I searched everywhere asking for help for my 2015 Lexus and no one could help me except Integrity Automotive. They told me what the part was and got me in and out in no time! My appointment was at 830 and my SUV was on the lift at 830. Definitely will be coming here for my future needs.

We've used Integrity Auto for several years and they have always done good work at a reasonable price. Their staff are all professional and helpful. They are the only mechanic shop that I actually trust.

I don't typically write reviews but they did me such a solid that I feel like they should get some recognition! I took my car in to another shop to have the A/C checked and fixed. They quoted me 400+ to replace the valve cover gasket because it was leaking. Called these guys for a second opinion quote and it was half the price. I didn't make an appointment or anything, but I found out when I brought it in the next day that they went ahead and got the part in, just in case. Left it with them and agreed to pay the same price I was quoted over the phone. While I was out running errands, I got a call informing me that it wasn't leaking after all. She also took the time to show me the part (gasket cover valve) and why they came to that conclusion. I've never had anyone take the time to show me anything in my car when taking it to an auto shop.We wanted to give them our business in some way, so my mom got her windshield wipers replaced - while doing so, she heard them explain to another guy that the diagnosis another shop gave him wasn't true, that he just needed a part replaced.Like a previous review said it, they really do go about their business with integrity and definitely fit their namesake. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know, and they definitely have my family's business in the future.Thank you again!Service: Wiper blade installation

This is hands down the best auto repair shop! I will never go anywhere else!It s so hard to find a place that you know you can trust! I had initially come here because our back tire was smoking. We took it in and Integrity Automotive could ve easily lied about it but they were honest and let us know it was something very simple and nothing that needing repair.Not only are they honest, but they are knowledgeable especially the front desk staff Michelle. Definitely bring your vehicle here for repairs, they won t rip you off!

This Auto shop is the place to go. It s always hard to find a auto shop that you can 1. Trust 2. Won t feel like you are being ripped off and 3. Knows what they are doing.My truck had its engine light on for sometime and clicking in the engine which is never a good sign.I took it to the Integrity Automotive and with in moments they had a pretty good idea of what the issue was. Michelle at the front desk is so kind and very knowledgeable. She went into detail and even took the time to show me what a damaged camshaft would look like.She quoted me all the possibilities from best case to worst case so I was not surprised. Throughout the entire time my truck was in shop I was updated and given photos of the process and what damage parts was in the truck and what a good part should look like. This was a big job and I so appreciate them. Now my truck is running great.The naming of this shop is exactly what you will get.If you are looking for a reliable auto shop that you can trust this place is it.

This is the only place I take my vehicles to. If she doesn't have an opening I'll wait . Mrs. Michelle is the most knowledgeable, honest, sweetest person ever. She knows her stuff and she don't over charge you like other places. I recommend her before anyone.

Had a fantastic experience with this organization today thanks to Michelle and the rest of the crew. Called to get my car in for alternator and battery replacement. I had an appointment for around 3pm,they got my car in immediately and had the work done by 5pm the same day! Very professional and customer service driven. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I just found my new favorite auto repair place!

absolutely love this place! super friendly staff and they are honest about prices. michelle was such good help. i had to have my blower motor and resistor repaired and my car isnt the easiest to replace those parts in, however they had it fixed and back to me within a few hours. would recommend to anyone in the area. fair prices and great customer service. will be going back to them!

I love this repair shop, it s the only place my husband and I will get our cars worked on. The mechanics are so fast with repairs and Michelle is absolutely stellar! She is so knowledge and nice when telling you what the plan is for your car!

My husband got our brake repairs quoted over at Pep Boys for over $2000. I gave my aunt a call, who works at a mechanic shop herself. Being a first time car owner, I asked her about it and she told me that was way overpriced. So, I looked around and found this place. I read the reviews and decided to check it out as soon as I could. They listened to the issues and told me exactly what needed to be done. They were honest, helpful and fast. They also saved me well over a grand and was so thankful. Will definitely be going back to this shop for all of my car needs! Thanks :)Service: Brakes

This place is awesome! I call it the hole in back road bec it is located on a road less travelled. Not good for them, but good for me cause the repair was done in a very timely manner and they did good work. The lady at front office is mechanically smart and very friendly. I am planning on bringing them more of my business.

Friendly, welcoming staff offering as much assistance they can. Had my front brakes and rotors replaced for a great price, very comparable to every where else. Also included a warranty that is amazing and roadside assistance at no additional cost to the brake replacement!!!! Will return to Integrity Auto for any and all future repairs or maintenance if possible!!!

Superb customer service in every sense of the words! I will recommend this shop to all my soldiers. Michelle and Joe are amazing and caring people! I felt welcome and was only there for a short period of time. Their staff is also very well mannered giving the great fo the day. I definitely noticed all the positive signs. Thank you! Bless y'all!

I now know why "integrity" is in their company name. I dropped off my car and took a Lyft home thinking that I needed a new alternator. The estimate was $400 total for parts, labor, supplies, fees, and taxes. The service writer called me saying that she and the mechanic determined that all I needed was a new serpentine belt for a total of $137. I thanked them for being honest and not taking advantage of me. Integrity and trust mean everything to me when it comes to auto repairs. I will continue giving them my business.

I personally have used Integrity for mechanical work on 2 or 3 cars of mine over the past 3 years. They have always treated me fairly. They have given me a quote for work to be done and that is what I ended up paying or less.One time I had some issues after they did a wheel bearing replacement, and they covered everything with no additional charges because the defective part was under warranty. NO MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET AT ALL! I was pleasantly surprised to hear that news when I was expecting to pay for additional repair work being done.I would confidently refer anyone to Integrity. Their name says it all for real!!!

Great staff. Great prices. Great work. Have taken my vehicles here multiple times for issues and was given multiple options for repair and total oversight. Would recommend for anyone who wants to avoid the high prices of dealerships in the area.

Integrity Automotive is the only automotive repair shop that I allow to work on my truck. They diagnose the problem, and the repairs are done correctly the first time. I literally drive 50 miles to get the best service available. Michelle, Mike and the devoted staff are always professional, friendly, and courteous. If you have an issue with your vehicle I highly recommend that you let Integrity Automotive do the repair.

I took my car to get an estimate at another shop and they told me what work I needed done. I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to Integrity Automotive. They didn't find all the problems I was originally quoted and saved me hundreds of dollars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Honest, friendly, and very helpful!!!

They fixed a loud noise in my car that Firestone couldn't fix (even though they told me it sounds better than before) after they replaced my catalytic converter. I took it to integrity and they fixed the problem.
