Profesional, quick, and fair. Nothing sucks worse than having a problem with your brand new camper while you are on the trip and being told you got to take it into a dealership in the middle of nowhere and we all know how long that will take. And now you have to stay in a hotel.They charge a small service fee to come to you and they do warranty work, fully approved by Forest River for us.If I ever need more work I guess I am coming back this way so I can get them to come to me.Good work and #twoyorkiespod approved

Reps came out, didn t do anything but stand around. Gave me bad advice which ended up costing me over $500. Dollars. Money I could not afford to spend on replacement and repair parts that I did not need. But had to pay restocking and shipping fees. Not toMention the fact that they rarely answer or return phone calls. I would discourage anyone ever using these guys. This was my second bad experience with them. Never again.The cooling unit wasn t needed. My son fixed my existing refrigerator in a matter of 30 minutes. It cost me $390.00 for restocking and shipping fees for a cooling unit I did not need. And just to clarify the refrigerator that was ordered had black doors that were not enterchangeable with the wood doors on my current refrigerator. I was not advised of that when I placed the order for a new frig. Plus the advice I was given to order a new cooling unit was also another snafu. So, I m response to your comment about not charging me for coming out, I obviously did pay for the incompetence of Manny and the assisting (tech) to the tune of $521.59. I have explicit documentation of every conversation during this entire aggravating debacle. Blue Star will definitely be deleted from my call list for all future repairs. Have a good day!

Worst service ever. Needed a propane line repair; they showed up found the leak, complete pulled the hoses out and left. They told me it would be a few days because of the Christmas holiday, it been over a week. Never returned, won t return a call. And twice picked up and hung up. I made the repair my self, but since they pulled the hoses out completely, I had to drill me holes in the subfloor to feed the hoses through. (Clifton, TX)

Blue Star RV services came out to my property in China Spring and diagnosed the electrical issue we had and got my travel trailer back up and running within a day! I have taken my trailer to the shop to have minor repairs done before and it took 3 months before I got it back. If you want great quality work and need the repairs done quickly, I would recommend that you give Blue Star a call!!!

The fan blade on our roof top AC broke and put us without air conditioning in 100 degree temps. Connected with Danny and within an hour or so, they had the part and Jason was out installing it. While Jason was out he even pointed out a couple other things to keep an eye on. First Class service at a fair price. Awesome!

I'm delighted with the service I received from Blue Star RV Repair in Meridian, Texas. They expertly installed a second air conditioner in my RV, and I couldn't be happier with the result. We were so blessed to get Manny s number when we had gotten a gently used RV and within 24 hours of setting it up we re getting no power. Manny attempted to diagnose over the phone and pin-pointed the issue, but was willing to come out and help us when it got tough. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within just a few hours and made it easy for us! We are first time RV owners and Manny was patient, informative, and really an RV expert. He knew his stuff and took the time to give us some tricks to keep the RV in top top shape. The prices were extremely reasonable. We will keep Blue Star RV on speed dial and refer to anyone who needs a good tech, because of this fabulous experience. Thank you!Service: Electrical

Blue Star provided great service within 24 hours of our inquiry. We needed a couple small things taken care of and they were VERY reasonable on cost. The work they did was quality and they were very professional. We will be giving them a call if we need help with our RV in the future! THANKS GUYS!

Trae & Manny at Blue Star RV Services are, and will continue to be, your absolute go to for any and all RV needs within their scope of work; the ability to be mobile in the RV repairs industry in this day and age is a HUGE game changer and they have helped us tremendously in eliminating that factor!I highly recommend their work and prices after our personal experience in dealing with Blue Star, especially in rural areas of Central Texas; I m confident in saying my first call if I have a problem will be to Blue Star!

Blue Star RV repair are the greatest. Manny and Jerry came out to my deer lease to fix my RV heater.Dealer wanted me to bring my unit in.They were very professional and fast.Have them coming back to service my AC before summer.Service: Electrical
