While they didn't have exactly what I needed, they were very nice and helpful. And they have alot of other things that I will be going back for.

After the freeze the valve on the toilet in our 5th wheel froze and cracked. I called to see when I could get an appointment and was thrilled when I was told someone could come the next day. The gentleman who came arrived on time, had the correct toilet valve with him, knew what he was doing, was polite & friendly, got the job done faster than I expected and the charges were reasonable. I will absolutely call them again if the need arises.I went into the store the day before the repairs were made. I needed a water filter. I had ordered one on Amazon, but it never arrived and I'm glad it didn't! I was able to get a 2 pack of charcoal water filters for less than half the price of what Amazon wanted for 1 water filter!Thank you for the great service your company provided!

You got to be kidding me I actually got to give them a star this RV repair shop does not deserve a star I have too many complaints to write but all I can say there's other two RV repairs in Pipe Creek take it of them do not take his place

Had an Atwood furnace go out in Kentucky just before the holidays....couldn t get parts/ anyone to fix it. We were headed to Bandera, Tx for the winter so I called Hill Country RV, gave them the furnace model number and made an appointment for our first day here. Carlos showed up, checked it out, had his parts the next day and got it going. The cost was 1/2 of what I was quoted in Kentucky. Furnace ran great for a few days and died. I called Hill Country and talked to Wayne. He and Margaret came right out. Turned out the problem was a bad connector, not related to the earlier work....but they didn t charge me for the service call anyway. Everyone I ve talked to was nice and helpful. I ll use them again.

We needed a new door handle for the camper. They had what we needed in stock and were great to deal with. I'd certainly recommend them!

The owner is a very sweet, lady who goes out of her way to help you get what you need. As a new RVer I was so thankful she had the patience and knowledge of campers to help me get exactly what I was needing.

Was traveling through Texas and our AC went out. They were able to come to the RV park and get it running. Great experience and he saved our trip.

Quoted prices then charged much more. Paid 1.5 hours labor to reseal roof and it just wasn't done.
