One of our drivers had her Reefer battery quit on her. She and the dispatcher informed the repairman that it was more than likely the battery and asked him if he had a battery. He told them that he did. When the guy showed up, he didn't bring the battery with him and had to "ride the clock" to go back to get the battery. When he got back and finally finished the repair, it was over $800.00. We paid him and the driver went to check out the battery and it wasn't a new battery. When our driver said something about it not being a new battery, the repairman became irate and yelled at our driver and cursed at her, he even threatened to remove the battery. If you ever find yourself broken down in Shenandoah County VA, don't use this service.Service: Battery

If you want to loose money call them for OTR repairVery bad OTR serviceThey charged me 650 $ to just come to see my truck , and the mechanic didn t do anything, he just spent time going around the truck and making phone calls and I paid for all of this useless times
