Joe Hudson Collision did an awesome job with my car. They told me it would be ready on the 16th and actually had it ready for me on the 9th. Customer service was so welcoming and friendly. They kept me updated throughout the process of them taking care of my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them for your car services.

It was the worst experience ever. I first dropped off my car, it says 25 days on estimate. But allstate lady Melissa Rodriguez told me it should be no more than 2 weeks. I'm on week 4. I had to turn in rental at week 2 mark. I've been stranded at home for almost 2 weeks. Melissa stopped calling to give me updates. I have been calling. Hung up on. Lied to and talked to very rude. Exact words from Eric manager... it will be ready when it's ready. March 11th I was told it would be ready the 12th by 3:30. Got there, they were rude and upset we showed up. And let me know he was mad that we showed up. From the 2 week time Melissa said paint was complete just waiting on a tail lamp. Called Friday because no call to update and left message. She was supposed to call back. I had to call back and was told at 1p she left for the day. I then called Monday. She wouldn't take my call and front desk told me it was still in paint. And have yet to get a straight truthful answer. Overall I would NEVER refer anyone to this company. Never again

Excellent customer service, great quality repair, and turnaround time was incredible! Greatly appreciate Daniel and his team for getting me back into my truck so fast and it looked great!

Do not use this repair shop. They will over charge you and bill the insurance a different amount than they tell you. Daniel with Joe Hudson's changed the estimate costing me more than $1,100 out of pocket. Joe Hudson is NOT trustworthy and will rip you off. Do not use Joe Hudson's

(Update) As you can see the owner reached out to me. I went to the link provided and provided more details. Till this day no response. Seems to be a tactic to seem to care out public. I'm still stuck paying for two batteries they drainedAs far as the service goes the work they did on my car was pretty good. I noticed they were very busy and it took almost 2 months to get my vehicle returned to me. I was pleasant and understanding.However, when sent my truck to them it also was there almost 2 months. My vehicle sat there. I gave specific intel stating the truck MUST be plugged in or it will be difficult to start. The insurance company wouldn't cover the repairs and had it towed back to me. It arrived with 2 dead batteries to the point I couldn't jump start. I am being told it is on me due to normal wear and tear. These batteries were bought together new just over a year ago. $180 each.Now I'm being stuck with the bill since the insurance won't cover them ether because it had nothing to due with my claim. I'm not happy. I will tell my insurance to send my vehicle elsewhere for future needs.Word of advice take your batteries out with you.

My F-150 looks like new after repair that was completed as promised . The staff was very friendly and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them

I want to thank Mr. Jared and Mrs. Maggie for all their help through this process. They are friendly,professional, and very helpful. As you can see the before and after pictures it looks a lot better i would recommend anyone to go here if i ever need any body or paint work im most definitely would come back Thanks again Mr Jared and the whole team there at Ellis Country Auto Repair... My insurance sent my car here. It was a problem from beginning to end. The response time was terrible for simple phone interactions. I was flat out lied to several time about an estimated time of retrieval. They had my car for so long that they had to send it to another shop to fix it due to my complaints. 75 days later when I got my car back it was still leaking fluids. I wouldn't recommend this shop to nobody!

Joe Hudson and Daniel the team did awesome with my vehicle i am very satisfied and will recommend to everyone it was very informative and fixed in a fast and smooth manner. My car went into the shop on July 29, 2023, and today is September 26, 2023. I have been met with excuses, from a worker was fired, so they were behind, to the car will be ready the next day. My wife called to check on our vehicle, and Daniel, who works there, pretended he could not hear anyone on the phone and just hung up; when she called back, no one answered. I was shocked because I witnessed it firsthand. This place is horrible, and I will never bring my car there again. The company needs to be more transparent and consistent with timelines on when vehicles are complete. I am very disappointed in the service that this organization has provided. Take your car to this company at your own risk, and be prepared to wait a couple of months before you get your vehicle back. I wish I could not give this company one Star because they don't deserve it.

This place is HORRIBLE WITH COMMUNICATION, whoever is back there fixing the cars are playing games, and not taking this serious. I will NOT bring my vehicle here again for ANYTHING. They lie about the estimated time and bad at communicating playing with ppls time, very inconsiderate of ppl livelihood. ALSO THEY GAVE ME MY CAR BACK WITH THE BATTERY DEAD.This place gets NO STARS FROM ME STAY AWAY FROM HERE THEY DONT MEAN BUSINESS.

Initially everything was good. A piece of trim had to be ordered. There was zero communication from them. Phone calls weren't returned. Finally after 5 months, I reached customer service, and amazingly, the part just came in. I do not believe that. They got the money then dropped us. I will never use that location again.

Jarrett and the team over at Joe Hudson took really good care of me and my truck. They do an amazing job and go above and beyond to do the best job they can. I high recommend them.

My car went in this shop on July 27th and I just got it back today Sept 21. Who has a car for 7 1/2 weeks for running over a stop sign. The paint looks bad. The car is big time dirty. Inside and out. Looks like a Mummy has been stored in it. If I could give a zero rating I would. I won t even let them redo the paint because the car has been there so long. The insurance company would not even pay for my rental car any longer because they thought it was ridiculous too. Terrible. Get real here. Didn t even offer to compensate us in anyway. I will die before I put another car in the shop.

The Waxahachie location has had our vehicle since December 26th. They keep using the excuse of parts being hard to find (they did admit they ordered the wrong part one time). We think it is because we are older and aren't calling every day to yell at them. However, I will never recommend this body shop to ANYONE. The car was not that badly damaged. We might have legal recourse if it weren't for the fact that the insurance is paying out, but I'm considering asking for all the records concerning this repair and checking into it, anyway. I've been paying my insurance for the nearly 3 months that I have not been able to use my car and won't see that money back.This is ridiculous. I would give them less than one star if I could.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car here to get bumper fix this company gave my car back with a broken windshield it has been weeks and still they have not replaced my windshield. The person working there told me they were order it. Just to find out from the manager that is not true! The manager then say give it a few days it s going on two weeks! Very unprofessional!

I dropped my car off on Tuesday for some repairs after a collision. They were straight to the point, and sent me text updates on the progress of my car. I picked up my car today and it looks great. They even washed it and the inside smelled so good. I had to laugh, they actually gave my car back to me not only repaired but with a little makeover. It really brightened my day and reminded me some people still provide excellent service. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't recommend it. They could even begin to make body repairs on the vehicle until the next month. Granted its not their fault that people drive with a cell phone in their hand and pay no attention to the road meanwhile crashing into everything and everyone on the road, not to mention the parking lot. I would search out other options for body repair. Rule # 2 Don't get into an accident

While nobody wants to be in a position of having to take their car in to get repaired, when you are in that position, I wholeheartedly recommend Ellis County Auto. I was personally rear-ended twice in a month last year and my wife was rear-ended a few weeks ago. All three times, when the other person s insurance asked us where we wanted to get our cars repaired, we said Ellis County Auto Repair with confidence and without hesitation. They are super nice and are extremely patient with any and all questions. Most importantly, I ve never had a single complaint with their repair work. In addition, they fight with the insurance on your behalf, so the entire experience is stress-free from beginning to end. I m not an employee and I don t know anyone there outside of just being a customer.

Ellis County Auto Repair has an amazing staff-from their manager, to their receptionist, and all the guys behind the scenes. I came for a broken side mirror, and left confident the work had been done well, and that I paid a fair price. The team who did the work was incredibly professional and trustworthy. I will absolutely choose Ellis County Auto Repair again for any future work I made need on my vehicles.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent work and very professional company. My vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up and they fought with insurance to ensure I had factory original parts. Overall, very pleasant experience and highly recommend. Bryan and Jarrett are awesome.

I give this place 5 stars because of the fast and honest service they provided. I dropped my car off on a Friday at 1:30 to have my headlights repaired and it was ready for pick up by 4:00. Bonus - I was only charged 1/2 price because some of the moisture could not be removed from the headlights. Thanks Bryan & Maggie for the outstanding service.

I ve used Ellis County Auto Repair more than once through the years and couldn t be happier with the level of service and quality of work I have received. They are easy to deal with and have handled everything for me each time including dealing with my insurance company with virtually no involvement from me.Great people, excellent work, and have been in business a long time, so I don t see a reason to go elsewhere.
