Service was excellent from the time I called them until the time I picked up my truck. Andy the owner was professional and eager to assist. I only have 1 vehicle so it was a relief to know they had a shuttle. Carlos did a great job communicating throughout the day. They provided text updates letting me know the assessment was complete (which only took an hour). Very impressive. The quote was sent electronically so I could approve or disapprove a particular repair, and sign off. They provided text updates for each stage. Christian Brothers operated like a well oiled machine. Carlos shuttled me to and from, even opening my door each time. Perfect gentleman! I also appreciated the mechanics didn't get grease on my vehicle. That's a pet peeve of mine. Elizabeth was very sweet when I called and professional. Thank you Christian Brothers for taking care of me and my baby (truck)!Joyce Iannone

I really appreciated the service I received at Christian Brothers. These days it s hard to find a trusted mechanic. From the moment I walked in I felt like they had my best interests in mind and were honest and fair. I will definitely return to them for any automotive issues I might have. Thank you, CB. We are very happy with their service. Everything is transparent from the very beginning. They keep customer informed on every step of the way. We initially brought in our BMW X5 for service then we decided to have our 4Runner done there too. Being new in this town, we are glad that we found CBA League City to service our cars. They re definitely deserved 5-star rating.

Highly recommend this place. Excellent shop! Thanks to Julie for shuttling me and doing my phone quote. Also, the two front desk guys were very polite. Andy and the other guy that first helped me, (clean cut guy w/ military airplane tattoo on forearm). Forgive me, I forgot his name. Everybody was great. Work was done correctly and in timely manner. Had some A/C repairs done expansion value, thermostat, coolant flush, etc. Truck is fixed and doing well. Appreciate all of you guys! Thanks again!

Not happy at all we have use CB for quite a while and they have done all of our vehicles alignments in the past. This time we took them our truck they did the alignment and told us there were some bolts that were frozen so that is the best they could do but if we fixed the bolts they could do the alignment properly and depending on how fast we were able to fix it they wouldn t charge us full price . We fixed the bolts and took the vehicle back the next day and they still charged us full price and the alignment is not even done right. So. Now we have to find another mechanic and pay them for the alignment since it was not done properly two times with CB.

I see my sister in law (with the same name) already posted a review, but as the sister and also a customer of this business, I want to post as well!The Christian Brothers in League City has lost our families business (and that s a lot of vehicles we ve brought in the past). My brother brought his truck to this location on a Friday. He was called and told that they couldn t do the alignment. The Service Advisor, Carlos Herrera, told him EXACTLY what he needed to fix. My brother asked Carlos if he took it home and fixed the frozen bolt would they charge him a second time. He was told by Carlos that he would work with him. He had the truck back to the shop first thing Monday morning (they are closed on the weekend). Since he works on Monday, my nephew went to retrieve the vehicle for his dad. Carlos charged him another $70 and still did NOT align his truck. He said he couldn t get it done. My brother reminded him that he fixed the only thing Carlos told him to fix to repair the problem and yet they still couldn t align it.What s frustrating is that this place is marketed as a shop with Christian values. You look at their FB page and you see them talking about treating people like family, operating with values. NOTHING about this last transaction shows doing the right thing.Our family wouldn t be so upset if, upon return Monday, Carlos would have said they couldn t get the alignment there was some something else wrong he didn t see before and sent him home with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.So now my brother has paid 2 times and still no alignment!!!I will post this on as many media platforms as I can, including contacting BBB and posting there as well. It seems it s the only recourse people have today with businesses act like crooks.Shame of you Christian Bothers. This one service advisor makes your business look bad.And since the owner will likely comment: If you don t want customers to do the work themselves, then make that your policy and don t allow it under the pretense that you will still complete the alignment (which was paid for and still not aligned). This truck has been aligned at your location previously and had a leveling kit on it then as well. It is not outside our scope to change bolts and we used purchased and used manufacturer bolts. It s the fact that you charged him $200 and still NO ALIGNMENT! Does that sound like the right thing to do? It would have been different if you could have performed the task you were paid to do. Shame on you.

The service is excellent. They were always in communication, they sent me the estimate along with photos of what was damaged. Once I authorized the work, the car was ready in 3 days. Highly recommended. Congratulations to the manager, Carlos Herrera.

I regret that I hadn't found Christian Brothers Automotive sooner..They really stand up to their name...If you want 5 professional service, complimentary text messages from diagnostic to service completion, I highly recommend their establishment. They give you detailed updates, photos of inspection of your vehicle via text/email, its like being in a 5 star hotel lobby... Oh, did I mention, the atmosphere is peaceful too. These guys are great. From dealing with my insurance to getting everything put back together and get everything back into spec. The insurance was the longest part of the whole process. Christian Brothers got the parts in quickly and put on even faster. All though I was a pain when it came to making sure my car was put back together as well as possible, they worked with me through it. Got all my questions answered and I am very happy. I will be going back for regular maintenance soon. Thank you Elizabeth and Carlos!

I've been booking and rescheduling an oil change for weeks now. They were always very friendly and understanding and willing to reschedule me easily. I finally made it in today, and Elizabeth at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. No one enjoys going to the me hanic, but they go out of their way to make it as pleasant a experience as possible.

Derrick and the rest of the team were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, extremely honest. They told me all of the things I should have done to the car now, but then also other repairs that had no affect on safely driving the vehicle that I could hold off on for now as I am trying to avoid major repairs on my vehicle at the moment. Would give 6 stars if I could, and will definitely be returning for future needs!

My check engine light went on and I was able to take my car right away. The inspection report includes photos and detailed explanations which really impressed me! Such a friendly staff and Elizabeth is so knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend them!!!!!

After not being quite sure if my local car dealership was being honest about what my car needed, I decided to take it to Christian Brothers. They looked at my car and told me everything the dealership said I needed was incorrect and that they must have been trying to upsell me. The only thing that needed fixing was my windshield wiper fluid that was leaking! The service was very fast and all the staff were nice and explained exactly why the services did/ did not need to be performed. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and the service was done in no time. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on!

I had a negative experience at another auto-shop and I was in search of a good automotive shop when CBA came to view, with over a thousand reviews and positive responses I called. Carlos was so kind and knowledgeable. I took my car to them immediately and was beyond impressed with the kindness and ABOVE ALL ACCURATE inspection. I saved a lot of money going with Christian Brothers Automotive along with feeling secure with the impeccable honesty which is most important. Thank you CBA !!

The staff at Christian Brothers in League City is exception. They provide excellent customer service. I dropped my Jeep off for analysis and they got back with me right, they did some pre-work, provided me the details of what I needed to do and to bring vehicle back once it met the mileage so that they can accurately detect the problem. That made me feel great. My vehicle did not have to sit. So I can t wait to return to get my vehicle fixed.

I been using them as my car service/repair for almost a year, it s definitely not cheap but it gets the work doneHowever , a week ago I took my car in for coolant service and they found leaks in my coolant systemTo get it fix cost me close to $4000Picked up my car and heading to airport bc I have a trip out of town.drove less than an hour the coolant sign comes back up !good thing I wasn t late to my flight but this is definitely not right for the money I paid.

Great experience! I dropped my 2003 RAV4 off with a check engine light on. The staff was friendly and I was able to use the complimentary shuttle service to get home. I received a phone call to explain the plan to diagnose the problem. They actually updated me via text very regularly which I appreciate because you don't want to be forgotten. The quote to finally fix the issue came to me to e-sign with a full explanation/pricing and included pictures. It's was seamless. The best part was the gentleman who I worked with through the process was very informative and not condescending when I asked him how I can prevent this happening going forward. I figure the more I know the better! Anyways, I found my forever "shop". Thank you so much!

At first impression, great customer service by the staff. By the end of my interaction with Carlos, I wished I would ve chosen to go somewhere else. I m sure it is a great place. Unfortunately, I just didn t have that experience.Update: I received a call from Mr. Miller (Owner) wanting to get more information. Mr. Miller was cordial, attentive and willing to rectify my experience. I would definitely give Christian Brothers another chance in the future thanks to Mr. Miller s attentive demeanor and truly caring for his business.

Carlos and their Technician did a great job diagnosing my headlight issue and worked with my Extended Warranty Company to get some of the expense of replacing my faulty hood latch security switch covered as well.I would definitely recommend them!

My grandfather took my car in because I m currently out of town and these people were just very rude tried to charge us 1500 for non sense. Luckily he s not like the average person and actually knows about cars. Not to mention the mechanic said welcome to owning a Camaro. Very unprofessional, I have a mechanic that I ve been using since I ve gotten my car and have been charged no where near that much. Saved your self s a trip and take your car somewhere else. These mechanics clearly have 0 common sense.

On Tuesday, February the 13th. I had gone to Walmart in League City and when I came out and got in my car, a light that said key battery low came on and I got scared and went to the automotive section in Walmart and they told me that they didn t do that and one guy directed me to Christian Brothers. I went there and I spoke to Carlos and he immediately looked at my keys and found the right battery. He went to my car and told me to start the car to see if the light would come back on and it didn t. I thanked him. He went far and beyond to help me. He was friendly and honest and gave me wonderful services! That was the first time I went there and will return. I was very pleased and happy! Thank you Carlos and thank you Christian Brothers! You guys are awesome!

Good auto mechanic repair shop. They actually listened to what I thought was the issue. Broke down the vehicle concerns by rank. I like that. I told them fix this and this and thats it. Gave me the list of other issues I can complete myself. No push back no whining.Price is a little higher than others but worth the confidence. I ll use them again.

Just moved here from Missouri. Had to find a new mechanic? Was referred to Christian brothers for brake booster on my truck got it in and out in one day with no appointment next day took my truck back up there for state inspection figured I had to drop it off and leave it but they got me in in 20 minutes these guys are good would recommend to anybody
