I have been using this company for years for routine maintenance and repairs; however, recently decided to start upgrading my equipment. Purchased a Hustler zero turn last year and within the past few days made another upgrade and purchased a Yanmar tractor. Rented various equipment here, had saws sharpened, and now my mower was dropped off for repair since they are now authorized service repair. They've always been good in past and service their own equipment so stay tuned for the repair.

Closed on Sundays... We do stuff on the weekend here... And leave Sunday for work... So its hard to rent. They are nice and friendly though. One day we will catch them on our schedule.

DON'T RENT FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR TIRES WHEN THEY GO FLAT AND BECAUSE IT TOOK THEM TILL THE NEXT DAY TO GET OVER HERE TO GET IT. THEY CHARGED ME ANOTHER DAY ON THE RENTAL PLUS MADE ME PAY FOR THE TIRE. IT COST ME ALMOST $600 FOR 1 DAY OF RENTAL ON A SCISSOR LIFT. READ YOUR CONTRACT GOOD BECAUSE IT SAYS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TIRE DAMMAGE. THE TIRES WERE WORE OUT ALREADY I HAVE PICS !

I Bought my 1st Zero Turn mower from them. We did everything over the phone and via text. The service and communication was amazing! They delivered the unit after hours to work with my schedule, the young man who dropped it off was super nice and very knowledgeable. I even got a text later that night to make sure I liked the mower and was happy with it. This is how things should be done, and they are doing it. I will shop here from now on. Thank you for all your hard work!

Best time I've ever had spending 30k. Got a great package deal on an SA424 woth loader, backhoe, box blade, grapple and brush cutter. Ken is fantastic and loves what he does! If you need a tractor or piece of equipment I highly recommend giving them a call!

If you want a store with great service and products then this is the place for you. I always go to them because of their customer service is phenomenal. I m sure other dealers have great products but if you don t have the staff with customer service / support then the product is useless to me. I will not buy the best unless the people are great to do business with. I bought my first zero turn from them and now a yanmar tractor. I ve purchased other equipment as well and have no regrets from their echo products even though I grew up in a stihl household. Kent and his colleagues treat my family great and make us feel like family at their stores. You can go in their stores and not feel pressured to buy which I like because you spend a lot of money on something expensive you want to make sure it s what you want. They are very knowledgeable in their product lines and can work with you on what s best for you. I will definitely will be back for when I get a side x side.

Went in to buy a chainsaw and was greeted immediately, and after a brief discussion made a purchase of a saw that I thought would be more expensive but surprisingly wasn't. My salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, he even started it and went through the starting procedure with me before I left. I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer service.

I am a huge supporter of the Stihl product. Lonestar always keeps my team up and running with knowledge technicians. With 3 stores Lonestar has the inventory and parts that I always seem to need in stock. Great job Lonestar power sports.

Bought a saw Monday, read all the directions. Tuesday couldn't get it started so I called them to ask for assistance. They wanted me to drive up, it is an hour round trip. So I asked if I could just talk with someone. He was out, but would call me. OK, while waiting I continued to troubleshoot by the manual. Went to follow the instructions and found I was given the wrong wrench. So I called them back. No offer to bring me one, so I made the trip to get the proper wrench and in person instructions. I got the correct wrench, and instructions for starting it that are different from what is in the manual. Two big fails. One why no offer of compensation for having to fix their mistake on the wrench? Two why was I not told the starting instructions that are not in the manual when I bought the saw? I sincerely hope they can do something to make good on my time and mileage for things they could have done to keep me from having to make a special trip.

Walked into this store today and the new staff were so welcoming and well informed! So refreshing in East Tx! They shared ways to save money on my purchase and quoted prices instantly on a side by side. Well done Lonestar!!! Greg and Marina (I may have that wrong) were most helpful. I continue to consider LSOP my go-to place for everything service and product!

These guys are AWESOME. I used them to work on my equipment when I ran a lawn service.Unlike competitors they valued your time and empathized with me needing my equipment repaired fast due to running a business. They jumped on my problems and had it fixed in a couple of days. Previous dealer had it for over a month trying to figure out what the deal was.But to top it off is they guys that own the place and the ones employed there are great. never felt like I was a problem and they worked hard to save me money.I passed allot of businesses to drive to their place. And not too many places impress me to the point that I recommend them to friends and coworkers. But This place gets 100% of my referrals.Don't let the small town fool you.

They didn t keep my reservation and I lost a days work and then it rained on the next day . I waited a week for the ground to dry and made another reservation and they didn t keep it again. 2 times they cost me money and time

These folks have always been good until recently. I called about my generator needing to be fixed. I explained the situation to them and was told that after the tornado, generator fixing had been moved to the top of the list. After a week of not hearing from them I called back. Was given an estimated time for pickup. Waited another week and called back. Was told by Ryan that he didn't want to deal with it. I'm a senior living alone and was turned down by these people. Totally disappointed. Will be finding another place to do business with.

Bad , bad customer service. Rented a bobcat for ten hours. At hour six track came off due to hold age, they took the old piece of junk and did not let me finish. In top they charged me 200 service fee. Big rip off, don't rent here.

Rented a Toro stump grinder. I told Ken I have 14 stumps up to 40 inches, mostly pine and just cut down. Ken said they have a big grinder for that...well, not big enough. It looked good, but didn't do the job. I was allowed 8 hours of run time, Ken said that would be plenty, but after the first stump took an hour I called, they offered hints for angle and depth of cut. No help, the unit did not have the power, it just stopped turning. Said they would work with me on the price. I called again, I rented at noon, told them about the issues and said I would bring it back mid afternoon. We had to gave up on the last 3 stumps. So only ground 9 after a day and half. Just not made for big trees. Ken did work with me some, but still charged $350 to rent. I will go back to Lowe's and rent a real grinder, it will be worth the drive.

Ken and Ryan have done an outstanding job of building one of the best new businesses in this area. I am a small business owner with high expectations when it comes to customer service. The quality of service that they provide is second to none!I purchased a Country Clipper (made in the USA!) mower from them because they were local and had a better price than the big outdoor equipment guys in Conroe. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I plan to use their company for my business and personal needs for years to come.

These guys are rock stars! I have rented from them for several projects. They have continually saved me time, money and energy. Their customer service is first rate! They go above and beyond in helping the customer. (They pulled my truck out of a ditch many miles away from their site as it was a Sunday and I was having trouble getting help). I live 250 miles away, and when I am heading to my property, LoneStar is generally my first stop. Grateful for your business and its services!!!

Unfortunately, this is the only place to put this review. Approximately 7 years ago I purchased a Country Clipper zero turn from LoneStar Outdoor Power. I bought the Country Clipper because of the ratings and knowing the mower will last a lifetime, with minor maintenance and care.From day one, I had problems with it starting. It has been in the shop multiple times over it's life for the same problem. I could never figure it out. Ken has always been willing to help.I picked up a set of blades at the Huntsville, TX store recently. Again, the engine is giving me problems and has for the last year. I jokingly made a comment that I needed it picked up and worked on, and if it fell off the trailer on the way to the shop, that would be ok too. I was asked which model I had. I told them it was a Wrangler with a Kohler engine. For the FIRST time, I was told I have one with the bad engine.I spoke to Ken later. LoneStar sold 4 of these units and they ALL had catastrophic engine failures, mine included. Apparently, Country Clipper (Shivvers Manufacturing) knew the Kohler Courage engine was a bad design and never told anyone about it till after the warranty period ran out. I'm stuck with a $4,000 mower, dead, with the only resolution being spend another $1,600 for a engine replacement.I'm not asking for a new mower, but why would anyone buy something that the manufacture knew was a faulty design, and have no recourse for help of any kind. LoneStar has known of the problem, and never told me till I stumbled across the problem from a young kid who didn't know any better not to tell someone the design was flawed.Be very aware of buying a Country Clipper from LoneStar if it has a Kohler engine. You're better off buying a box store mower. You know it's bad and expect it to die.

I spoke with someone at the Huntsville location and although they did not have the item I was looking for, they referred me to another company where I could find assistance. It's nice to know people are still willing to help even if the business isn't going directly to them. I will be contacting LoneStar in the future for other rental needs. Thank you!!

Now called Lonestar Equipment... These guys are great and bend over backwards to help you out. They are very knowledgeable and they all seem happy to help.Check with them. They do warranty work on most major brand mowers. They even honor my Badboy mower warranty.They will definitely be getting more of my business.

We rent all different types of equipment from Lone Star for business. They are a great company to work with and have great customer service. If there is ever a problem with the equipment you rent, the mechanics get quickly on it and have you back going with minimal time delay.

This place is terrible and they don't care. No pride in their business. Their equipment will break or stop on you because its cr*7p. When you do have a issue with their equipment, don't expect results or solutions, all you will get it excuses with no solution and no call back. Stay away, drive to Huntsville and rent, any place else but this place, somewhere, where they service their equipment regularly.I had a bad result the first time, but I gave them a second chance and this time was worse, never again will I rent from them. Onalaska is better off without them, we need people and business' that are good and good for the community.

Extremely satisfied with renting there although availability must be a major factor when needing a piece of equipment if you dont look ahead. Good looking staff at the counter very easy on the eyes.

Awesome Crew....If your thinking of Renting any Equipment. For one day or a week this is the place to go.....Christy will get you the Equipment you need with very reasonable rates and Ryan will Deliver and Pick up it up....I have rented several time from them and its been flawless transactions every time....easy as 1 2 3....Looking foward to doing more Rentals soon.....Thanks Guys

Rented a trencher from these folks, and had it done in a few hours. They were very accommodating and switched me from a full day to a half day rental with a smile. Great place, great people.
