OZ showed up in scheduled window and replaced both my F-150 Windshields in about an hour. He is fantastic and price for both was slightly more than Safelite wanted for 1 truck. Great work and will use again after the next rock!

Great people and great work. Called them when the windshield of my Honda Ridgeline first broke. The glass was super expensive and they recommended waiting a few months for price to go down. A few months passed, called them up and sure enough price was cheaper. Great people to work with, they came on time, and work is excellent. Will recommend to friends.

I took a chance on Lake Travis Mobile Glass and so far it's been great! I had a rock chip on the edge of my windshield that could not be repaired and eventually traveled 2 feet on my windshield. They came when our appointment was made, were done in 45 min and did it in my driveway so I could keep going about my day. This was very convenient. They have a lifetime warranty, so I'm not worried about installation leaks or anything else! Great service!

Lake Travis Mobile Glass made it easy and seamless to get an online quote and schedule an appointment to replace the windshield in my 2001 Honda Civic. After I submitted the information thru their website, I was contacted very quickly by Kristen to finalize the order. The service technician, Oswald, was great -- he arrived at my home at the time scheduled, and made it look easy. It was obvious he had done this many times before, and probably could have done it blindfolded! I've recently referred Lake Travis Mobile Glass to two friends who also needed windshield replacement, and they were also very pleased with the quick and professional service they received. Highly recommended!!

Trustworthy, professional, experienced, ethical. A rock hit my windshield and I didn t want to replace the whole windhield right now. LT Mobile Glass came out for a free inspections to let know if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. After they assessed the damage, they recommended repair to stop the crack from spreading and if I need a new windshield at a later date then a portion of my repair will go towards the new windshield. I appreciate their honestly! I will use them for the long haul now. And they have since repaired my windshield to stop the crack from spreading. Great experience!

Totally recommend these honest friendly people! I called them as I just bought a used car a few days ago & now noticed a small windshield crack. I could not recall if it was there prior, or if it was a new crack. They went out of their way to meet me in Lakeway to take a quick look, at no charge, and told me that the crack had been filled prior & that no work was needed. They easily could have told me it needed repair & I would not have a clue. Hard to find HONEST businesses like this, I would definitely call them if I ever need windshield service!

There guys do a really nice job. I had a pretty big chip in my windshield. When I called them and I got scheduled within a couple of days. When he got there and saw the chip he said he would try to fix it but if it failed he would roll the cost forward into a new windshield. Within a few weeks a new crack appeared. U called and within 48 hrs, I had a new windshield. Perfect!

Mobile Glass repaired my 10 inch windshield crack on my Ford F-150 on December 13, 2018 and its still holding up after 47 days. I did not think that this could be done but Norm with Mobile Glass fixed it! I highly recommend this company for all glass repairs or replacement.

Amazing experience. I was able to text photos of my windshield to determine the exact replacement I needed and receive an accurate quote. The techs showed up the same day. They were professional, courteous, and did a great job. I work from home and never had to leave my house.

I called to get an estimate because my insurance company deductible was so high. The same day I called Lake Travis mobile came out and replaced my windshield and fixed a crack on another car, both in separate locations, and under the cost of my deductible. I would highly recommend this locally owned and operated company!

These guys were awesome. Very professional and friendly. ETA was perfect. Finished my windshield with quality in less than an hour too. Would def recommend to anybody looking for a hassle-free windshield replacement!

While traveling over the 2016 Christmas holiday our car was hit by a rock on the windshield that resulted in a chip that was approximately 3/8 of an inch across. After returning to Lakeway we called Mobile Glass to get our windshield repaired. Mobile Glass quickly came to our house and repaired the chip. The service technician was thorough and courteous . From the time we called Mobile Glass until the repair was completed was only 2 hours! While you can still see the area that was repaired, the appearance of the chip was greatly improved. We would not hesitate to use Mobile Glass for future windshield chips we may receive. See the attached images for "before" and "after" photos.

Recommend using Lake Travis Mobile Glass, professional and polite. Called and had next day repair on my 07 Ford F-150 windshield using OEM part. Called prior and arrived on time! Will come to you. Ask for Oswald, amazing work and very detailed oriented.

Talk about amazing service! This couldn't have been any easier. The friendly technician came to our home and repaired a few windshield chips on my Mercedes and it looks like new and saved me from spending a fortune on a new windshield. If you need a glass repair, these are your guys.

Well, couldn't tell you about their windshield repair because they haven't responded. I'll clarify....I called the number listed and voicemail picked up. Their message says, "You can text us! Request a quote via text..." So, I texted them my car info and 24 hours later, no response.So guess what? I'll just go to someone else.And if you're reading this, LT Mobile Glass? You might want to change your voicemail....

It can almost feel like a right of passage when you get that first crack in your windshield in Texas. The moment of shock and horror when you hear that debris smack right off the car and then the disbelief as you watch that little knick turn into a web of cracks along your windshield. Definitely hard to avoid with all the construction and rural roads around these parts. Needless to say, I experienced this range of feelings and needed fast service. Mobile Glass was not only speedy but super efficient. Showed up to my home and had the windshield repaired in less than hour. Not only did I have a shiny new windshield, but they were helpful in pointing to the best place to repair other issues with my vehicle.

I ve posted screenshots of the conversation a family member of mine had with a representative of Lake Travis Mobile Glass. The individual seems to have felt it was inappropriate to ask whether or not a AAA discount was available and immediately became confrontational. This is pretty unfortunate because it really wasn t a deal breaker if the discount wasn t something they offered. Rather, it would just have been useful to know when comparing prices. I hope this is just a single misguided employee and not indicative of how the owners run the business. Needless to say I can t recommend Lake Travis Mobile Glass without an apology and remediation.If you can't see the screenshots, it culminates in the staff member calling my family member stupid and an a-hole

I scheduled a glass replacement, but got a call the day that they were supposed to install between 9-1pm that they couldn't do it because one of their employees had called in sick. I asked if they could do it the next day and he said maybe, but they couldn't guarantee that they could do it. I had scheduled my whole day around having the car at home to get this done and I was upset. When I pressed to get them to make a commitment the person told me to "Go f**k myself and I was being a dick", I was so shocked I hung up the phone. I have never had a service company react like that and I will never use this company for my glass service or ANY service!

Office error did not confirm schedule to technician & appointment was not met. But they did catch this during the time window & rescheduled. It worked for me, the technician was courteous & the repair was delivered to my satisfaction.
