Such an awesome experience at Kings!We were headed to Spokane for our son s basketball tournament and the coolant warning light came on and said it was low. Going through the mountains we didn t want to take the risk of the car overheating so we stopped off at Kings. Dante took great care of my car and had us back on the road in no time. I truly appreciated his service and care! I would definitely recommend taking your car to King s Quality Auto Repair for all your your service needs! Thanks again Dante!

Gary King and Kings Auto! My husband s car needed some work done. King s provided us a quote of what the initial work was going to be. We dropped the car off after 5pm, used the key drop off and to our surprise they pulled the car in that night and with in a few hours had called my husband with an update. Mind you they close at 5pm. As must car work goes there ended up being some fun hidden gems. Prior to doing any of the extra work he called with the price and with the knowledge to explain if it could be put off or not. He was fair, up front, quick and thorough.

Dante at the King s Quality Auto Repair in North Bend is a life saver. My son had a driver s test and our tail light wasn t working. Dante checked us in and quickly fixed the light so we could get back to the DMV. And he didn t charge us for the repair either. Thank you so much!

Dante and the team at King's are wonderful. They have helped me with a few different issues over the last couple of years. Most recently an acute, profuse oil leak due to a poor oil change job at another shop. They quickly got my car in, diagnosed the problem and had me out the door in no time. They are always honest, reliable and great to work with.

My vehicle had a complicated issue. It was in Seattle shop for 5 weeks and they couldn t figure it out. I called other shops and they did not want to deal with my car. Even a shop that specialized in my car (Toyota) said: sorry, I am not going to deal with that one. Family recommended Gary at King s Auto. It was difficult to figure out as the car wasn t giving any error codes. But Gary figured it out. All staff is very friendly and polite.Thx Gary! :)

We broke down right near the shop, and 2 workers came and helped us without us even asking (Travis and Dante I believe). It was cold, dark, and pouring rain, and we had 4 animals and a toddler with us when our hitch came off our trailer. It was scary, and we thought we had to wait hours for assistance. They were amazing! This shop deserves your business!

Honestly, I don't know where to start. These guys really saved us. We broke down right outside their shop. Our uhaul fell off the hitch and we almost got into a serious accident. We called uhaul roadside services and the police but Travis and Dante noticed us and came right over to help, no question asked. They had just closed up for the night and it was pouring down rain. They gave us a hitch to get back on the road and off we went. They deserve your business. I can't recommend them enough!!! Thanks guys!

My prius was leaking coolant through the exhaust. He found out Toyota had warranty on it; when I called the dealership they didn't know about that until he brought it up to them. He saved me a lot of money

My car started randomly overheating just past north bend and they were able to get my car in within 20 min and get it all fixed up within 2 hours! Their customer service was great as well! Definitely a place worth using.

We were camping and when we wanted to get back to Bellevue, one of my car's tires had already begun to leak air. That we can't go home. We barely were able to come for one tire fitting, but we were told to wait about 4 hours. We didn't have that kind of time and we came to King's Quality Auto Repair. And then they treated me very well and patched up the wheel in 10-15 minutes. That we were able to get home on time.

Came in with an emergency while passing through town. Just had bought a used car from a different dealership a few days prior and didn't check one thing before purchasing, and that happened to be the part that failed. The staff here at King's Quality Auto Repair were extremely nice during a time when I felt like I messed up badly. They assessed the issue that it had and removed the part that was dragging on the ground, explained to me what probably happened, and why that part started to fall off and drag on the ground. The part wasn't needed to drive my car normally so they took it off for free so I could take it into my local mechanic back home. Without these guys being able and willing to take me in at the time they did, I would have been stranded for a while. You guys rock! If I am passing through snoqualmie again and need maintenance, you have my business!

We had our Chevy minivan towed to Kings Quality Auto Repair after it said it was overheating. They diagnosed the issue (thermostat amongst other high milage car issues), gave us a quote, held it for the weekend so we could come and pick it up, and when we decided to fix it ourselves they let us take it home at no cost. Honest business' gets a good review!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

We went to Seattle for a vacation. The day before our return we noticed a screeching noise from the rear tire. Took the car to a mechanic in Seattle 1st thing in the morning. They replaced the brakes and told us that everything is fine. While we were on our way back from Seattle, started noticing noise from one of the rear tire. Stopped the car, checked the tire and the rim was too hot on one of the rear tires. We were near the Snoqualmie so I searched for auto repair and found Les Schwab. They made us wait for 2 hours only to tell us that they can only inspect the car on that day and cant fix the issue. Around 4 PM, we contacted the King's shop and they were more than welcoming and willing to take a look. Turns out the guy in Seattle did not install the breaks properly causing the rotors and breaking pads to heat up. Guys at King's went over and beyond to identify the issue, Gary King (owner) drove himself to bring the required parts and they fixed our car while working well beyond their closing time of 6 PM.Last but not the least, Gary's wife was really considerate and helpful. She provided toys and kept on playing the favorite cartoon videos of our kid to keep him occupied.You guys got a good team there and best of luck to all of you.Service: Auto brake repair

On my way out of town, I got a flat going up to Snoqualmie pass.I turned back to North Bend and went to Les Schwab to get it fixed and they were so backed up it would take hours to get it serviced. I called around to Kings and they said they could do it right now. I went over, they plugged the leak, and I was off on my 3K mile trip within an hour. Tire held up just fine. They wouldn't take payment for a tire plug, so I am giving this glowing recommendation!! Attentive and service oriented.! Awesome.!Service: Tires

I took my car in last week because I was hearing a rattling noise in the engine when I drove between 30 and 40 mph. I called the shop and they told me to bring the car by and they'd squeeze me in. In total I was probably there for 45 minutes maximum. I showed up and someone was taking a look at my vehicle within 5 minutes. Turns out that there were some pins missing so there was a part that was hitting the wind just right when I was driving at certain speeds. They replaced all the pins and I was on my way! Everyone at King's Quality Auto Repair was extremely friendly kept me updated as to what they were doing. I had interactions with 3 different people and they were all positive. I'll definitely be taking my car back in the future!

GO TO SOMEBODY ELSE!!! These guys are poor mechanics and also crooked people. I had a thermostat go out and they put a new one in the wrong way and told me I was good to go and that I could get the gauge fixed later and that it would read wrong until I got a new one. My vehicle broke down and the next mechanic told me they didn't get it grounded properly and also tried to ghetto rig it to get it grounded with a standard bolt in a car that uses metric bolts. They tried to wedge something in there to get it grounded. They will not answer any of my phone calls or texts and now I'm in the process of taking them to court because THEY SHOULD BE PAYING MY NEW BILL FOR DESTROYING MY VEHICLE.

Sadly , absolutely not recommended . We were told that he would call us as soon as he finished the car . After six hours , it seemed strange to us and we called . We were told that the car was already finished after 4 hours ago and just forgot to call us. In the end he demanded 225 dollars from us for an hour the car onlyto be examined. . When we kindly inquired he only replied that an hour of service with him costs 190 dollars which is a rip-off.

These folks were fantastic in a pinch. Our car broke down as we were about to go over a snowy pass. King s quickly diagnosed the problem, arranged to get the required parts, and even stayed late to get us repaired and back on the road. We were driving over Snoqualmie pass on our way to Eastern Washington for a family vacation with our grandkids and dogs when our car started to shake and vibrate. The drivers side front wheel was very hot and smoking. We were very lucky to find King's Quality auto repair that afternoon. Gary, the owner of the shop came out and looked and offered to help right away. A faulty brake caliper was the problem, but the part was only available in Maple Valley and the shop was due to close soon. The owner's wife Stephanie volunteered to drive to the parts store (an hour and half with traffic).Then Gary worked overtime to fix the problem and inspected the car for any other issues. Meanwhile Stephanie attended to us and helped keep our grandchildren and dogs happy. They went so far above and beyond with this service that I was just amazed. I can't thank them enough for saving our trip with our grandkids.Services: Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection

These guys are awesome! I got a screw in my tire yesterday, and even though they were really busy, they got me in right away. Patched up the tire and sent me on my way. I would definitely recommend them!

I have had Kings Quality Auto Repair work on my cars for 2 years. Always honest, friendly staff and owners. They do not add more work than needed, or try to upsell unnecessary work.

We were headed to the Oregon coast when the linkage to the transmission on our Trailblazer went out at Snoqualmie Falls at 2:00 p.m. on a Saturday on Easter weekend on the first day of a week-long vacation with two young kids. I was able to splint the linkage with duct tape and a stick and get it to King's. The local auto parts shop didn't have the part so King's ended up driving 45 minutes each way to a shop that did have the part. Kings delivered the vehicle to our hotel around 7:00 or 8:00 that night. I'm not sure if he provides this level of service on all holiday weekends but we are sooooo grateful for the job they did. King's saved our family vacation.

Recently the power steering went out on my son's van. I called Gary and was VERY pleased, not only with his mechanical knowledge, but his integrity as well. He made me feel confident that the work performed was done properly and that nothing was done unnecessarily. I will definitely recommend him to others and I wouldn't hesitate to call him if need be in the future. Kudos to him for being the honest person he is.
