They changed three of my cars oil in one day. They pointed out to me that my BMW had a coolant leak at t tee. I will need to address that issue myself. The people behind the counter were very nice. Keith

I would be very cautious of these guys. Oil change only. And thinking about it, I'd check to make sure they give the oil they say.I had a issue with lights on 2 years ago. Took it to them. They charged me 1200.... so glad and happy. One, they never installed the part. We joked but i went back, "the part was wrong, come back". I never did, they kept my $200 bucks. The guy Kevin knows he did and doesn't look at me when I walk in.Then I just took my car for last oil change of the package. I asked them to check the message of "back up light". They told me there is an error with the electrical system. Need to replace the light for back up lights. $2500. I just replaced the $7.95 bulb on my tag and the light went off. I would use soooo much caution when asking these guys to do anything other than an oil change. Use caution even then. Its a shame to ripe people off

I have had service done with Maxwell and his team twice now. I have nothing but high regards for them. Excellent service Excellent pricing and no up selling. I left the dealership after using VW for years to go to service street.....wish I could give more than 5 stars.

There was no one in the front so I drove to the service bays. Not seeing anyone there, I got out of car and walked into the office. There was no one there. After waiting a few minutes I went back to the service door. The only person I could see was a mechanic 3-4 bays over. He ignored me clearing my throat. Guy came out of the back room like he was going to attack me, commanding me to drive back to the front of the store and come in the office. When I told him there's no one there and asked if I could get an oil change, he barked the same commands. I suggested he should be fired and went across the street to 5 Minutes. Will never go back to the Service (or lack thereof) St.

It was great service from when I first walked through their doors. Maxwell was very knowledgeable about my car and what I needed. He kelp me in the loop about everything. Im very happy I went to them and now they have a new client

I was contemplating writing this review and it's taken me a week to finally write it. I drove to this mechanic shop on December 5. My brakes were deflated and I was so scared to drive. So I pulled in and they looked at it. Maxwell was very nice and I thought he was genuine. As it turned out, I was wrong. They told me my ABS Module needed to be replaced. They said I need to replace the brake booster and master cylinder as well. He said there was a code showing up on my ABS and they quoted me 6500 in repairs. I was so shocked. That's a lot of money and I just felt overwhelmed. I uber'd home and I decided to have my car towed to another company. They looked at it and told my rear calipers were leaking and they were able to fix the problem with less than $1,000. They told me my ABS module didn't have codes and that my brake booster and master cylinder was good. Now, I am not one to bash a company, and I really like giving people benefit of the doubt, but I was honestly hurt that they lied to me and tried to scam me. That's not okay. I hope this company becomes honest because honesty is everything.

The team is amazing! They are very courteous and take the time to ensure you understand the service. There is no selling up . But the team does inform you of an issues or potential risks in the future, allowing you to make an informed decision on service.

I had a wonderful experience at Service Street and will definitely use them for now on for my car repair needs. Maxwell provided me with awesome customer service and answered all of my questions. He is extremely nice, knowledgeable and the crew did a great job with my car repair. I am so thankful that great mechanics with integrity still exist! You cannot go wrong using this company. The customer experience I had and rates provided seem unbeatable.

In the realm of automotive woes, I found myself entangled in a mechanic's labyrinth promising salvation for my ailing vehicle. Alas, what began as a journey toward vehicular rejuvenation spiraled into a nightmare of negligence and indifference.With promises of a repaired fuel pump and a fresh battery, I ventured forth, only to be greeted by the disheartening sight of fuel seeping from my car's underbelly the very next day. Stranded and forsaken, I was left to fend for myself while the mechanic casually suggested I seek alternative transportation.To compound my woes, the seemingly innocuous act of a battery replacement birthed a calamitous consequence a silent radio, its harmonious melodies extinguished by a burnt fuse. Yet, when confronted with this oversight, the mechanic's response bordered on indifference, dismissing my concerns with a mere shrug.In hindsight, my encounter with this establishment serves as a cautionary tale. Bereft of empathy or a sense of duty, it's a place best avoided a veritable pitfall for the unsuspecting motorist in search of respite for their ailing vehicle. My advice: steer clear, lest you too fall victim to this automotive abyss.

I did oil change in Service Street of Pearland. I had a $19.95 coupon for regular oil change. The staff man accepted coupon before service. However, after service, the man suddenly said that my car required synthetic and normal oil mixed oil, so I had to pay $36. I have owned this car 12 years and never heard that my truck required some mixed oil. Because I had waited over 2 hours and had to leave, I paid as he asked. It is ok for raising price, but you have to inform me before the service.

Amazing customer service at Service Street Auto Repair, I came in because I read a Google review that these guys were honest and fair, and all I can say is that I was amazed at how honest they really were, and I could tell they really cared about me fixing my car. I am soooooo upset with this service shop! My husband took my son's car to have it serviced for brakes. Well once diagnosed we were told we need brakes and rotors all around. We agreed although they were almost $300.00 more than its competitors. Fast forward less than a month or maybe just at a month later. We hear that same grinding sound. My son takes his car back to the servicer they quote us an additional $500 plus stating it's the caliber, pads and rotors. Mind you we just spent over $1100.00 with them because their diagnostics said it was brakes and rotors. I will NEVER USE THEM NOR REFER THEM TO ANYONE. Expensive lesson learned. Signed UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. There is no need for me to contact the shop with any questions. I honestly do not believe your technicians didn't know it was the calipers.

Took my Audi Q3 in for an Oil Change and to fix an issue with my vehicle. Maxwell was very helpful helping me fixing my brakes. I came to this business because of a promotion the business was offering. However, it was expired but he was able to still made it work the offer, and offered excellent customer service. They were a bit pricey for my budget but they made sure to explain all my options before I committed to any repairs. They remained extremely respectful, even though I did not end up using their services. The Service street auto repair and Maxwell took great care of us after 15 years of business with a competitor and after being lied to Maxwell told us we can take care of this with no issues and apologies for his competitor nit showing better customer service. What a great experience and after 15 years with the other company we are so done and Maxwell and Service Street Auto Repair has our business moving forward.

Miguel went out of his way to ensure I was able to get to work while the store repaired my vehicle. 100% pleased with the customer service I received here. I have faith that the repairs were done well, and will comment later if otherwise. Until then, I'm very satisfied with how I was treated, the level of customer care, and their attention to detail.

What a great experience we had when Maxwell at service street. Auto-repair helpest get through a dilima from being lied to and taking advantage of from the shop directly across the street. I went in to have a front end noise looked at and diagnosed. I was quoted OVER 5K in repairs, parts, and labor. After having another auto repair establishment take a look and diagnose the problem, I was able to have it all taken care of for $1,600. It goes without saying I absolutely agree with the other reviewers who expressed their price gouging experiences. ESPECIALLY those who gave warning to potential female customers.
