Owner and staff were extremely helpful, especially Lisa, the service manager who was in constant communications with myself and the insurance company jumping through hoops to get my vehicle repaired. The quality of the work was 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone that needs vehicle repairs or upgrades done.

I went in for auto body repair work. They were extremely nice and very helpful. From the initial call to pickup they made sure everything went smooth. I usually worry about everything but they have the process down so well it eased my mind. Their estimate was fair, they kept to the timeline exactly, and I received my car back better than new. When I took delivery I didn't even recognize my car. I had planned to clean it when I got home but they had detailed it. Looked better than showroom new. They even work with the local rental place Enterprise down the street so pickup and drop off was a breeze. When you get into an accident no matter big or small you have to deal with alot and the people here make it so easy. They really deserve and earned their high star marks on Google reviews and I can see why first hand. I was so impressed with the work and looks of my car I had to go back inside and thank them once again. Danielle and Lisa are rockstars. Thank you to the entire staff at Collision One for making what started out to be a horrible experience (the accident) into a really great and memorable ending.Service: Body & Trim

Ladies at front desk are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle in a timely manner. Very friendly and they nody man did a Bang Up job. Very pleased with my experience and end result at Collision One.

I took in a truck from a local dealership that I was interested in buying because I saw some rust on the frame that made me nervous. They were able to inspect the truck for me the same day I called and showed me all the areas that had bad rust that I hadn t seen the day before. They were very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable and saved me from making a huge mistake in buying the truck I brought in. I could tell from my interaction there that the owner was very passionate about what he does and that he and his employees are very skilled at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a locally owned and knowledgeable body shop.

Had a small accident in my Ford explorer and they got it back looking like it just come off the showroom floor. Great customer service and they are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. They also work with a lot of different insurance companies.

It all started with leaky sunroof that noone else wanted to mess with so I visited Collision One in Tappahannock. Mike the estimator greeted me and went over everything to a tee for me to grasp and understand. Since my car was going to be there a while I decided to fix a dent in the trunk that had been bothering me and upgrade my wheels. Mike was very patient with me while I made my selection. About a week went by and I called all excited ready to see my car. Mike explained that it was just about ready, that they had noticed a couple extra things wrong that could be taken care of while the car was disassembled and went ahead and fixed those too... AT NO EXTRA COST! A really great gesture... like they might like repeat business. I felt with Mike, Beau, and Angel, all 3 were as friendly and professional as they come! I WILL be a repeat customer!

The front office ladies are amazing. They keep you in the loop with what is happening with insurance and repairs. My truck was there for 2 weeks. I would have given more stars but I had to go back 1 day after pick up bc my door handle wouldn't open. They did fix it.

They did a beautiful job restoring my 1968 Camaro. If you want it done right I highly recommend Beau and his team. I would not take it anywhere else but Collision One. I read some negative reviews about their pricing. You get what you pay for. I wanted it done right and quality counts with me. I will always take my vehicles to them. Hands down.

Beau and his team and Collision One in Tappahannock, VA are spectacular. Don't go anywhere else if you have a classic car in VA or MD that you want restored. They just completed a full restoration on my 69 Dodge Dart GT and it is nothing short of spectacular. Steve Hicks, the main restoration guy is a master of metal work and their painter Tim is unmatched. This is not just an auto body repair shop. They really build works of art.

They did an estimate of my repairing my drivers side door and said it would cost $1200! Ridiculous! Went to another body shop and estimated total repair is about $100. HUGE difference! If I didn't know better, I'd say Collision One is greedy. Perhaps they do fine work, but unless you have the money to fork over, you might want to go elsewhere. Prices are far too high.

DONT GO HERE!!! After getting new wheels put on I had an issue with vibration. They complained saying it wasnt them it was my truck. Witch was just inspected throughly. I m not a mechanic but I know when something isn t right. I just wanted it fixed that was all. They were very rude and unprofessional. 1st and last time every going to Collision One in Tappahannock. Took my truck to Northern Neck Chevy in Montross and they easily fixed the problem.
