The customer service was phenomenal! We were moving in a couple days and had to have a big fix on our truck. They were able to get our truck in right away, fix it quickly and kept us updated the whole way through! Definitely recommend to anyone!!

As a newcomer, I was nervous about finding an auto shop without any personal recommendations. I tried First Choice due to the online reviews, and I can say they are spot on. Eric was able to get me in the day I called for repair of my AC and numerous other services needed. Although they told me initially I would need to leave my car with them over the weekend, they went above and beyond to find the parts and had all repairs and maintenance done by the end of the day. Interest free financing options were helpful as well. The customer service and 5 year service warranty alone make this place well worth 5 stars.

I'll start this review by saying I hardly ever have my car in the shop. In the last 20 years my car has been serviced by someone other than me exactly 6 times. 3 were alignments, one was a recall, and 2 were A/C service. One of those A/C services was with First Choice. So when it comes to other people digging around in my cars, I'm extremely picky. I brought my car to First Choice because I don't have an A/C service machine or the newer freon that the car needs, and their reviews were good. I did tons of searching and reading about other shops in the area and landed on them, and I'm glad I did.That said, First Choice is absolutely going to get my business again. From the moment I walked in the door and talked to Billy I had a good feeling about leaving my car with them. I gave him the symptoms and what I reasonably thought was wrong (A/C compressor locked up and that was my suspicion). I got an update on the repair process and their best idea of when the car would be done via phone call, not just a text, so if and when I had questions I could ask right then. It did cost a little more than what I wanted to spend, but that was because of the parts and not the fault of the shop, so I don't hold that against them.I have no complaints or concerns whatsoever. The cleanliness of the desk/waiting area, professionalism and friendliness of Billy, not leaving a mess in the car when finished, keeping me updated on the process, everything about doing business with them was easy. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience. As a car guy myself that does all (most of) my own work, I approve of First Choice.

Eric and the rest of the team were very helpful with the diagnostic testing of my vehicle. They repaired/replaced the issue and I am a satisfied customer. This was my first time dealing with this business. I must say that everyone was courteous and professional I recommend this shop to anyone looking for great customer service & great automotive repairs.

Eric was extremely professional and honest about the requirements needed for my vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't leave anything left to chance. His associate Shawn was very welcoming alongside the other gentleman sitting at the front desk. The crew members were very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to the services being performed to my vehicle. I will be coming back to get my car serviced here from now on.

I am always wary of mechanic shops because I have been burned multiple times... I needed some critical work done to my truck and didn't have the time to do it myself, so I looked at the reviews online and picked First Choice Auto because I was reading how outstanding their service is. I was skeptical, thinking that some of these reviews were probably "paid" and fraudulent, but still decided to give them a chance. It turns out, the reviews are quite true. These guys did a great job, and Mr. Billy was in direct contact with me throughout the whole process. They finished the work in record time, which also made me feel skeptical about whether or not it actually got done. So the first thing I did before I ever even drove my truck off the lot was crawl up underneath to check it out, and I was very pleased to see shiny new parts installed exactly as promised and in good working order... My truck has alot of miles and it needed alot of work, so Billy helped me price everything out and come up with a plan that was within my budget. I had to prioritize the most important things and sacrifice some of the work needing to be done because I couldn't afford it... This guy went ahead and found my parts for a discounted price, then applied those savings to the project and ensured they were able to do as much work as possible while also staying within my budget. I was very impressed and happy with that! If you need good quality work done by experienced technicians with unmatched integrity, First Choice Auto is definitely the place to go!

Sadly disappointed. I m new to Killeen didn t know where to take my truck. I came here because I checked the reviews. Reviews were good, got my truck back and cylinder number 3 spark plug wire wasn t connected to the spark plug. Not just that, there s more screw up here but. It just should been a diagnosis but still definitely did a half *** job for a pricey diagnostic fee of $180.

My vehicle had an issue that is rare and difficult to fix and it drives than before the issue started. Billy made an effort to communicate every detail and update efficiently leaving no questions when it came to the maintenance and order of parts for my car. He was very helpful. I was provided with photos of what was wrong with my vehicle, which was also great. Really great people and great mechanics.

Highly recommend 1st Choice Automotive Repair, had a great experience getting my truck serviced here, Eric helped me get my truck in and out on a timely manner while having great communication with me on all that was needing to get done. Eric also was able to get a part needed for my truck faster than expected which made me extremely happy since I was looking to wait a few months. All in all my truck is running better than ever with no issues, thanks 1st Choice Automotive Repair.

I highly recommend First Choice. I called to see if I could bring my car in to get a diagnostic because my car was leaking so much oil and my check engine light was on. I was able to bring my car the same day I called. Literally a hour after I dropped my car off Eric called to tell me what was going on with it. I gave the ok to start doing the repairs. Once everything was repairs Eric gave me a call and told me they ve taken my car for a test drive but my check engine light was still on so they will do another diagnostic to see what s going on. He called back once the diagnostic was complete and let me know my valve cover needed to be replaced. They started to repair the valve cover next day. Mind you I dropped my car off to them on a Thursday and they had all the repairs done the next day. They called me around 5:30 on Friday to let me know my car was ready. I picked my car up and Eric let me know he ll be giving me a call on Monday to see how my car was doing. He did what he said, he gave me a call today and was glad to hear everything was going well. If I ever need anything repaired I will definitely be taking my car back to them!

VERY happy with my service! I had a head gasket problem on my mustang ecoboost that I have trusted a previous shop to fix correctly multiple times. Lol so I became scared to drive my car and I didn t trust it on the road but it was so easy to trust Eric and his crew, they dug deeper and had so much knowledge about what was going on and were so confident without even taking the engine apart yet. Now I have my stang back and she has more power ! Woohoooo ! Lol but There s probably more I should say but I m gonna keep it short and I hope this shop knows I really appreciate them for getting my car back on the road after spending thousands with a newborn baby. Thank you Eric ! You and your team are awesome and you will always have me and my family s business!

Fist choice automotive repair shop is the best in town. The reps are accommodating and easy to talk to. The repairs always comes perfect to near from my expectations. Awesome shop, I would definitely recommend First Choice automotive repair for any mechanical issue.

Going to shops can be extremely stressful but first choice is my only choice from now on. Eric the service writer was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about what I needed and the price was unbelievably good. Thank you to Sean, the service manager, who made sure my vehicle had a quality repair. I will always go back to first choice auto.

Eric helped me out. Their techs were able to figure out the issue. I previously had my vehicle at a different shop and wouldn t do engine repairs from what they though was the issue. I also thought the same thing. I dropped off my car to 1st Choice and got a call the next day with great news that it wasn t an engine issue. They got my car fixed and I m extremely happy with the results. Thank you guys. I know where to go the next time I need maintenance done.

They replaced my transmission in record time and Billy kept in constant contact with me about my car. As a woman, this means the world to me. The car is running like a champ. I went in for an issue with my transmission. I was impressed with the customer service. I liked being able to approve and decline jobs on my phone. They actually took and posted pictures of the leaks they found and I had full control of what they can or can't work on. The job was done quickly and they were kind enough to leave cookies on the dash, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated them following up with me the next day to see how the vehicle was running.

I needed an alignment for an upcoming trip and they were able to get me in the next day. The work was quick but professional. Communication was with Billy the entire time and he s an awesome guy. They also checked up after the work was done which is awesome.I called RNR beforehand for an alignment just to drive and find out they had no techs for an alignment and they were super rude when I came in. I don t know why but it is super hard to find solid businesses in this town with people who enjoy what they do/have a positive attitude in their workplace. The alignment here was like $5ish more than RNR but man that extra $5 is worth it for the experience/friendly employees.

I ve had several jobs done here and every single one has been done well. I love how they are very detailed and help me understand what is going on with my vehicle. The prices have also always been very reasonable. I love that their work is stamped with a 5 year warranty. I honestly would recommend my friends and family here if they needed any work done. They do a great job every single time and work well with everyone who walks in.

We are a single car family and when our car needs repair it can be quite challenging. With that said, we need to find a garage that is fully capable of making the repairs in a timely manner and getting it right the first time outside of any issues beyond their control (weather, product failure, delivery of parts, etc). Also being around a military base it can be quite difficult to find a good garage because they are everywhere but only half truly are great mechanics. And the big corporate garages are so expensive and they have their way of operating which eliminates the direct customer relationship. So the game begins to find a good, reliable mechanic able to fix our Chevy Tahoe properly. Billy and his team at First Choice did just that. We needed to replace the right exhaust manifold and gasket. We dropped it off thursday evening and on friday the repair was complete. Our Tahoe runs great and is quiet again. They were compassionate to our situation as a single car family and made the repair in a timely manner. They kept us updated as the repair took place. And on Monday morning they called us to check in and make sure the repair was successful after a weekend of driving around. I would highly recommend these guys if you are in the Killeen, Cove, Heights area and until they prove otherwise, we will be using them to keep our Tahoe safe and running properly moving forward.Service: Exhaust

Had a transmission replaced on a kia soul. Billy was amazing to work with! Wonderful staff and honest shop. They warned me concerning a possible issue that might occur during the repaur so I could make a informed decision. Not many shops would do that. Especially since I visited two others and they said I would have to do the repair at the dealership. If I need more work done on my truck I'll come back to them.

It's not everyday you get a call from a mechanic who says, "Hey, I can save you some money off our original estimate." It's fixed right and I saved money. How could I not be happy with that! I have been happy with the numerous other repairs they have done for both my gas and diesel vehicles as well.

My experience with First Choice Automotive Repair was very good from in the door to picking up my truck. They do very good work and my truck runs and rides just like it did the day I drove it off the showroom floor in 2011.

This was my first experience taking my car here and the service was excellent and fast. I originally took my 2016 Ford mustang in to have my AC checked. Killeen ford wanted to keep car for a few days to just run a diagnostic. So I decided to try first choice and within 30 minutes they knew what was wrong and had the issue fixed the next day. I highly recommend taking your car there and will continue to take my car to first choice.

Love, love these guys!! They repaired all my issues with my Infinity. Very professional and worked with me because my SUV had LOTS of problems. I highly recommend going to these guys because their work is guaranteed! This is the second time I ve gone to them, and my father had work done on his truck as well. Vehicles are up and running great. One of my issues was my headlight was out for over two years from a wiring problem and they were able to fix it. I am beyond happy.
