To whom this may concern, l wanted to thank Mac Haik Ford for hiring one of the hardest workers on this side of heaven. Felicia Irwin she had been nothing more than consistent, courteous, honest and the hardest worker l have seen since my retirement from the military in 2016. I appreciate her because she has shown me what adjustment look like if you do your job. It s been hard for me to adjust since l spent 31 years in the US Army so coming home was a major adjustment. I love to see young people working hard that s an indicator they are focus and they are thinking about their career path. Please advance her to the next level she deserves it. As a customer l may not see what you do in your employees however she disguises well if it s all a show. Thank you Mac Haik you have my family for life. Please tell Felicia l said l am grateful for her and thankful to have had her for my representative.

My insurance company uses this place for the collision service. At first it seems like that you are going to have good service until you go pick up your vehicle. My service person was out so I had someone else. Chase or Chad whoever this person is presented my car with dents, big scratch where it should have been fixed and missing parts to my car and loose mirror and wiring harnesses, which I had to fix. Also claims that all necessary repairs have been done. So I had to wait again for the repairs to the first repairs to be fixed. Also I found other parts like my window trim coming loose. I am in a business that attention to detail is key and quality is on point. I would not recommend this body shop. They are missing key things, quality and craftsmanship.

OMG, the estimator Felicia Irwin is heaven sent, she helped me tremendously on an issue with my vehicle, she was able to fix the problem, I thought it was going to be difficult but she got at it and I was out of there in no time, it was much more simple that I thought, an amazing company that hires amazing employees.

I wanted to give a BIG shout out to Corwin Mays. His hospitality and knowledge makes Mac Haik Ford one that I will continue to visit for my cars service. He is a valued employee. He has always gone above and beyond for customers like myself. Please make sure that he is accommodated for his grand service. They are terrible I ll will never go back again, Jomanda Arechiga did everything she could to get more money out of me and insurance company. Mind you that the work that I was having done was, The A/C unit costing over $3K (May 31 2022) those guys kept my car for (16) day giving me all kind of reason why they haven t finished the job Lie s. In (2018) they replaced the complete A/C Unit at Mack Haik, Thank God it was still under warranty. Do not take your car there for any recalls,she first told me everything was finished.How come when I picked up my car the backup Camera was on back order and do not know when they was getting any parts, Jomanda again. I was charged a extra $126.00 but could not explain why, that s crazy.Do your homework before using them.

JANKY!!!!! I bought a car Thursday (one I really didn t even want) but I needed a car so I went along with the deal. Well I get a call (Saturday 10-2-2021) stating they needed me to come in for a phone interview with the finance company. Never heard of this before and I ve worked in banking and auto for 10 years. I go in and they immediately tell me I had to return the car. When speaking to the manager he blamed me for the lost deal stating that the car salesman ADAM PADILLA stated that I no longer wanted the vehicle which i never stated!!!! Why the heck would I say that!? Now I did say they could give me my money back because why do I need to comeback after I ve already did my part!? Basically they worked out a janky deal and couldn t get it approved and tried to play me as if I was the problem! They had already refunded my deposit at 1:20 pm and Adam hadn t even called me yet, he didn t call me till 1:40 pm. So they already knew they were taking the car back before I even came up there. Also Remind you I reached out to Adam Friday (10-1-2021) because I noticed something was wrong with the car and he completely ignored my message. So I would say go else where. Everybody in there is janky and the customer service is horrible. I ll tell anybody who will listen to not shop with this BS place!

Bad service dont take your car there for any collision work.They said my car was drivable knowing my strut sway bar are damaged. Im pretty sure parts around behind wheel are too.
