I've got a Ford Truck that would periodically go "limp". It'd be running but pressing the gas pedal did nothing. I'd taken it to 3 places, 2 couldn't help unless it was acting up in front of them, and the last one needed me to leave it there a couple of days.The truck finally stranded me in Electra - barely making it a mile or so before it'd go limp again, so I limped it over to R&Z and met Rob. Explained what it did and he immediately responded with what he thought the problem was, and why it was happening. Explained it so it made perfect sense to me. Something was going on with my throttle sensor.He checked computer codes to confirm his own thinking but then within minutes he had my throttle sensor out, and said he thought cleaning it might work. He cleaned it up put it back in, gave it a quick drive and returned it good as new. I don't think we were even there 30 minutes. I asked what I owed him and he gave me such a ridiculously FAIR price that I paid him extra just because his skill had saved me a load of money at the other places that didn't have his skill.I'd absolutely recommend this place and beyond the relief of having this problem fixed there's a secondary relief that I now have a GREAT mechanic I'll turn to if I have another problem. Skilled professional service! Extremely trustworthy, honestly and friendly! More than fairly priced! I wish that I could give a higher rating, as they deserve it!!!I don't believe anyone could have done a better job fixing up our mess of a vehicle.We were blessed to have broken down where we did as we were able to have the honor of meeting these people, having our vehicle fixed correctly and making true friends! We were stranded with a broke serpentine belt today with 4.5 hours to make it home. Rob came to the place we were stranded on his day off. He assessed our issue and got us to his shop and fixed our van, all in less than 2.5 hours. We are so thankful!

Top Dogs in the mechanics world. They know their business inside and out. Honest and upright about each decision made regarding your vehicle's needs. There is so much good about this establishment that you really need to talk with them in person. You may have to drive or haul your ride if you don't live in Electra, however it is worth every mile. 10+ in my books.

Ok first he dosesnt do body work but he pointed me to someone that could and they did a awesome job replaceing a door i had messed up. he also came and help me tie the door down and get the car home from driver in harrold where i had the accident. he eve offered to help find the replacement door but his suggested body shop took car of it and done a remarkable job.i woudnt trust anyone else with my malibu (which has Been in there a few times). Rob and his wife are great with conducting business with customers. rob being explaining the issues and finding cheap but quality parts and his wife worrking with the keys and the other paperwork. although we dont see zach very often he always busy doing something helping move cars in and out as they are completed. cant forget about you zach LOL!!Some stuff they have done on my malibu that a 97 include but not limited to:Oxygen Sensors ReplacementEOM Moudule replacementFront CV Axle ReplacementMotor Mount Replace ( In Shop Now)Probally struts (in shop now)Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto body & trim replacement

After being stranded on the 287 only 9 miles from R&Z auto shop with a split heater hose, and lost radiator fluid, we were able to plug the hose and limp into the shop at nearby Electra, TX. Not only did they stop work on other vehicles to service our truck, but the job was expertly completed, quickly, and at a very reasonable price for an emergency service. We were able to happily continue on with our trip. We highly recommend this awesome auto shop.Service: Engine repair

My son s SUV broke down around Gainesville, TX. He had the car toad back to his uncle s in Electra. He called R&Z to come look at car to see what they thought. They advised him what a rough estimate which was much cheaper than he d gotten from mechanics a where he lived. R&Z towed it to their shop so they could do the repairs. They are so kind, helpful and extremely understanding of the situation. We definitely recommend R&K for all your automotive issues. Before going into Wichita Falls, call R&K first...you won t regret it.

This shop didn't now my family from Adam but still my wife who was broke down on the hwy with my baby girl called the auto parts for help and one of the men from this buisness was there and overheard the conversation and didn't hesitate in a down pout showed up replaced her radiator hose and checked everything out so that they could get to me in Colorado,,,thank you very much from the sandefer family
