Big shout out to David and Joe!These guys are Hella cool and will help u with any builds u got in mind. They take good care of your vehicle so you don't have to worry. The team does a very great job. I guaranteed that you will have a smile on your face when you get your vehicle back. I highly recommend this place!Back here again and again doesn't disappoint. Fixed my sons f150 AC and also replaced all 4 set of tires and alignment on my other son's Honda CRV. WELL SATISFIED FAMILY!

So glad I read these reviews before calling, needed four new tires before a road trip. Joe helped me out and ordered my tires within a day and a small wait time I was back on the road. I have a diagnosis after my alignment and will be returning to get suggested work done.

Excellent customer service, let alone the work done on my 06 F-150 truck.Was able to get new tires, alignment and basically a new front end suspension in half a day WOW!The guys in the shop know what they re doing and will explain it to you,if asked, about what s wrong with your vehicle. The GM, Joe, was excellent and helpful as well.When I need new tires in future, or any suspension work this will definitely be the first place I go to!Return customer for sure!

Big thank you to Joe at Cowboys Auto #2. Had a problem with my front breaks dragging/locking up for about 3 weeks now, so I stopped by to talk about possible solutions, and Joe and the crew really took care of me. I've brought one of my other trucks to them before, and they know what they are doing. Great prices on labor and products, Joe and the crew really stand behind their work. If you need wheels or mechanical work for your vehicle, don't hesitate you won't regret. I know I didn't.

I strongly recommend then for any general need or maintenance for your vehicle. In my experience they've never tried to upcharge me or sell me on some I didn't need done very friendly and easy to ask questions with them! Joe kill it with my new set of wheel , and i come 50min from garland this is the goooooooooo place .

If you're needing anything from suspension to tires and rims, this is the place to go! I came in needing my whole front end replaced, at a bad time when I didn't have much funds. The owner was willing to work with me and gave me a fixed price with a discount on parts. They did an outstanding job and my truck drives like brand new! I can't thank you guys enough. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I had a fantastic experience. Joe was very helpful to say the least. He was extremely knowledgeable and his customer service was off the charts. He exceeded my expectations by far. Hands down the best Here!!!After a horrible day of getting our car jump started (which took forever),my husband and 3 dogs set out and ended up with a flat,this shop worked with us with a very( low budget) got us a new tire and no one there treated us any different than the persons who had plenty of money. Will never go anywhere else for any type of car repair. Definitely would recommend them to anyone I know and to those I don't.God bless you guy's and keep doing a awesome job!

I happened upon these guys by chance and they took care of me in a pinch when they didn't have time to do it and I've had them work on three of my vehicles couple of new sets of tires some repairs and some shocks and brakes they've done nothing but great great work this is the place to get it done right here!

Highly recommended Cowboys Auto #2 out of NRH. I ve been bringing our cars and recommending Joe and his crew for a couple years now. I first brought our SUV in for an alignment, but because they take such pride in their work they did a quick can of my vehicle and found out that my sway bar had been damaged. This was something that had been missed several times by other tire companies (big name companies). Parts got ordered with a quickness, fixed with diligence and it s never road better. Now, I m having some engine issues and once again Cowboys Auto #2 is coming in clutch right before the holiday trips start! You can t ask for better workmanship, quality parts or customer service! I ll never take my vehicles any place else! And, I m telling you to do the same and give these guys all your business! Thanks Joe for everything you ve done and will do (knowing me)!

The owner Joe is phenomenal! I was across the street at Midas and they were going to overcharge me for a plug/patch. I came to Cowboys and they got me together with not only quality service but quality attitude as well!! I ll definitely be going to them for my future car servicing needs!! God always leads you to the people you need! Cowboys Auto #2 is definitely an integrity at heart business!

All I can say is wow! Joe and his entire staff truly take the time to connect with each of their customers. Our experience was nothing less than top tier! The guys at Cowboys Auto gave me the best auto service I ve ever received. Even though they were short staffed they did a great job lifting my 98 F-150. I was able to drop off and pickup just like I had scheduled, despite being short staffed. I will DEFINITELY be a return customer!

Joe the owner is a pleasure to work with and he also saved me money. His mechanics do excellent work too. They take the time to do the job with care and attention to detail. Had my '19 GMC Denali in to have some lifts removed from previous owners. Job well done! I will be a repeat customer for my next set of tires..

Came in for an alignment on my 21 Toyota 4runner. They had me in and out within 30mins. Fastest service I've ever had. Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back when I'm ready for more work on my truck.10/10 would recommend

I had my brakes and rotors replaced at a great price with great service and reasonable timing. Came back a few months later to patch up a tire and it was so quick that I still made it to work on time!

WOW these guys went above and beyond to help me out when I had a low tire pressure by issues next to their shop. Joe spent way more time than he should to answer questions I had about a small lift kit for my old that works with my budget. Joe showed me different packages that they offer and was on the phone with his distributor to see if they could rush order the kit to get it sooner as I was leaving town soon. If you have a truck new or old and want a lift or advice ask for Joe he's very knowledgeable on all the latest stuff and knows all the old stuff too. I will definitely be back

Took one of our trucks on Monday after thanksgiving (probably a real busy time) and they took it in diagnosed it sent me an estimate and fixed in short time and at a good price. Definitely recommending to all my friends and yall

A HUGE shout out to the guys at Cowboy Auto #2, we took my wife's lifted Jeep Wrangler in to them with a bad case of bump steer, they went above and beyond to explain the remedy and had it fixed the day it went in, then when we picked it up Monday evening I dropped my Lifted Ram off with a bad vibration in the front suspension, they diagnosed the issue and called me about what they found, the price was very reasonable and told them to take thier time fixing it I didn't need the truck this week lol, they have gained a long term customer, very honest, and fair priced and great to work with, we highly recommend using this company, they won't screw you like alot of repair shops....thanks again guys.

Joe and his crew are the people to go to, had upfront transparent prices, honest work, high communication and understands the value of a dollar, the caliber of work they provide is unmatched, there is not a shop that can do it better than Cowboys Auto #2 in NRH. got a 3.5 lift and level with new tires and a tunnel cover for my new 2022 Dodge Ram and i couldn t be happier with the results!

Joe is a fantastic guy! We were visiting the area purchasing a new camper and he squeezed us in to install airbags on my truck for the larger camper. He took the time to share his knowledge and experience with towing modifications that would help in my situation. He didn t try to push his products, just offered his professional advice which was appreciated.

Joe and the guys down at Cowboys Auto are awesome! They completely rebuilt my front end and smoothed out my ride and aligned my tires all within 2/3 hours! They are great at what they do and couldn t be happier how my truck came out! Big shout to these guys they really care about their customers!
