Dillon and the service staff/mechanics were amazing. We came in this morning without an appointment when our transmission went out on us outside of town in the early morning hours as we were headed back home to Florida. We thought for sure we'd be either stuck for a few days (at the very least). They were able to locate a transmission for us and install it the same day. Thanks to them we were able to get back on our way home the same day without needing to make new travel arrangements. We would recommend them to anyone in the area.

First-class dealership across the board. Sebastiun helped me with my trade-in remotely, so that the process when I arrived was quick and seamless. I would recommend GM in Mineral Wells for all your auto needs! They got us in and out with our Dodge front end in 3 days! Extremely affordable and Johnny and Dillion were amazing to deal with! Highly recommended

We came during a sale. The dealership brought in a third party company to liquidate their inventory. The sales guy (Dallas), and (Barney L) were great to deal with. Waiting for Scott (employee of the dealership) to print paperwork and sign was beyond ridiculous! I came in at 9 AM for a 9:30 appointment. I had all paperwork (pay stubs for both of us, current insurance, pay off of trade in, dl and ss cards. This was all given to them by 915 before I test drove the vehicle. Then Barney dealt with getting approval from the bank. I was told I was next to sign. After back and forth for hours I was finally allowed to sign. I expected to be there around three hours. I was there for 7! It was not until I threatened to walk out of the deal did Scott conveniently get the paperwork together. I would not deal with Scott in the finance office for any deal in the future.

This is the 3rd time we purchase a vehicle from AutoWorld in Mineral Wells. They are the most professional and helpful staff! Cesar Villarreal is the ultimate professional, he was constantly on the phone giving us updates and pictures to meet our expectations. Joel is the manager here, you can depend on all his staff to be professional, courteous and helpful! They also deliver your vehicle!!! That is Cesar in the pic.

These guys are awesome! Had issues with our new 24 Chevy 3500, needed it to tow a trailer to a race a few days later. Got turned down by a few other dealerships to get it in with time for us to be on the road as planned. Over the phone they had an idea what the issue might be. Ended up being what they thought the issue could be so they were able to update, fix a few recall items, plus change the oil. Can t thank this crew enough, without them our whole crew would be out of one of the biggest races of the year.

Bought a vehicle in September through a salesman (Ceasar), which the salesperson represented to me as having a lifetime warranty. Given the miles of the vehicle, I thought it was prudent to verify that this specific vehicle shared the same coverage as the rest of the vehicles shown on their website. He confirmed to me that it in fact, did have the lifetime warranty. I m October, when I requested copies of the warranty paperwork he told me his finance guy had already sent them, again reinforcing his confirmation to me that this vehicle did have a warranty. Finally get someone on the phone today, and low and behold, this vehicle apparently has no warranty and my salesman is no longer employed at this dealership. How convenient. Have emailed finance manager/attempted to contact him several times and not a word. 1 star and definitely would not recommend purchasing from this dealership as apparently they misrepresent the vehicles they sell. I would be willing to bet I m not the only person this has happened to. Will be looking into reporting them to the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles for false advertising/misrepresenting the terms of a sale.

Went in today and was able to smoothly trade in my old vehicle and walk away with a new one. I was coming from a different dealership in Mineral Wells that had left myself and my husband stressed and frustrated with pushy agents, so I appreciated how friendly everyone (shout out to Kevin and Daniel) was. Ok where do I start this will FOREVER be the worst place to go to buy a vehicle so Mr Kevin knew he sold a vehicle that just got traded in and he also knew had NOT gone through the service department so a week into driving this POS vehicle I hear a horrendous noise when I m coming to a stop and mind you I have 2 or more kids with me and my autistic son with me so I get home and I have my husband look and the rotor is cracked THEN me and my husband say the rotor is cracked which I have pics of and say we no longer want the vehicle and they say oh we have to wait on the higher up manger to say whether or not they are going to let us get a new vehicle or fix what they knew was wrong well we get a loaner and all is good then we get the dreaded call we knew we d get after a month or little more of time and they say you vehicle is ready to be picked up so we cleaned up the car before we return it but the service department lady texts me say hey this is i don t even care to remember her name but says hey bring back the loaner car we got it sold which is odd because they had no clue what the miles were and now they ve lied to us more than once and made sure they screwed us to the point where we owe more than the car is worth and it s still not driving core and it probably won t ever be but don t call them because if you go up there you ll see the person who is a real good liar run off but you can see him run off so don t ever get a car from them they are deceitful and they will screw you as hard as they can and not care about it THANKS AGAIN KEVIN! NOT

False Advertising. Terrible company and very unethical. I received a letter in the mail with a scratch off to verify to see if you win. Should have known not to even pursue..... I even called ahead to verify if legit and sure enough it is... but they deceive you. The scratch off appeared that I had won $1000 only to receive an iPod and Bluetooth speaker ($25 value) once I got there.The whole dealership was in on it. They even had a large poster with the "fine print" about the details. Several others who had fallen to the scam were there upset. Not all dealerships are like this.... that was the most deceptive advertising I've ever seen. If they will deceive you about that, what else will they lie to you about or trap you in?

Bought a 2022 truck. They didn't even detail it or fill it full of fuel when i picked it up. They have my trade in for sale and haven't even paid it off yet, but they sure did cash my check real quick. Finance guy isn't pleasant to do business with either. I would not recommend this dealership

Day 1 called to buy a 90,000.00 truck cash no call backDay 2 same resultDay 3 called again got shifted to gm Gustavo and he stated he would make it right and apologized and would call backDay 4 and 5 no call backDay 6 talked to Gustavo apologized again with mote excuses said his best sales guy Kevin would call back with pricing for order and depositDay 6 no call backDay 7 no call backI presume they are not in business foe customer service and or selling someone with b good credit and that can pay cash a truck. WOWWould not recommend this outfit.Day 8 took my business down the road and now have a truck ordered and deposit made. 1 Day service. Unreal experience with Gustavo and their staff and outfitP.k.

Would not suggest buying from this dealership but, if you are set on it then buy from Kevin. My salesman knew I had some money and he played me and tried to take advantage of me. Thank God I'm not stupid. Auto World knows who I'm talking about and should really screen their employees. Hope this problem is addressed for the sake of future customers.

The service department is not good (in my opinion, and that's the nicest way I can say). They lack communication. They diagnosed my car wrong, which ended up costing them money and us a little more than what it should have been. They had my car on and off for close to 3 months, because they couldn't fix it right. We were lied too. My air bag sensor is now on, which it wasn't before it went in there. They take their sweet time to get to it (which I understand being busy) but when you're told numerous times that your car will be ready and then get told a bunch of lies as to why it's not, it's frustrating. I get my car back, and it still acted up. Give them a call and no response. I will not be doing business with them ever again.
