I'm a new customer. I like the clean shop nice accommodating people fast answers .Got my alignment no problems. I will take my auto problems here for now on.

I went and had front end alignment performed on a Thursday, they asked me if any work had been done to vehicle, I told them no but y all will check everything, Monday morning, I m headed to work and my ball joint seperated and my truck dropped to the ground. When I called and asked about if they checked everything, I was told that I told them it was good. Then told me I will have to pay for another alignment. He did dropped the price to half price. I feel that since this happened less than 4 days after the alignment he could have at least reperform the alignment after the part was replaced but he said he was not going to do the alignment for free

So far, all I can say is they have a very nice facility with good equipment to do quality work. The people who I have spoken with know what they're talking about. They're booked solid for a week or two in advance so we have not had any experience with their repairs yet. I'll edit this after the work is complete.

Recently moved to the area, had to find a new mechanic. I found them. Boyds is a great place. Honest mechanics are hard to find, but these folks are. I don't know if they are the cheapest, nor do I care, when I need to have a vehicle repaired, I want it done right and the problem solved, I am not going to try save a few bucks and give up quality. These folks have earned my business, give them a chance to earn yours.

Exceptional work, had our vehicles returned with any issues resolved and well taken care of. Prices are reasonable and repairs are always prompt and done within a few days at most.

First I will say I hate going to auto repair shops! But Boyd's came highly recommended. Mr. Boyd made me comfortable from the beginning! He never talked down to me but always with respect even as I described "the noise" my car was making. He told me I was safe and called with a quote that afternoon. A couple of weeks later I make an appointment, take my car in, & by afternoon my car is fixed. As a courtesy, they offered to show me my old parts. Never had that offer before. As my car needs repairs in the future I will go back to Boyd's Automotive!

Not recommended. Didn't tell me parts need replacing until my vehicle was ready to leave. Could have been done while it was on the rack. How they make money, having you return. Work was done by appointment, while I was waiting. Didn't bother to consult with me either.

Got me in and out with a quick, cost effective fix for my check engine light. Straight forward information. Didn't take advantage of an opportunity to over charge an uneducated widow.

Best shop in Henderson County!!!! Clean. ASE certified mechanics. Great prices. Honest. Great work!!! Everything about this shop is good!!! Family owned and operated!!!! Drug tested mechanics!!! Now thats a rariety in that area!!!!

They do a great job each time I go there and the new shop opening up looks amazing. My family and I all have our vehicles worked on there and and wouldn't change it.

Used this shop a few times on 2 different vehicles. We took our 2nd vehicle in with a known problem. They then found another problem and didn't call us to ask if we wanted that one repaired, just put everything back together and told us about it afterwards, without the offer to fix the found issue. Kind of a waste of time & money. Very unsatisfied.
