personable, respectful, and know their stuff. It was ready when they said it would be and their estimate was on point. I will be taking my vehicle back for any future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone. very satisfied. thanks fellas!

Called AAA due to an insane flat tire heading westbound on I-90 for the holidays. They sent Todd s Towing. Kurt came out and promptly helped us. Towed our car to Les Schwab in North Bend. Quick, courteous and helpful. Todd s Towing saved the day!! My hero.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I would highly recommend their on time, professional, helpful and kind services. Zach helped me out in a pinch when I was stranded at a trail head alone in a rental car. Hertz emergency roadside assistance totally failed. Zach arrived within the specified time, communicated with me twice before he was on his way and when he was 15 minutes out which was incredibly helpful to reduce the stress of the situation. He quickly analyzed the situation and figured out it was a electrical system problem with the rental. He happily drove me and towed the car to only open rental agency ah hour away in Seattle. I felt safe and he was very friendly. When hertz told us we had to take it to a second location, there was no grumbling and he got the car to where it needed to be clearing up the headache of a situation. I had the unfortunate and fortunate experience of using this company. It was unfortunate that we totaled my car on a road trip to Washington from Arizona. But, it was fortunate that Todd s towing was used to tow and impound our car. They were super accommodating- we had bikes, a bike rack, and a box topper on our car. Todd s let us store those things there while we trying to figure out a solution to get back to Arizona. They worked with our erratic schedules and even stayed open late twice for us as we cleaned out our car and shuffled our items into a rental car. They are great people that seem to genuinely want to help you. Thanks!

worst service to book with , never ever book with them, they will loot you . my truck got stuck in road . they towed us to 5 miles and tells pay 5k. No fixed rates , just exploit the circumstances .

Zach came to tow my car after I thought I had a tire blowout of my van on the freeway. He was very professional, came exactly on-time in the window I was given over the phone, and alleviated my stress. In the past I've had tow trucks/drivers/companies be very dispassionate and felt inconsiderate, and that was not my experience at all. I felt assured and confident in the service provided. If you have the misfortune of needing to be towed or other roadside service in this area, I would highly recommend this company.Service: Car towing

I went to Todd's to have them check why my check engine light was on. The mechanic was very knowledgeable did something no mechanic does anymore. He actually showed me the broken part out of my truck. That in itself put me more at ease with his work. My Dad was a mechanic and he ALWAYS showed the broken part to the customer. So thank you guys so much for fixing my truck and putting me at ease with your work and integrity. I will Deffenitly come back for vehicle repair.

They are extremely nice people. They gave 110 percent! I lost my phone when I broke down and the driver (on his own time) went back 30 miles to find it. Which he did. That is a rare quality these days, and he may never know how much that changed me and my negative outlook on people.

My transmission exploded at the snoqualmie summit at 10pm. They were contracted by AAA. Arrived at my location way faster than estimated and had the car on the flatbed in minutes. The driver was very nice and professional. Would recommend.
