Called about replacing an alternator on 1.8L engiine Corolla. Whomever answered the phone claimed it was a 3.8L engine and wanted $387 just replace the alternator that I would have to buy elsewhere.No thanks. I know my motor size and went elsewhere.

Very personable--him and his wife will treat you like family!! We came there with a broken A/C compressor in our Ford focus. Gave us a very reasonable quote for both the part and labor, ordered the new part for us and had it the very next day. From there he got it fixed up and told us how to maintain it. Needless to say, we drove out of his lot with an ice-cold cabin. Thank you Paul!!Service: Air conditioning

While visiting family in Southern Oklahoma, our radiator on our suburban blows out and leaves us stranded while passing through Paris. Recommended by a NAPA auto employee, I called Paul's shop about 10 mins before closing and talked with his wife and explained our situation. Paul said to bring the vehicle on in, and he would get us back on the road home. After about 1.5 hrs, our new radiator was installed, antifreeze was added, and Paul and his crew had us back running and headed for home. All of the staff at Paul's treated us well and took us in after hours and repaired our vehicle. We are so appreciative of Paul, his wife and son and the others (including Rowdy, the shop dog) for being so kind and caring and getting us back on the road safely. Thank you, and God bless!

Paul Green is the best and most reasonable mechanic in Paris. He has worked on my cars for years and I m never disappointed. He goes above and beyond to make sure that when he tells you what s wrong that it s as accurate as possible. He backs up his work with warranties. Will always use him as my mechanic and have more work he will do soon to my car. Highly recommend!Services: Electrical, Battery

Walked in and he was friendly but soon down played other mechanics some local and some not. Reassured me he would get to my car. Though i know it takes times to look at an issue such as i had, when i called mid day to make arrangements for rides, the lady on the phone was snappy and acted as if i was bothersome. Told me call back before closing, as i did said it didnt get looked at. As i explained i dont have other transportation because of the midday call he tried to tell me he knew the problem. The PROBLEM here is i came in telling him what other mechanics said and he talked about them bad and said they dont know nothing and dont have $5000 machines and then he proceeds to tell me the exact problem is what they said without looking or moving my car.

Took my car to three other locations before I found this garage, and he was the only one that actually helped me fix the issue my car was having. Mr. Green listened to what I had to say, and explained everything to me very well and realistically - I actually learned something from him. Makes it feel like he really cares about helping you out. Having a Subaru around here, it is hard to find someone that will give you the time of day. Will be going back for all future car issues. Highly recommend!Service: Air conditioning

My husband & I took our 03 mountaineer here & even though Paul was super busy he squeezed us in, kept it overnight & it was fixed the next day! He noticed a few other things & handled them as well great prices & my husband said he is our mechanic! We highly recommended him! Thanks Paul !

I just love Mr Paul, He tell the truth about ur vehicle,He doesn't beat around the bush. He tell it like it is. And will try to help. Hes very nice,truthful and respectful. We were from out of town and a fuel line broke on our Diesel truck and trailer. I googled the first Mechanic that was close to us after our truck came to a complete stop and died. Paul Green came to our rescue, got us out of the road and towed to his shop. Ordered the part, Dodge delivered in minutes and they had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Exceptional Customer Service and very friendly! I can't say enough good things about them going out of their way, dropping everything and helping us!Service: Engine repair

Don't take your vehicle to this location! The owner doesn't take personal responsibility for the work they do! I'm sure he doesn't want to reply because he was supposed to fix my gas gauge and after working on it twice when I fill the tank up the gauge is only reading the quarters of a tank! He was supposed to replace the radiator also and when I get the vehicle back the ac that was working before no longer works and he didn't top off the transmission fluid!

Called to get an idea or quote on labor. Asked poliety multiple times what the labor charge was for two different repairs and was told he absolutely wouldn't give prices over the phone and was a waste of him time.Told him all I was asking for was just a general idea of the price they charge for labor. Refused to share that information and then got rude and hung up.Sketchy practice.

This place is an absolute joke. My truck sat on their lot for 7 days just to check the transmission fluid level. No answers the phone. I arrive to check on truck(7th day) Him AND the mechanic in the office feet propped up . I DO NOT endorse nor recommend. PeriodT And it was correctly diagnosed and REPAIRED in 1 week with Calvin Hickerson's Automotive who I highly recommend.

I wish you could give lower than a one star customer service is horrible the quality of the work is even worse when they make a mistake they refuse to fix it and then they blame the vehicle owner in the last month I've spent $1,100 on my vehicle for repairs that are still not correct some of the repairs that were done when the vehicle was put back together cause more damage to be done absolutely the worst mechanic I have ever had to deal with
