You have to experience these guys. Rusty is a hoot. He has a ton of knowledge and experience. He is willing to give you the shirt off his back to help get back on the road safely. His guys work efficiently and know what they are doing. Even if you think you know better trust me you don't. These guys will help you if you're a diy type. They saw an issue with my vehicle and found a work around for a part we were worried would get damaged if I tried to remove it. Jonny came in clutch and fixed my screw up. I am now back on the road happy as can be. The boss man, really new what he was doing, even with my European Volvo that was shipped here from Germany and has a turbo 3.5 lbs instead of stock one this car is very modified it needed a lot done to it to be street legal he had me up and going in no time and getting my tabs and making my car legal for the streets, did everything he can to save me money to I would definitely definitely advise you to take your car here if you need it repaired to pass emissions test, 5 s Phillip strout, you remember me,( cheif ) the 53 yr old that doesn't look a day over 35 lol.thanks for that 30 years of the most elite training in the world helps me stay fit and I may look younger but my body says different it's very old..lol thanks again for all your help.pjs airborne ranger long-range recon scout platoon Commander retired but not expired LOL

One of the best automotive repair experiences I've ever had. Even though they were very busy, Rusty made time to put a new muffler and beautiful custom chrome exhaust on my car. The prices were extremely reasonable and Rusty with his awesome sense of humor made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend his shop! With much gratitude - Aaron Lindahl

Highly recommend!! Not only are they the nicest people, but truly honest!!They went above and beyond with my mother, when they truly could have taken advantage. Charged her less than half of another mechanic, and did more!! Took my son's car in, and they told me the services that another mechanic put in writing that he needed done, did not need to be done......again, could have taken advantage....DID NOT! I will drive the extra few miles (we live in Mount Vernon) to bring my car to this shop!! Thank you so much for your honesty, integrity & service!!

Honestly!!! Rusty and his crew are the best!! I just moved to Arlington with my wife and we are so happy we landed upon his business for any emergency needs we have with our vehicles. They did such a great job with my rear breaks and in record time. I will most definitely be a returning customer. Don t waste your time with Big Corporate mechanic shops like Les Schwab!! They rob you whenever they can. Thank you again Rusty.

Rusty and Amber are the best. They really went the extra mile for me. Great service. They put a new transmission in my car for a great rate. Mat the mechanic is thorough and honest. Its hard to find such a great team. I would recommend this auto shop hands down.

My experience with Rusty was negative and unrewarding. I sold him a car which he repaired and allowed someone to drive the car with my tags still on. Long story short Bothell pd inform me my car was impounded. After talking with Rusty he apologized stating he dropped the ball as a business person. He never did his due diligence to fix or make things right even after losing a civil court judgement. My credit has been impacted in a negative manner and he has reckless disregard for customers credit worthiness. I will never do business with him again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Awesome shop! Had an oil change at a competitive rate compared to any of the quick service franchise shops. While I was there, I had them check out a check engine light that just came on (without any noticeable car problems). Instead of printing out a big list of parts to replace, Rusty walked me through possible causes that could have triggered the light, and let me know that if it comes back on or starts giving me any issues down the road, that I could bring it in and he'd give that part a more thorough inspection for free. The only thing I paid for on my visit was the price of the oil change. They don't have any bells and whistles for customer comfort in their waiting area, but it doesn't matter when you find a shop that's trustworthy. I'll definitely be taking my car here in the future!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Rusty was a lifesaver. We had a car emergency on a Saturday afternoon and Rusty went out of his way to diagnose the issue for us free of charge! When the dealerships and big chain repair shops (Firestone) wouldn't give us the time of day Rusty was there to help us out. I would recommend him for anyone looking for honest and genuine car service.

Above and beyond. This shop has given me hope that there are decent people still out there. The owner Rusty is an A+ guy and the staff there are just as nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with any sort of car troubles. They will tell you straight to the point what needs done and won't dance around and will get done exactly what is needed. Top notch service!

This was my first time here. I'm leery of independent auto repair shops so i usually use the dealer. This shop came highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. The owner here is a hoot. Down to earth knowledgeable guy. Got my new muffler installed while i waited. I'll be back to get my heated seat fixed next. I'm very happy to have found someone that i can trust.

I was originally towed in to this shop. They got right on my car, found reasonable, quality parts, and got my car back on the road in record time. Since then I take my car to them for all repairs. They are fair, reasonable, and really care that they give good service. I also enjoy the office staff--always helpful and welcoming.

This shop is top notch. They were up front with me about what was wrong with my car and it was what I thought before I even brought it to them. They are very professional and super nice. In my opinion they went above and beyond any other shop that I have ever gone to. I don't normally post reviews but this shop was so wonderful I had to. Thank you for everything you have done for us and we will bring our car back anytime we have a problem and we will tell everyone to go see you first. In my home we call this shop the car Dr, because our car was very sick and now it is purring. This is the best shop around. Rusty is honest and he knows what he is doing. I will go here anytime i need car repairs done. Rusty is also very truthful and his word is the truth. If he says. He will do it. Thanks rusty for the awesome job.

It's sometimes hard to find a good mechanic you can trust that won't ream you. I was referred to Rusty by my father & glad for it. They take very good care of me. I don't live close but would rather go the distance because I trust them, they are fair & always do a good job. I have referred friends & rusty is now their go-to guy even though it's a distance for them too.

They got my rig in right away and got my exhaust fixed and the work looks beautiful highly recommended them to everybody that needs work done when my vehicle was done they took it on a test drive even picked me up from work on the test drive!! Friendly staff and compassionate owner who truly cares about your life and needs. The owner works with you on pricing and makes sure every party is getting a good deal. These guys do good business and quality work. They also do free estimates!

Called and had to wait 8 days for an appointment. Explained that this was our daughter's car and she needed it to go back to college the Monday after our Thursday appointment. Dropped the car off at our appointed time in the morning and then was told that "we might not get to it today, but I promise we will have it diagnosed by tomorrow". Called them at 3:30 Friday and was told that someone was currently working on it. Called back when we didn't hear anything by 5:45 - they close at 6. Turns out they had never touched it at all and then they lied and said that they were "completely upfront" about what they were doing. Nope. Total lies. Don't bring your car here. I needed a CV joint replacement and they fixed it incredibly fast with outstanding customer service. They are respectful, fun, and accommodating (within reason). If I ever need another car repair, I am definitely considering this place first.

Very good services. I had to stop there to get an oil leak diagnosed and fixed, and they got be back on the road in a little more than a hour. I was in a road trip and they got me in and fixed it promptly. No more leaks and we were able to complete our road trip without any more problems.

Had front end work done and yes I may have paid a little more than les Schaub but they would use Chinese parts got good old American parts and the service here was 110% discount for paying by check most everyone else don't trust there customers

Excellent service that you don t find anymore. Friday afternoon - broke down on I5, away from home and Rusty went out of his way to get the parts and repair done that evening. No over charging or run around. They were a lifesaver!

Man my SUV needed major help I was on a budget... Mama of 6 here..I was promised a price and that's what I paid less even... Even though they had to do major work and price was climbing they worked it out ....
