Horrible experience. I have given them multiple tries thinking maybe each was a one off, but I have come to the conclusion they are all ethical and the work is lazy. My first bad experience was less than a year ago. I had them redo my brakes completely. Fast forward to a month ago, and my brakes have been making a loud screeching noise and cranking noise. I took it back in, assuming they would cover any issues since it had only been 10 months since the repair. They kept my car two days for them to tell me nothing is wrong and they couldn t duplicate the problem? The noise is so loud that there is no way they could not hear it. I took it somewhere else and had to have my brake pads and rotors completely replaced. The other place I took it to, identified the issue immediately and it was fixed within a few hours. They said the pads that Lambs used, didn t even fit! The next horrible experience was when I took it to get my state inspection. They said they would not pass my inspection unless I bought 4 new tires! I did not need all new tires, and I felt I was being taken advantage of. I had my husband speak to them, and all of a sudden, they changed their mind but told them they would pass my inspection if I bought 2 tires instead. They charged me way too much and I feel their intention was to force me to spend money I didn t need to spend. I have heard more stories from other people that mirror my experiences. I have more but too many to document. Their location is conveniently located near my home, but I will never give them another dime of my money and I encourage anyone else to avoid them at all costs!

Lamb's did my radiator flush promptly while I waited. Their price was reasonable also. Their customer service was great as they explained the whole flushing process and were friendly too.

It was our first time getting an oil change here for my sons Tahoe. They were able to get us in same day and had it ready to go when promised. Pricing is fair for Vavoline oil. Friendly service! We ll be back next time!

We drove to Austin from Chicago and experienced a serious problem with frozen brakes on the afternoon before returning home. My brother has used Lambs with great satisfaction and I soon learned why. They quickly found the problem, scurried to get the needed parts and had me out the door by closing time. Problem fixed, timing was heroic. A great experience!

BEWARE ...... I went in yesterday needing an inspection and was told to go this morning and I'd be in and out . I got there at 7:33amI waited and waited finally asked how much longer . The man said your inspection is done , it takes time for an oil change .Wait ....... what ...... NEVER did I utter the words of oil change . I was late for a meeting because they had to put oil back in my car The manager apologized but the man who help me never did and lied and said I said I wanted and oil change as well. He lied and would not even look at me . Now I have to take my car to the Mercedes dealership and make sure they didn't screw anything else up . BE CAREFUL ABOUT DEALING WITH THIS LOCATION.

I have a single axle RV. I tried everyone near me. The parking lots were too small or assumed it would take hours.The min quote was $500.I passed this site ....called...told np at allThe wheel brings were replaced well under $500.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I came in for an alignment on Saturday. Travis and Jordan really saved my day! Travis caught a huge problem (caused by Discount Tire) that would've been a major safety issue, and also would've resulted in severe damage to my car. Jordan explained everything to me so I could get the problem fixed properly. Everyone at this location went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of in a timely fashion.I really can't thank them enough.

Kevin was great! I would come back for help with my vehicle anytime. I was in a crunch when my vehicle broke down and he helped me look into my warranty to see if what was wrong with it would be covered. I found it very considerate- if you need help with your vehicle go here! They ll do whatever they can to help you the best.

The service was great. What makes this place stand out is their front staff. They are similar to the npr's click and clack. Their witty rapport with each other and their customers is amazing. I plan to have my cars future work to be done at lambs auto just to interact with these guys.

I made an appointment for an oil change at the same location I've used for 2 years. I've always arrived on time and they are able to get me in and out in one hour. Today I was told it would be two hours and that the appointment was only to guarantee a spot in line.

I had a screw in my tire and needed to get my young children to school 20 min away. Lamb's got me in quickly and fixed my tire quickly. They were so helpful and kind. We safely made it to school with a little time to spare. I can't thank them enough (:

I was towed in at 545pm with a shredded front tire, they close at 6pm, but they chose to work on my vehicle and replaced all 4 tires for me. They even had to go to their sister store to get the tires I needed. By 715pm, they sent me on my way with a BIG smile.Thanks Lamb's

Went for a simple State Inspection after work. Although they are open until 6pm and 2 guys were sitting there. no one could do it until the next morning. Not interested in servicing the customer I guess.

Took my car here for inspection a few months back and thought they were super nice. Took my car back for an oil change last week, and they charged me $97 for a full synthetic change. I thought that seemed quite high, but luckily I had a coupon for $48.99 synthetic oil change - yay! The total still came out to be $75.00... I asked Shelby about why it was still so high, and he said labor, .7 of oil not covered in the coupon, and a bunch of other random fees. Whatever - what was done, was done.Shelby then proceeded to tell me I needed to replace my 2 back breaks & rotors for a grand total of $729 ASAP because I only had 2-3 weeks before something bad happened! Scary, but also seemed high priced, so I went on down the road to double-check from other places.. not only was I quoted $200 LESS by the other two places to replace my back breaks/rotors... BUT they both said I still had about 5 - 6 months of life left on them!Lamb's lost my future business and any referrals I would have given to friends in the area.

I actually had an appointment last week and was an able to go due to my cat. Passing away, I called Shelby at lambs in Lakeway and was canceling my appointment, and he was extremely nice, courteous, and caring.!!!))) told me I could reschedule for anytime and he would make sure I got in, well that was this morning, and I am extremely grateful that I came to this location and will continue. The customer service was above and beyond from all the employees.!!!

I have a Porsche so I always call a day in advance so they will get the oil filter for an oil change. I arrive at 7:30. NO cars in any of the bays and NO customers. At 9:00, an hour and 1/2 later I ask what s taking so long. Jarred says we re not Jiffy Lube. Is that the most stupid answer ever?? Once we get past his stupid answer he finally tells me the parts aren t in and they expect it in soon?? Ya think ya might let your customer know that?? I mean really!! It s been 1 1/2 hours!! Ya can t tell me the problem so I can chose whether or not I have time? What if the part doesn t come in until 3?!?! maybe in the future, you should check the part before you start the work?? So, I walk over to Chase Bank cause a have a house closing at 9, which I m late for. After the closing I return! Shocker, the car is still not ready! Bottom line my car was finally ready at 9:10 in the morning Two hours and 40 minutes for an oil change and all that JARRED can say is we are not Jiffy Lube!! Bye Lambs tire!

Don t waste your money at this place in Lakeway. You have plenty of other options. The people at this location do not care about customer service. I have spent a lot of money here on my car and my wife s car. My last transaction is just that, my last transaction.

The new manager is incompetent!! lied about the work done and about my other car, said it was in there for a month with electrical issues??? Well they never had my Acura MDX for a month and it never had or has any electrical issues the guy is a creep.The old team that was there prior to this insulting baboon of a manager. Was great and very customer orientated. DO NOT GO TO THE LAKEWAY LAMBS LOCATION!!! RIP-OFFS!!
