Well to start it off a very very respectful mechanic shop to go to. Very reliable responsible and gets the job done when said. We called Hi-Land to help us out with one of our Men s Recovery , home vehicles and with no hesitation, they took it right in. Told us to bring it in a certain day he would get it done and it was done that day I would highly recommend. anyone in the area looking for a good reliable mechanic to go ask for Charlie he will help you get the job done. Charlie and Kurt are probably some of the best mechanics I've ever met. I haven't had need of their service since upgrading my vehicle a few years ago, but when I called them they were right on getting me taken care of. After hearing my issue, they ask me to bring the vehicle down so they could have a look, as suspected my clutch was well underway to giving out, and needed to be replaced. Fortunately for me, I drove it over there when I did, and he was able to get the parts and get it it fixed in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repairs.

Would definitely recommend this location for any vehicle problems you have. A year ago my car lights turn all on and got on parking lock after getting its brakes changed. Took it into chrysler dealer they told me it was electric problems so needed to be inspected further was in the dealer over 2 weeks and nothing had been found bill was almost at 2000 decided to pull my vehicle out . I took my 2015 chrysler 200s to this location told them what was done to my Vehicle and in 2 days they got it fix. Was running good like new Ever since my car has been working great no issues . Thank you!! You guys did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend them if i could give you guys more then 5 stars i would !Service: Electrical repair

We always use this garage when we have questions or concerns with our vehicles. They got me into the shop within the week and were able to help with the service by midday. The staff is warm, welcoming and courteous.

Received excellent service at reasonable prices. The shop caught an issue that unfixed would have destroyed my rear differential before my next oil change. I trust them and will use them again! It's probably time I leave this shop a review.My family has been having vehicles repaired at Hi-Land probably since it opened as a business. My grandfather got his vehicles repaired here, when I was a kid my Dad got his vehicles repaired here, and as an adult, I get my vehicles repaired here.Hi-Land has always been an under promise, over deliver type of establishment. They are beyond honest, trustworthy, and hardworking. I've never once had an issue repeat after bringing it to them.I don't even know how much more I can explain it to everyone.The only drawback is time. Obviously, being one of the most honest, straightforward shops in town, they are rightfully popular, and as anyone with car trouble knows, it rarely let's you know ahead of time. But that's not really Hi-Lands fault, so I won't knock them for it.If you need a vehicle fixed, for my money, I'll never use another shop.

I have taken my vehicles to Hi-Land multiple times over the years. Most recently I have had a plethora of air conditioning issues. My car is 17 years old. However, Charlie and the entire crew at Hi-Land have been nothing but extremely honest, professional and courteous at every turn. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust and one that actually cares about their own integrity and quality of craftsmanship, however, I have found that in Hi-Land.

Very helpful and didn't try and diagnos when it wasn't needed! So I saved money and tried what they recommended before actually taking the truck into the shop! Staff was phenomenal!!!

Love this garage! I had friends over the years tell me how great these guys were, but I always went to other places. Finally, I took my car there and have never left. I love how responsive and professional they are.

Words of gratitude to express of how I was treated at Hi-Land Garage!I have never been able to trust a Repair shop but I feel at ease now knowing I have one to trust in. I will,admit my transaction wasn't the easiest & took few trips but each time I was treated with respect, quick responses, personalized service that was understanding of needing my truck for work. High-Land Garage was highly recommended to me by several individuals. I needed my truck to be inspected for a long trip I am taking to assure it is mechanically sound for the trip. I got an appointment very easily. The services I requested were performed thoroughly and finished in an adequate time frame. Price of the service was comparable. THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO TAKE YOUR CAR TO HI LAND GARAGE!!! if your looking for a reliable, TRUSTWORTHY mechanic- you ve found it. they care about their customers! I brought my car here to get the ac checked out- they were able to locate the issue and took care of it and my car was ready the next day. they ve allowed me to store my car there a couple days even though they have very limited space in their parking lot. Kurt even went above and beyond to make sure I was able to access my keys and take my vehicle home on monday night after normal business hours. does your mechanic go above and beyond for you?Thank you Hi Land for ALL you do

I've been a customer at Hi-Land Garage for about 11 years. They are honest, fair, and do good work. The few times that something went wrong, Hi-Land made it right. How many people can say they trust their mechanic 100%? Thank you Carl, Kurt, Charlie and crew!!

I put Def in the diesel tank, obviously by accident! I called Hi-land garage. Chuck was extremely helpful. I had the truck towed there and Kip did all of the work. Our truck is back on the road and running great! They are working on my other car. There is a reason they have a amazing reviews and have been in business for so long. Very honest and reliable mechanic shop . As a contractor my trucks aren't on the road I'm loosing money . And this company is AWESOME at what they do. Recommend you make an appointment as yes they are busy . And it's because they are honest and fair . Price is fair , work is excellent and thier communication is also excellent. Needed a repair on my exhaust and went to this shop to inquire what I would need to get it fixed. They were not pleasant and said they were backed up 2 weeks and they don't do exhaust repairs and didn't even make eye contact. The shop looked busy and they all looked stressed. Don't waste your time coming here and expect great service. I would give a 0 star if I could.

I have been getting all of my vehicles repaired at Hi-Land Garage for 2 years now and I have had nothing but great experiences. I originally chose to do business with them because I really liked their Google reviews, but now, it's because of my personal experiences. Everytime I take any vehicle in for a diagnosis, they're spot on with the issues and get it fixed asap. I have had situations where the repair was required same day for next day travel plans and they go out of their way to get the job done. I really like their flexible before/after hours drop off and pick up. I will continue to give them my business for years to come.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto maintenance

Honest shop. Had a large leak of fluid from my transmission. I assumed it would be an expensive job requiring hours of labor. They traced the leak to a filter which they replaced and bill was < 100 bucks.Am I happy? I am elated! Will recommend this shop to anyone that needs a repair. Extremely happy with Hi Land. I went and got my car diagnostic at a different shop that charged me $250 to tell me I needed a completely new engine. Charlie helped take a look at my car when I called with a concern with the engine. I thought I would've needed an appointment, but he told me to drive right in and was able to assess it right away. Had to leave my car overnight and they kindly offered me a ride home (thanks Kurt!). Communication and the fix were all super quick and professional. Very happy as a first time customer having $2,000 of maintenance done. My only small issue to pass on to the repair tech's is: Please do not remove tire rotation sticker from windshield in order to add their oil change sticker. I thought I had a rear differential leak and when I went in to get a estimate I was informed that my rear differential seal needed to be replaced. I scheduled for the service and later tht day I get a phone call stating I didn't get the service done because there was no leak. And they charged nothing. I will recommend hi land garage to anyone in need of a mechanic. If I have any other issues with my truck I will also be bring it back to hi land garage. Thank you for the wonderful experience. Replaced the lifter after Meyer s Auto Tech tried to screw us out of 17k. Our 2015 Suburban is now roadworthy thanks to their work and dealing with a service contract, out the door in less than 2 weeks.Definitely recommend.Service: Auto engine tuning

Been bringing our vehicles here since 2016, they've fixed our 93 Cadillac Seville, our 2002 dodge Dakota twice, our chevy Tahoe twice and are now working on our chevy cruze. Every time they provide the best service and our vehicles run smooth after they've worked on them. I definitely recommend making them your go to mechanics. Aside from being genuinely good hearted people they provide high quality service and let you know the best solution for your vehicle.
