Update: July 2023, Sent a friend over with a starter this week and they tested and did some troubleshooting on it. Turned out it had a weird issue that they fixed in just a few minutes. He said they had great service also. Will definitely be back if I need work done.Previous: Good service. Thank you

Presley s is the only place I trust to take my car. I ve been going there for at least close to 20 years. The staff are friendly, and they always do a fantastic job with everything. I ve never had any problems. They ve even gone out of their way to help me sometimes even when they didn t have to. I would definitely recommend Presley s.

Went today to talk to someone about an issue I have with my vehicle and 3 workers there saw me and didn't even acknowledge my presence there. I stood there for about 5-7 minutes until I decided to leave. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible workmanship! I took my Mazda here to get the brake pads replaced. I dont know what they did to align my tires. But the front tires always make screeching noise after the new brake pads. I took them back to them twice but they could not fix it. The service person are nice and the owner lady is very nice too. But I cannot trust to bring my vehicles here anymore. I suggest to shop for other options as well.

Seriously the quickest I've ever. Had my battery changed! It only took 15minutes, and the staff was super friendly and polite! Will definitely go back. :)

Best shop and best value in town they can do it all. They gave me a ride back to work so I could drop my car off to be worked on.

The people are pleasant, but I spent $1500 on problems I brought to them, and then the car developed another $900 problem the day I drove it out, which (although I'm no expert) makes it look like someone in there made a mistake during the earlier work that damaged the car computer.

Worst shop iv ever been too. They quoted me over $5000 for repairs, which I ended up getting done for $1500 they also screwed me on my ac, There theifs! Do no go!
