Fast, fair, efficient, friendly service. We won t go anywhere else! We ve taken our vehicles here several times for repairs and have never been disappointed. In fact, I turned in our truck yesterday to get all new shocks, struts, brakes, and pads; picked it up today! Price was more than fair and our truck feels like new

I live about 1 hour away from Thorndale but brought my vehicle to Will's Garage on the suggestion of my parents because they have been treated so good from Josh and his staff. Let me tell you that it is very refreshing to have a good honest mechanic shop work on your vehicle when you are having problems.I brought my vehicle in for air conditioning repair because I was getting warm air when I had the A/C on. They diagnosed the problem and told me the cost. I was back in my vehicle by the end of that day with everything fixed and working properly at a reasonable cost. It was well worth it for me to take the short drive because I now know how well they will treat their customers.

Will s hands down has given me hope in mechanics again. I love that they are located in Thorndale. Ms.Ginger, Mr.Perez and the crew were thorough, communicative, responsive, reasonable and trustworthy. Pricing was honest and reasonable. Awesome shop. The guys know everything! I've even had them work on my older vehicles (50's - 80's) super professional and a great home town mechanic. You won't be disappointed with their work.

This is the only place I will take my vehicle, even if I didn't live in the area. They are attentive, honest and fast. They never try to sell me on something I do not need. Prices are always fair and always match the estimate I am given before work starts.

Great customer service and repair at a fair price. They let me know about an urgent issue with my wheel bearing that I was not aware of and helped me get that sorted out, too. No surprise charges or gimmicks.

Firs time using Will's Garage. I am SO pleased with the professionalism of Josh and his staff! My car was in one day and out the next. I am now driving in cool comfort!! Josh is badass, told me exactly what was wrong with my truck based on the information I provided over the phone. Next day I pulled in to the shop and within minutes he confirmed the issue. He is honest and professional.

Called them looking for a front end alignment, was told they do front and alignment, only to find out that whenever the gentleman found out that I own a BMW he told me in no uncertain language I don t work on those cars, I asked him what would be the reason for that his only answer was I don t work on BMW blank!If he could ve been more polite and said we don t have the expertise to work on a car fine but apparently they re a little bit biased about the origin of your car. Lol it makes no sense considering BMWs are one of the easiest cars there are to work on.

Josh - the owner - is always there when I go and explains all work done or needed to me thoroughly and in terms I can understand. He understands when I have to budget and helps me prioritize the work I need done. I ll come to him for everything but tires, as long as I m in the area! Definitely referring my friends here.
