Mr. Tom & his son were Awesome. Upon the first communication via phone he was very friendly and easygoing. As soon as I arrived they immediately began brainstorming how to take the project as I required custom fabrication to accommodate a new winch install. Through out the job they were very professional, informative and upfront with any costs. There was no hidden fees etc. I as well very much enjoyed the layer back atmosphere. While this was my first experience here I felt as though I was hanging around old friends. This was a great experience and highly recommended to anyone desiring any trailer work whether it be maintenence, custom fab work, electrical or preventive maintenance to seek the professional help of Tom's Trailer Repair.

I requested a quote for some work I needed done and they told me to send pictures of what I need done. So I did and I never heard back from them again ..a lack of professionalism and communication skills. I ll take my business elsewhere .
