I highly recommend G Customs autowork to service ALL of your vehicle's needs. I have a 2009 Lexus which had a lot of rust underneath from being exposed to Northern weather. I needed my A/C repaired/recharged and Thermostat replaced. Now, my car rides smooth and cooler than the North Pole. Make sure to booked an appointment prior to going.

Gerad and Corey are the best! Actually the entire staff is amazing! 10/10 customer service. They really care. It s hard to find mechanics you can trust, who will get the job done right. Look no further, these are the people who you can trust and have fair and honest prices. They serviced my Range Rover Sport. The work was amazing! Thank you!

Can t say enough great things about my experience with Gerard and his staff. Extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable, and went way above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I can tell this shop is run with honesty and integrity, and they seem like genuinely good people who care about their customers. I will definitely be back whenever I am in need of their services in the future!

Customer service was great. They where nice. Unfortunately the fix was super easy to DIY vs the nearly $1300 proposal. Wish they had offered a flushing of the heater core vs replacing it all. Good news is I got the heat back for about $40 bucks and 2 hours of work.

I have not gotten work done at this shop, but I did have the pleasure of dealing with the G man himself (the owner). Mr. Allen was very professional, honest, and patient with me when it came to looking at a vehicle I was purchasing from him. Mr. Allen took the time to put the car up on a lift so I can check everything out and he even provided me with a flashlight all without me having to ask for anything. This man was very honest and open with me about everything and was very friendly as well. I could tell Mr. Allen s character was genuine and caring and it s enough to make me believe this same attitude blends into his work at G Customs. While I haven t had work done at his shop, I would be confident to take my vehicles to him for services and custom work. What an amazing fellow!

G Customs Autowork was recommended by a group from Facebook. I scheduled my appointment by phone. I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk. Mr Allen immediately came out to get details of the issue I was having. I explained that my AC was not cooling properly. He got my vehicle in and assessed it, came back to inform me that it was low on Freon. He also sent me a message to confirm the price and service to fix. He completed the repair, had me come into the shop to ensure that I could tell the difference in the way my AC was working. It was COLD. I arrived at 8 and was gone by 9. He did not try and up sell me on anything else. I felt very comfortable with him and I will continue to do business with him. My overall experience was very good!Service: Air conditioning

If you're looking for a auto shop look no further. The owner and staff is very friendly, professional, and straight to the point. It's very family-oriented and overall great experience just knowing that you could trust them with your vehicle. One of the staff members went out of their way and took time out there busy day to drive me home so I won't be stuck waiting for hours I am very thankful.

G-Custom is highly recommended! I took my car here are using 2 shade tree mechanics that just took my money. Went to one shop before and they wanted to over charge. These ppl took care of my car. Got it back working, prices were reasonable, and we re quick! And customer service is top tier! I will not be going anywhere else. *****G s Custom Auto get 5 out of 5 stars from me.I was sent to G's on a referral from a family member and I was not disappointed.My vehicle was brought in for an unknown check engine light/idle issues and G s was able to diagnose and repair the problem. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. I was impressed by their customer service, great communication and most off all, the fair cost for the repair. I really liked how G s conducts their business and I will be back for all of my automotive issues. I will definitely recommend G s to friends and family.

The team at G Customs were fantastic. Very attentive, friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. I was referred to this shop by an associate of mine. I chose it cause it was close by. The shop was clean, friendly, and welcoming. The owners wife who worked the front desk was nice. I enjoyed the family business appeal.The shop was clean, and looked to have some really top notch equipment. I was impressed.Gerard the owner was phenomenal. I came in expecting one service. A service another shop told me I needed. But Gerard and his crew quickly diagnosed my issue and told me the best option. I really appreciated the honesty. Cause he could have charged me for work I didn t need.All over all, I got my work done and it was exactly what I needed for my suv. I am soo pleased with GCA. Absolutely superb service!!! From booking my service on the site, the quick and sincere customer service, fast work and the text after the work is done to make sure that everything is okay makes them my go to for all of my car repair needs! I found them through a family member and I m glad I did. They are close to home and work with my schedule. I am always extremely satisfied with the work. I am so very happy that I chose this repair shop for my car servicing needs. Not only did I save money but I was very impressed with their customer service to the satisfaction of my repairs. They delivered my car to me with such professionalism and kindness till they have a customer for life. I have never experienced such professionalism and service satisfaction before. I meet the owner while doing business for one of my clients and we connected. He is very informative and down to earth. One time here recently he took time out of his busy schedule to help me diagnose a vehicle I was working on and set me in the right direction. I would recommend G Customs because they will work with you.

Bought in my 2006 Ford Expedition for some much needed repairs. I basically bought in my sluggish 2006 and it was returned back to me feeling like a much newer vehicle and it drives a whole lot better now. I took my F150 here multiple times. 3 Oil changes and 1 transmission fluid change, and rotating tires. The first time I went here I got my oil changed then went on an 8hr trip to big bend in my truck. The most recent time I went here I got my oil changed and fluids checked before a LONG road trip to california and back. When I got back from the trip I also had G and his team change my transmission fluid. Each time I have been here they have done a great job and my truck is running great. Employees here are very helpful and explain things if you have questions. My AC went out in my car and I googled the nearest place to get it fix. G Customs Autowork came up. I was extremely pleased with their service. It was affordable and fast. I took an Uber to have lunch at Saltgrass and my car was done right after I left (totally maybe 3 hours). This will be my go to place first for any car issues.

We had the pleasure of working with G the owner and I have to say that this is the clean shop. I am extremely particular about my Cadillac's and normally only go to Sewell Cadillac near Katy but this will be my new mechanic. Very educated and professional. I was always taught a machanic will only treat your car as well as he keeps his shop and G Customs is a awesome and very afforable!!! I found this place by accident and my only regret is not finding it sooner. It would have definitely saved me hundreds of dollars... G Customs Autowork is a hidden jewel and the customer service is EXCELLENT!!! I 1000% recommend this business.
