I recently took my car here to get serviced. I was informed by Bobby that I needed brand new rotors, that would total up to approximately $600. I decided to not move forward with the service. Once I expressed my decision he dropped the price down to $300. I took my car to different mechanic, at this time I was informed that I only needed front brakes. Don t take your car here, you will be scammed!!!!

These guy's have been taking care of my vehicles for more than 6/7 yrs now and I would not trust anyone else with my them, not in this area. They are timely, honest, professional and simply awesome. They have challenged diagnostics that I received from other mechanics and they have saved me a lot of $$. Repairs normally only take a day and quotes are spot on or less.

I've had my transmission replaced and I would not go anywhere else but Nickles. I've experienced nothing less than courteous, and professional service. Bobby, Chris and them take care to just do the right thing the first time for the customer. I chose not to go anywhere else but Nickles. I trust what he says he will and can do, and he's affordable! YES!

2002 Land Rover front end knocking noise. Fixed it with no problems $900. Great service and a fare price. Highly recommend.

Arrived at the shop at 7:30 am with a/c problems and was so thankful that it was fixed the same day. Bobby was so kind - he even provided transportation when Uber wasn t available. Each time we have used Nickles, we ve alwats been pleased.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

I went with my Dad to drop his car off. The man at the front desk was rather rude speaking to my 82 year old Dad. We haven't picked the car back up yet. But was rather upset at his attitude to a question my Dad ask. He was a jerk answering my Dad. Rolled his eyes when my Dad asked how long he thought it would take to fix a door and window. Not impressed so far.

Had to take my vehicle back to have them actually do the overpriced work that I paid them to do. Then my 6mos old radiator "blew up"? Costing me an additional 300!? After taking my vehicle here a few times, the one thing I know is that was a couple of times too many! I should have learned the first time. After the lies, over charges, more damage by them that I paid for, and all of the snickering, I have completely lost ALL faith and trust in them and wiill never go back to them for anything. I tell anyone who asks, there are MUCH better places than this place.

Bobby was SUPER!!!!! I called on Friday to explain what my car was doing and had it towed into the shop on Wed morning. By lunchtime Bobby had called me with the greatest news. Not only was my repairs minute (damn near non exist), he didn't kill my pockets with correcting the problem. I was so happy I kept asking him if the price was correct. I would DEFINITLY return to this shop because I feel Bobby is an honest guy, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him to any/everyone I know that needs a mechanic shop. #BOBBYSSHOPROCKS #NICKLESAUTOWORKS :-)

Absolute best in town prices may be high but it's the parts the car needs and not all after market parts. great timing. Great warrenty. Never kept me waiting too long to get my car back. No complaints.

The reason I am leaving only one star is because I took my car here and told him I most likely needed a new water pump installed. I also stated that I may need a new altinator as well and that I wanted him to take a look for me. So the plan was to drop it off over night and he would just give me a call the next day. He called the next afternoon and confirmed that the water pump was leaking. (which I told him that already when I dropped it off.) So over the phone he tells me for a 1999 Ford Taurus it will be $350 to change the water pump including parts and labor. So obviously i left imediately to go pick up my car. When i get there he says alright it will be $42.50 for my services. "What am i giving you this much for?" I ask. "I confimed 100% that your water pump is leaking." I just gave him the money, took my receipt and left. In reality and with profetionalism in mind I as the customer/guest should never have to try to figure out how your business works, you should present me with options or choices anytime there is a possibility to. For example, "hi I'm dropping my car off for you to take a look at my leaking water pump and altinator." A great and helpful response would be "okay no problem sir BUT JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WILL END UP COSTING YOU such and such amount." Instead of my personal experience which went more like "I'm dropping it off with you, I trust you." Responce; "okay sir no problem talk to you tommorow."The initial price was way to high when the part costs 54.99 plus tax at auto zone (already purchased at present time) and the amount of time it takes to install the water pump in the book would probably end up being around 3 hours of labor tops. The math isn't right.Other than all that the guys seemed like they were intelligent well mannered and educated. If you can afford the cost it might be worth a shot but still uneccesary to pay so much for so little.

Bobby and his crew were excellent in diagnosing a problem I had been dealing with for months with my car failing emissions. I don't have a single complaint. Even a Cadillac dealership I took the car to for the same reason was unable to correctly troubleshoot what the root cause of the problem was, or really seem to put much effort into it beyond a cursory visual inspection. Their solution was replacing the aftermarket catalytic convertor I had on the car with an OEM one that cost over $1700 just in parts.The real problem went back further than that. The car s PCM (computer) was defective and needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with the existing catalytic convertor. Replacing it with an OEM one Cadillac had determined was the issue based on their diagnosis would have resulted in the car still failing emissions.Excellent service

Went to this place the first time they fix a vaccum leak on my, car but when they fix the vaccum leak notice a oil started long story short gave them a second chance had my car towed there again they told me that they would look at it the day or early the next morning lies lies lies I whine up having to have my car towed somewhere else because they had no intentions of fixing my car no way soon I am glad I did because they fix my car the next day do not recommend because of dishonesty!!!

Excellent mechanics fixe what you need at low price. Never had to take it back for the same issue...unlike other mechanical shops around Been going there for over 10 years

Service is generally good but I was not happy about being charged 85 00 to re thread a shock absorber when I could have purchased one for about 20.00.
