These guys are tops at what they do. Don't be fooled by the fact you won't find advertising or promotions, my guess is that their reputation spreads from people like me, who have experienced their work and results.This latest work happened to be a warranty. My check engine light came on, I brought it in, they scanned it and let me know they would need to replace the catalytic converters on both sides for my 06 4Runner. Alex immediately indicated they were covered under warranty without me even asking. I'm sure this ain't cheap, but this is certainly in line with what I've come to expect from them. They have always treated me right and professionally.My 06 4Runner has ~295,000 miles. They have taken care of her since I purchased her in 2013. From tire repairs/new installs, oil changes, deep engine work, brakes and alignment, I assure you, since I've owned it, the AT Automotive team is the only team that's wrenched on my vehicle. I think the mileage and the picture speak towards their work ethic and professionalism. DO NOT COME HERE! Approximately 9 months ago, I took my truck to do a "complete brake service (brake rotors and brake pads) and a tire change." As soon as my truck left the shop, it kept making the same brake scratching noise and my steering wheel began to feel shaky. I took it back multiple times to get that checked out, until I had enough of this place. 3 weeks ago, my brakes completely stopped working. When I checked the brakes out myself, I noticed that they never installed the back brake pads, so all this time, the caliper pistons were having direct contact with the brake rotors causing them to heat up and break. Thank God the brakes didn't stop working while I was driving it, if not who knows what could've happened.

My experience was very pleasant and reassuring. Same day service took it in the morning picked it up at closing time. My car is running great. Thank you for your excellent service. Will definitely recommend y all.

Outstanding service, as always!This is a car shop that s been around for quite some time in Beacon Hill. I recall going there with my dad as a teen and still see some of the mechanics today that where there 20 years ago - something which has always impressed me as it lets me know that their employees are well- taken care of.Brothers, Alex and Angel, have done a great job at managing the shop and have recently implemented a notification system which alerts you of any issues found with your car while its being serviced. This system provides a cost breakdown of the issue and gives you the option to accept or decline the services - so there are no surprise charges with this shop!Highly recommend this car shop!

Alex and Angel are San Antonio s Auto Mechanic MASTERS. They excel at their skill.Diagnosis and cost was explained very patiently.Replacing my Honda s alternator was efficient and most importantly the cost was reasonable.Great job A T Automotive!!

Excellent service!!Angel listen to what I needed done to my vehicles and also let me know of several others things I knew was needing repair. Prices were great. He keep me informed of how my repairs to both vehicles daily. I need several things.Angel and Alex excellent customer service. They were fast, informative, spoke in detail about potential issues and then what they were and did after. The most important thing to me personally, so i had to finance this repair because I'm stupid and don't save money. They had knowledge of exactly how much credit i was being offered as well as processing ability to where all i had to do was sign. They could've totally screwed me and said the potential issues we spoke about beforehand were a problem and charged me a while lot more since 1. They knew they'd immediately get paid by the finance company and 2. I'd never find out. I mean, with the specific issue i had, there really would be no way of knowing.But these guys showed moral fiber and that they had good principles. In fact, the exact words they said were, "we thought --- was going to be a big problem but (emphasis on the word) thankfully it wasn't at all.I definitely, and already have, recommended them to people asking if i knew any good places for repairs

Everything was perfect. They took my car in on Saturday afternoon, with no hesitation, even though they were extremely busy. Best service, ever. Knowledgeable, polite and helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Angel was awesome!!He explained to me of all that was wrong with my vehicles and double check to make sure nothing else needed repair.I asked him to double check.Would definitely recommend to everyone.A.T. First time customer. Had a custom exhaust done on my 2023 Silverado. Very accommodating. Very friendly staff. Trey was helpful in letting me know what parts I was looking for. Juan who put my exhaust on was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was more than willing to explain to me about what he installed. I ve felt very pleased leaving other establishments after servicing my vehicle, But AT Automotive floored me with satisfaction and comfort. I m recommending people to this place as I write this. Excellent service. Looked at my car on short notice when it started acting up while I traveled. Checked it thoroughly, needed no repair, charged me nothing. Highly recommend for friendly and professional service.

I just brought my son back to school and when we got to campus, found that he had a flat tire. AT Automotive not only fit me in on a saturday, but also fixed the tire quickly. I expected to be waiting for hours, but I was in and out. Great service!

I would recommend AT Automotive because of the following reasons: they listen to your needs, they do their best to get the job done when you needed, and they provided Uber transportation at not cost to you,. This last time I took my car to AT automotive they improve by placing a paper on the driving mat to keep it clean. Suggestions for improvement are as follow: send estimates on time, and provided fair price for services. Overall, it is a great place to take your car for repairs.

This is the best garage. They are efficient, friendly, and honest. I always know I am in good hands when I take my car in and have referred multiple family and friends.That was a few years ago and it is just as true now as when I wrote it. Great team of mechanics who do a good job and are honest and fair.

They replaced front and rear brakes on my Infiniti QX60. It was ready when promised, and the price was better than the dealership for sure. We have been taking our vehicles there for years and really appreciate the way they take care of us.

I would truly bring my vehicle's back.. Good service all around front office was always in contact with me and would always have answers for questions i asked.. and whoever worked on my vehicle were clean.. I had no oil stains on the steering wheel or anywhere else.. I would recommend anyone to AT Automotive for any kind of vehicle work..

Did multiple items here. Every time I gave them a second chance and the benefit of the doubt I had to take my vehicle back to get it corrected. The straw that broke the camels back was when I had them install a set of wheel and tire. After the installMy truck pulled hard to one side and had vibrations. I purchased wheels used so I attributed it to bad wheels and cheap tires, however when I went to another shop to reinstall my old set the tech at the other place told me that they never tightened the lugs on one side, meaning that I d these came loose I would have had a horrendous accident. I would not take my vehicle there unless you re looking for trouble. They are always very busy and their attention to detail is lacking, something tells me they just want to turn and burn jobs and cause their techs to not do their job as throughly as they should. Pictures are things I noticed, I can t imagine what I haven t noticed. I used to use them as my main place to do maintenance and repairs but I ve decided to find a different shop in an effort to avoid any further damage to my vehicle and any future mishaps that their servicing could have caused. These guys have integrity and are very good at getting the job done I had My 2014 kia soul worked on and they helped and went above and beyond my aunt had previously took it to Christian automotive on Austin hwy where they did not fix it correctly . So I brought it into these guys from a friend's reference and man have they been outstanding good job you all

Services were for a new tire and oil change. While there, I asked if they could check my brake pads. They did, and told me I didn t need those replaced yet. They also filled the air in my other 3 tires. Seems like they go above and beyond. I would come back here again.

I had some work done by another mechanic on my brakes but they still were not working properly. Brought it to AT for a second opinion. They very thoroughly checked and bled the brakes and found that the new master cylinder the other mechanic put in was defective. I wish I would have come to them in the first place. They would have been $200 cheaper than what I paid the other mechanic for the job. The other guy is honoring the warranty and doing the work again at no charge but AT will now be my mechanic of choice for any future needs.Service: Brakes

This whole team of people AT Automotive is just awesome. I ve used them multiple times for myself, all of my family and friends I refer to them as well over the last 15 years. Today was just another example of them taking care of their customers, getting me in and out of there in an hour with very short notice.Thank you Art Tre , Alex and Aaron.
