After hitting a deer, insurance suggested this collision center for our repairs. I m sure operating a collision center can be very busy, however, communication was extremely lacking; multiple times on different days, I attempted to call the shop without anyone answering. During the repairs, which took about a month due to the parts being on back order, nobody at the shop ever reached out to give an update, however, when the vehicle was complete, the body work looked like the vehicle had never been in an accident. Aside from lack of communication, everything else was very well.

If you care about how your vehicle will look once it s back from repair, do not choose this shop. Customer service is a joke, communication is non existent. You have to constantly keep calling to get someone on the phone. My insurance tried calling them several times and they did not once get someone to answer the phone. They held my car until end of the day to be picked up, found issues with the repair and there was only one person left for me to talk to. It s been 4 days and I have yet to get a call about the issues. The fender flare was broken/cut, repainted and then placed back on my 2023 4Runner. You could see the double sided tape all around the flare. Then to find out the next day the smart touch wouldn t work on my door either. Needless to say, I will never use this shop again. They do not care about what shape they deliver vehicles back to their customers. Such a shame to trust someone to repair something so expensive and it comes out looking terrible.

Absolutely amazing work and extremely helpful and friendly staff, I will definitely be taking my other three cars to them for any repairs, great great company to deal with. They worked on my 2012 mustang and it's in better condition than when I drove it off the lot. They were the only good to come out of a bad situation when I was side swiped in an auto accident. They were so nice and understanding. I was running late after work dropping of my rental, I called to tell them I wouldn't make it it time to pick up my car before they closed- they were kind enough to wait so I would be able to have a car to drive home that day! When I picked up my car, it was in pristine condition, cleaned inside and out. The previous damage was fixed to unnoticeable condition, even buffed out some scratches that were not from the accident! We needed a relatively minor repair to the left headlight area of our fairly new Honda Pilot, and they did an excellent job. While they had our car, they even fixed another little dent on the other side that was there when we bought it. They were nice, easy to deal with, and seemed to be trustworthy. If we ever need autobody work done again, this is where we will most likely go.

Had a fender bender and they fixed my Chevy Malibu. Not only did the paint match perfectly but they also cleaned it and shined it up really nicely. Very professional and courteous staff too!

Left my car in a worse condition than it was before it was rear ended, if you have the option to take it elsewhere you will probably get better results than I did. Radio doesnt work nor does the heat, hood will no longer open. Trash was left in the car and the worst part was that it took 2 months.

Awesome, friendly, quick. Called for minor scratches, got there in 5 minutes, Richard did a great job wasn't even charged for it and I was continuing my vacation. Thanks guys?
