I am very pleased with their services. The staff was very friendly, professional, and customer satisfaction driven. I received an immediate repair estimate, regular text updates while my vehicle was in the shop, and a quick (check out & time in the shop), easy check out when I picked up my repaired and shiny clean SUV. All in all, it was a pleasure doing business with Service King of Lakeway.

Ryan and his team at the Lakeway facility are top- notch. This is the second time we ve used them in the last 4 months for 2 of our cars. They keep in touch during the process and focus on getting your work done. Rental car process was awesome too with Enterprise just down the road.

Scheduled an appointment with them and was surprised they were able to get me in so quickly as everybody else had at least a month waiting list. I arrived early and informed the receptionist that I needed a car rental and had reserved one through Enterprise. She became very rude and seemed to not appreciate that I needed this service and she had to call them. She called them and was told that my rental car would not be ready until two. I informed her that I could not wait that long and at this time she threw my keys at me and told me I could go somewhere else. I asked for her supervisor and was greeted by a man named Ryan. I informed him that I felt that she was being very rude and at this time he told me that since I complained about his employee that it was not going to end very well for me and told me that he would not service my vehicle. He blatantly retaliated just because I didn t feel the customer service was good. He then refused to give me his supervisor name or number. I now see why they had so many available spots and there was not many vehicles there. Avoid at all costs.

Made an appointment for an insurance claim repair and was told it was going to take 4 weeks over the phone. When I arrived they informed me it was actually going to be 6-8 weeks and that my insurance won t cover the rental, turns out that was lie cause my insurance would just update my rental periodically. When I asked the front desk lady for help to find another location she literally told me to it myself while she just sat there. Absolutely no help and lied to my face

Allstate recommended them, took car in and from the beginning they kept updated on the progress and explained the process. Once got the car back it was in perfect condition, all employees were helpful, I recommend them, outstanding!

This shop was on the recommended list for Allstate. I took my vehicle in on Aug 17 and they took pictures. It is now Sep 5 and I still have not heard back from them. I called a week after my initial visit and was told that the person who took my photos went on vacation and forgot to upload the photos. I have called and called and called. NO ONE answers the phone and it never goes to voicemail. How can I trust them to fix my car if they can't give me an estimate or at minimum answer the phone.

I was rear ended, and went in for my estimate. They took a ton of pics and it took maybe 10 minutes time. They then never got my estimate to me, I reached out and they said I had to come back yet again. They didn t take the proper pictures insurance needed, and due to their lack of quality I was was forced to waste my time and return yet again for them to do their job properly. I d recommend going elsewhere for your estimate claim for insurance purposes.

Highly recommend! There was some lack of communication in the beginning concerning lead times on parts, however once I called Ryan, the GM, and expressed my concern, he looked into the problem and quickly resolved. I am pleased with Ryan s urgency to get our vehicle in for repair and communication was greatly improved. I really appreciated the weekly updates. When we picked up the vehicle, it looked like new and Ryan was actually doing some finishing touches for an exceptionally satisfying pick up. We have had our vehicles at that location previously and will continue to do so. I recommend them to others in need of repair.Service: Body & Trim

Service King came through for me again. They are simply the best in my book. My truck came back looking new. They kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Everyone was polite and professional. I highly recommend Service King Lakeway and their team. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with service king / crash champions, and I must say it was a complete disaster.I called to ask questions about an estimate they wrote, and the response I received was very condescending and dismissive. As I asked additional questions, the guy who runs the shop , said he s not going to walk through the estimate with me and got offended because I continued to ask basic questions. He then proceeded to tell me that he won t work on my vehicle, take it somewhere else and hung up on me.Very disappointed at the level of unprofessionalism displayed by this establishment, save yourself the hassle and avoid this place at all costs.

I felt like I was treated like the most important customer. Not only did I get my car back a week earlier. It looked and felt like my brand new car again. Worst experience ever. Let me start by saying that I have done business with Service King before and It s always been a great experience until now. Seems like at the Lakeway location they are guided by emotion Instead of professionalism. They refused to work on my car after they had already started it because I was outraged by a price I was quoted of over $2300 just to paint a front bumper on a Dodge Charger. I will never do business here ever again even though this is the closest Collision shop to my house. It is very Unacceptable that A highly revered company like service king would treat their customers like that.Service: Body & Trim

I received text updates so I never had to wonder what was going on, which they told me I would. They were on time and met ALL of my expectations. Great experience. Very professional and communicated with me very effectively and quickly. Kept me updated during the whole process and explained things that I didn t understand. Really enjoyed the staff and received top notch service that I haven t had before.Had to replace my bumper after being rear ended. I was worried the color/ paint job wouldn t match my vehicle 100%. I was beyond surprised how AMAZING it looks. Matches perfectly and can t even tell anything ever happened. Anxiety is gone because of the great work they put into my car.It was also surprisingly fast. Brought it in on Tuesday and got it back mid day on Friday. I was really excited about this!I would HIGHLY recommend this location/ company to fix your car. I will bring all my future issues back here because they know how to handle and fix my baby while providing the top notch customer service.I truly appreciate the work thank you Service King!

Recently, I pulled a bonehead mistake and scratched my neighbor's beautiful new truck with my golf cart. Fortunately, my neighbor is a patient guy and allowed me to make arrangements with Service King in Lakeway. Ryan and his crew did me a solid and accomplished this repair perfectly to both my neighbor and my satisfaction.I appreciate the assistance and professional workmanship that Ryan and his staff afforded me, especially during these post Covid supply issues. Had a wonderful experience with Service King after a cement truck sideswiped our car. Not only was it a quick turnaround for the overall process, but they made our new car look even more new after they were done with it! I m impressed to say the least and they gave us the peace of mind that things can indeed be repaired back to their original factory condition. I had half of my truck repaired after getting side swiped and it looks good as new now. They even had the bed liner resprayed which was an awesome surprise! Zachary and the rest of the team there were super nice and stayed in regular contact. I even got my truck back a day earlier than expected! They coordinate with Enterprise rental cars too, so all I had to do was leave my rental in their lot and hop into my truck, Zachary took the rental keys, so easy!

It was a pleasure working with Service King (Lakeway) for my vehicle repairs. I was side-swiped while legally parked and chose this location for my repairs. I have high standards and Service King delivered and surpassed my expectations ! John D- Service Advisor assisted me throughout the entire process. Service King was extremely polite and helpful and I was very impressed by their level of customer service and attention to my needs. They provided a fair estimate for my repairs and worked with the other party s insurance company to make sure I received an appropriate settlement so they could begin repairs on my vehicle. Their facility is modern, clean and inviting and has easy access. They are a company that keeps their promises and goes the "extra mile" when it comes to their level of customer service and professionalism. I would not hesitate to refer Service King to my friends or family. Thank you again for everything!

I had absolutely Horrible experience at Service King Lakeway. They work for insurance company. I dropped my car for an accidental repair on the front bumper. They replaced the part which does not fit properly. When I showed them the problem then their response was that this is what was approved by insurance company. He started explaining me how insurance company works instead of having to complete the repair with quality. I will NEVER go to service king in future. Also, I will NOT recommend to anyone. They don't care about you. They work and care for insurance company. Their customer service is horrible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped my Jeep Grand Cherokee off here after a hit and run that left my rear passenger door dented in. The door ended up having to be replaced and from start to finish Service King was amazing. They kept me updated constantly via text so I never had to question what they were doing with it. They were finished within just a few days and when I picked it up they had washed it and vacuumed the inside! Super impressed with them!Service: Body & Trim

I brought my new car to Service King in Lakeway after a very emotional accident. Totally unaware of the process of getting my car fixed, Josh my advisor, was so knowledgeable in helping me understand and simplify the process. He set realistic expectations, was professional and efficient. They also got my paint to match perfectly, so my new car still looks NEW!!I hope I never have to see these guys again, but if I do, I know where to come.

Service King repaired my Subaru Outback after a collision with a deer. They were professional from start to finish with daily updates on progress, and their work was impeccable. They did a good job repairing my collision damage. Gotta take it back again since my Truck is still pulling to the right and window works when it wants to, but wasn't on the damage list, since I didn't know it got damaged somehow. I would have gave them more stars, but due to one dishonest thief that works there, who decided to steal a brand new LED fog light out of my Truck, here is where we are. Rest of the team was great, friendly and attentive. Called or texted me daily updates.

Would recommend Sevice King! Great service and was greeted very well! While my vehicle was in repair Julia Bishop was very helpful and had he updated all the time! Had gotten a time frame of 30 days and got my vehicle back in 17 days, was very impressed with timing and how my vehicle was repaired! Big shout out to Julia Bishop! Thanks again!

I was so impressed with Service King in Lakeway, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were so professional, efficient and my car looks great. I received daily texts with updates, so I never had to wonder about the status. I am so busy so this was a great relief to me. I was in and out of there in no time, which was also very convenient for my busy schedule. I will definately go here if I ever need car repairs.
