Dan is a HERO!! Our van had broke down in town, so my friends and I walked across town to NAPA to get a fuse, and see about buying a new battery. We had no tools whatsoever; Dan was so incredibly nice to grab some, and offered us a ride back to the van to help. This was a super kind gesture and we are all so grateful!!

I was 5 hours away from home when my brakes started grabbing. There were no a available mechanic's in the area. And I'm glad there wasn't. I saved a lot of time and money going to NAPA. They let me use their floor jack to examine my brakes. I noticed there was a caliper mounting bolt missing. They had the tools and the parts I needed. This place is like an emergency oasis for tourists. I really appreciate the crew they have here!!!

We lost the brake vacuum pump on our truck (pulling a boat) heading back to the west side on Sunday. Luckily, Jerry's was open with lots of helpful staff. Employee, Tyler helped my husband verify the issue, then Tyler drove to his house for tools (twice!) to assist my husband in replacing it. We were on our way in a little over an hour. Every business should model customer service after Jerry NAPA in Leavenworth. Thank you so much for your help.

We had a dead battery while on vacation in Leavenworth. Got a jump start and went to Napa/Jerry's auto to get a new one as we still had the original from 2015. Dan helped me find the right battery, let me borrow some tools and even assisted changing it out with me. In and out in like 15 minutes. Thank you Dan, great service while we were on our vacation. Highly recommend.

This was not the first time I visited, nor was it the most urgent. However, they were just as helpful, knowledgable, and kind as the time my truck broke down just before closing time, across the street. It is truly awesome that there are people who care, no matter how many annoying tourists they have to serve.

This staff at Napa Auto/Jerry's are extremely knowledgeable, work hard and have earned our trust. If they don't have the part in Leavenworth, they may have it at one of their other stores in the valley or they have it in a few days. Great customer service, repair shop is highly skilled and fair prices.If you want to work with one of best dudes ask for Cory West

Bless this NAPA and the man who ran the store today. My husband and I drove from Silverdale to Leavenworth without snow chains (new to washington) and knew we wouldn't make it back without them. He stayed open past hours for us to get there and get snow chains for our trip home. So friendly and polite and helped us find the right chains for our car.

Went in to return a foglight bulb for a Subaru bought at another NAPA store b/c appeared (by #) to be incorrect. Spoke with rep who looked it up and while # was off found it would be an adequate replacement though not an exact one. Wattage was different, size was different but would work. Sure enough it did and saved me a 40 mile rt to wenatchee. Consult wad much appreciated.

We were driving through town during a snowstorm from Wenatchee to Everett, and we realized how terrible our windshield wipers were, and desprately needed a new wiper and de-icer. The gentleman at the counter went above and beyond to help us out and get us back on the road safely and quickly. We are indebted to that gentleman and his incredible customer service. Thank you!

The absolute worst experience at any auto parts store I've ever had the employees were rude, and not helpful at all. We had a coolant leak we're 3 hours from home, I was pretty sure where it was coming from asked if they could help me because my hands wouldn't fit well, just asked for help and was told that "this was a parts store, if I wanted help I should take it to a mechanic's shop" I informed the young "gentlemen" that that seems odd because every other napa and auto parts stores have been willing to help its customers with their needs I went back in to buy some coolant to get me up the road and the store employee asked me if "I thought they should just help me for free" then I was told because I was upset that he was thinking about not selling me the coolant so I left the store with the employee telling me to "go f... myself" thanks napa great store you got there

On 11/20/15 I had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience in this store, having purchased a set of tire chains called AutoSock by a young man clerk who was friendly and helpful, He suggested this AutoSock to me since I said I wanted something easy to get on the tires. Within five minutes of my being there, he brought out the package from behind the counter, showed me a video right at the counter of a woman putting them on a car in snow, took me outside to my car and checked the size of the tires and said he was lucky that he had the right size for my car in his store. Two weeks later after reading online that they were not chains, but a fabric of some sort with reviews saying they helped but readily tore and got holes in them easily when used, I returned them to the store for a refund. A different clerk there that day said OK & handed me a refund slip for ten dollars less than what I paid. I had paid $92 plus and he refunded me $81 plus. As I began to show him my receipt and how much I had paid and that this refund amount was not accurate, all of a sudden a taller man (from the back of store?? not sure) was standing behind me, outside the counter area, and started insisting that I had asked them to order this AutoSock for me from another store, since they didn't have the right size for my car and I had come back for them on a later day to pick them up and they charged $10.00 for that shipping fee, which is not refundable. I kept on talking and insisting that was not true and that he must have confused me with another customer who looked like me, even though none of them were there the day I bought the item, or he was being mixed up or not telling the truth. After ten minutes or more of his insisting in an increasingly louder voice about this, I said I still needed a flashlight for my car and I was not going to accept a partial refund. He then agreed to give me $10 off the $30.00 for the flashlight, which he did slowly while complaining. They possibly still owe me another ten dollars for the error of charging me a bogus fee, but I won't be going back there again to find out. I wonder if I would have been treated differently if I were not a Senior and a woman. I noticed there is a Napa auto store a couple of blocks away.

Jerry's is pretty much the best place to get auto and tractor parts in the area. Their prices are lower than the local Napa and most of the staff is knowledgeable. As for chain saws: They are the best in the county hands down.

Last Year I would have given Jerry's 4 or 5 stars, but they have changed their values. It used to be that I could bring in my snowblower every year for annual maintenance or for repair if needed, though it has never been needed. They would come and pick it up and deliver it when it was finished. Now, because my snowblower is not one of the brands they sell, they refuse to work on it. And since they are the only company in Leavenworth that works on snowblowers, that leaves me in a real bind. I do not have a large truck or a trailer to take it to Wenatchee, and so far have not found a company that will come up to get it. This basically forces me to buy a snowblower from Jerry's if I ever want service. And I believe that is exactly their intent. They have every right to do this if course, but it goes against the values of our village. As a result, I will no longer do any business with them. And I will definitely will not buy my next snowblower from them (I was originally planning to buy my next one from them). Even if it means in the future having to pay someone to haul it back and forth to Wenatchee. Jerry, you have lost a long time customer.

Jerry's Auto supply their employees are always helpful they don't have her over you unless you look confused then they offer their help but I like Jerry and their employees that's why I go there and remember if you don't know just ask Dell help

I was over for the Seahawks game on Sunday and my water pump went out the team at Cascade auto/Napa we're so helpful and nice that anyone in Leavenworth that has problems with thier vehicle go to them
