Matthew helped out after I put the wrong tags on my vehicles. After verifying the situation. He quickly helped me out and I was on my way to the tax office for my new stickers!P.S. make sure your tags are on the right vehicles.

Love this local automotive service! We come here for all of our inspections and Matthew gets us in and out real quick. We also get farm fresh eggs as a bonus! Very friendly and helpful.

Not pleased with the gentleman workers customer service ediquit!!.I was told by a few locals that this was a good place to have your car inspected and work done with reasonable price. I tried saving money by not going into town (San Antonio) and having it done in my town (pipecreek). For that purpose. So I pulled in and waited a bit , went inside signed in and waited more to be not greeted with hospitality but to say" what did I want"!!. No hello or hi ma'am how are you. So right there have me bad energy. Tell me you needed my insurance and it took me a moment because I had it on my phone and I guess he didn't have that moment cause he walked away. If he'd had more patience I would have stayed. But he was no where polite whatsoever. I'll not ever go there again. And if y'all read this. You need to have more patience, kindness and understanding before judging.Thank you.

They do honest work. They do not price gouge and work quickly. I appreciate the blunt honesty. I'd much prefer someone being straightforward while teaching me the difference in methods a service can be done & the effects it can have on your vehicle. They cared more about teaching me than what they could charge me for. Thats not just customer service but customer care!

The car was overheating. One of the fans was not working. Got an appointment, dropped it off at 8 am. The new fan ordered and the car fixed by 3pm. Yes! With a smile!

Scott and Matthew spent a week and who knows how many hours of research and testing just to find the problem with the difficult car I brought in. They didn't give up until they got it solved, and kept me updated through the process. In the end I expected to pay a crazy mechanic bill but was amazed by how completely fair and honest they were. How do I with 15+years of experience in Maintenance evaluate another Professionals work and service? 6, No, 10 STARS! Honest professional affordable friendly accurate fast. If these are the traits you expect when your vehicle needs service or repairs then I recommend that you give them a call. They have far exceeded my expectations and set a high standard should I ever have to take my vehicle to another shop. 10 out of 10.

I have taken my truck to Scott several times in the last few years. He and Matthew have fixed everything from the drive line to the A/C. He is a straight shooter and always tells you what the problem is, what it will take to repair it and the service is swift and done right. Great Service, I didn't have a ride and was totally expecting just to wait there as long as it took to get my vehicle ready which was put on some rears shocks on my 02 beetle, but they were able to get it done in a short amount of time at a very reasonable cost. Thank you, I really appreciate it

My Jeep was making the worst sound ever!! I was terrified that I was looking at a major expense to fix it. Scott said he would take a look at it and see what he could do for me... He called me back to let me know that whoever did my breaks forgot to put a bolt in the caliper mount and the other was loose and the who thing was about to fall off.. After he found a replacement bolt and fixed it, I was left with a $45 bill!!! I cant thank him enough for just being the kind and honest person he is.
