Overall it's a clean place. Showers are outdated but the water is HOT! We got stuck here over the 4th of July weekend and it wasn't too shabby. Staff are kind and helpful. There's even a USPS mailbox out front so you can send out postcards. Great place, I would stay here again.

I do not recommend this location, went to get service and end up paying over $600 for a part I did not need. After leaving this location I the truck was still having the same issue. I stopped another location and paid $50 to fix the problem. A week later I found the $600 part that I never needed was no good.

Has the things you need. A tire guy(didn't see a name tag) helped me with an old air chuck to replace my broken one so I could air it my rv tires. Good place to take a break and grab some food for the road.

Very polite well organized facility. Very clean shop very professional workersinside the shop these guys are at the top of their gameThis is no joke this is a real shop. I was very impressed with there workI guess those girls inside the office must be cracking the whip lol

These life savers! One of their techs was able to help us out after being stranded 5 hours away from home with our puppy, even tho they only work on semi-trucks, I believe Cody was the tech, he is a life saver, absolutely amazing! Everyone was very nice and helpful. We were in great hands!

Josh was great. He was super fast and efficient from answering our call to finding the part, getting his mechanic to our truck, fixing us up and charging. Everything just smooth and efficient as it should be. Thank you! Good to know which location is doing it the right way. Wish all of them are like this one.

Dr M is right they charged me on two different lines for the labor for changing fuel filters $56 each, only cost $19and$23 each ,, Too much profit margin for the OOP

Service overcharging, not a first time having a bad experience with them. They added on things on the bill and can t explain what is on the bill because mechanic left home treating they will lock my truck in the shop until tomorrow so mechanic explain me the bill. Never rejected to pay the bill but just want to know what I m paying! Avoid this place! Definitely I will report them to bbb , customer service and chamber of commerce!

Clean place friendly staff.This place doesn't have any food besides Wendy's and the Sbarro which open late, usually when most truckers are back on the road, absolutely no food choices in their fridges other than aerospace food, milk doesn't exist in their coolers, probably they should drop by the other TA located a few miles north in Wythesville VA to see how they handle food service.

Got a mudflap on the trailer. Quick and easy. It's a TA so lots of parking.

I always thought Petro shops suck but not this one its my second time in the shop both experience was great!! They did oil change and trailer wheel seal within 2 hours!! I was so impressed!! Thanks a lot!! I hope other petro shops learn from them how to work!!

As a trucker, very impressed with the Shop here, and it's employees Josh & John. Three hours, from when I messaged my Onroad late afternoon until the Shop was done later in the evening - and the slowest part was actually my Carrier's callback and then later the approval! Had a tandem blown out, mudflap gone, and a support bar bent back up; and also a separate job to fix a slide handle jammed halfway wouldn't pull out. Good fast work from two nice guys. Lucky the failure happened only 3 mi up the road. Only thing is they close for new repairs after 9p, (Friday this was), not what google says, post-couf reality I guess. The failure happened overnight, so I just slept at the Marathon dirt lot down the hill, and then woke fresh to get this done. Thanks again, guys. Excellent service!Service: Tires

There is so much to be said about leaders who lead by example and that's what general manager Bill does, I stopped in needing some TLC on my rig and he himself be right up, it was nice to have a good old-fashioned truck driving American Experience

I was pulling my travel camper and thought I was having a problem with my trailer brake controller. The controller would show that the brakes were engaged when i was not braking and the controller was losing connection and coming back on. I called ahead and asked if someone could take a look and was told it's OK come in. When I got there and they saw I didn't have semi truck they said they can't help me. I said if anyone who knows about trailers could just take a look and see what's going on bc I thought it was an easy fix. Was told they don't carry parts for trucks. Anyway I went down the road and lost my wheel assembly and needed a new axle bc my pin connection was shorting out and causing the brakes to engage bc the wires that connect from the trailer male wire to the truck receiver had gotten pushed back and weren't making a solid connection. So we lost many days and thousands of dollars and I do think if a tech came out for 5 mins and checked it out they could have really saved us from a major catastrophe. Some shops are willing to help or even take a look and some are not.

I have been here many times in the past being a former truck driver. This go round I was stopping to grab a bite to eat at the restaurant but, they were closed for renovations. Would have been better if the restaurant was open but, overall still a nice place. Kind of curious to see what it is going to look like after the renovations.

We found a parking spot ran in got what we needed and left. The gas pump line was ridiculously long. Someone in the store was doing a great job asking all drivers not getting gas to move their trucks over the loud speaker constantly. Other truck stops need to take notes. Great job manager!

This Petro has made some changes since the last time I was here. They removed their restaurant and installed more fast food franchises some pizza joint. They got coffee and other road food too. They have a full service truck and trailer repair shop onsite too. The fueling island has about 7 lanes and the parking lot is large enough for about 200 trucks maybe more and it s well lite up too

We stop here quite often on our travels. The staff and food inside the Iron Skillet restaurant portion are great! You will be full by the time you leave and the friendly staff will check on you often. Also the staff in the gas station side are friendly. The place is always clean and comfortable.

Great friendly staff. Called ahead had parts . Got to location got pulled in within 10 minutes out the door in 1hr and 45 minutes.
