Very courteous and polite. They even helped me search for a rim when my tire blew out and ruined my old one. They had the new tire on in few minutes. Definitely recommend them.

Great staff, great service! The guys are really good at what they do, and they are quick with repairs and won't do anything that doesn't need to be done. Prices are very reasonable too!

My mom had a tire that kept losing air so we took her car to Ripley Parts & Tire to have it checked. The man at the counter was nice and helped us right away by grabbing a tech to take a look. The tech was super nice and let my 80 yo mother pull the car into the garage so he could take the tire off. (He obviously hasn't seen the side of her car but she did good!) He took the tire off and couldn't find a leak. We determined that it was the cold weather that made it lose air so he replaced it and didn't charge us. That was super nice of him. Mom being old school and appreciating his time spent, she tipped him $5 and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend Ripley Parts & Tire Service!

Great Place. Lowest prices around and friendly staff. Paul and his guys will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. As far as the other negative reviews I've seen on here (mostly about the wait time or people coming in after someone & them getting done faster). Yes it's happened to me BUT you have to use common sense. A tire alignment and rotation is going to take a lot longer than if someone comes in ahead of you and just needs a low tire plugged. Don't let that sway your decision because they are also honest and fair and won't try to sell you something you don't need. I'd just recommend getting there as soon as they open because are extremely busy in the afternoon.

The people that work here must have customer service training on how to be pleasant and courteous at all times, because they are. I had to get my tire fixed. First they plugged it, but it went back down AFTER I had paid them and made it home. When I called, I was told to bring it back. I ended up buying a new tire, and they showed me why I needed to buy one. As I was on the phone with my son (I know nothing about buying good tires), the tire guy was nice enough to explain everything to my son. They even refunded my money back from the first visit. This place is ALWAYS packed. That should tell you something about their work and the people there.

I was referred here by a co-worker when I was having some vehicle troubles. Paul came on-site to help me out and found the part I needed to get it running again. Service was fast and staff were friendly and helpful. Not to mention it didn't cost an arm and a leg for all of this, as I've experienced with others in the past. I'll come here again for future needs for sure!

I was not pleased with the service it took weeks for them to put breaks and rotors on and an alignment done. On another note my pregnant fianc� picked my truck up when they said it was done started driving home and my truck shook wobbled whatever so bad she was in tears. She finally made it home and the breaks where smoking excessively, they did come pick it up and fixed it but took weeks and when I did get there I checked my master cylinder which they did resolve but it was loose and leaking I had to have them tighten it then I go to leave and I notice my ABS light is on so I go in and ask about that, frank then said he would get me a used ABS module and this was back in may and still to this day they can t find one that fits supposedly, I ve been so patient but it s seriously ridiculous at this point ..

Swapped tires around and put best 2 on front and new on back like I asked. 0% interest for 6 month.

I was worked in right away and they were friendly with everyone who came in. Last visit I bought 2 tires and this visit I only needed one because I ran over a nail. The price difference was Big. Thanks for your Service.

I sent my son up here to get tires and they sold him tires that were more than 5 years old I would recommend anywhere else to buy tires other than here

You can trust their work. I feel the price is fair and they stand behind what they do. They have put on alot of tires for me and I haven't had any issue yet.

Great place to do business. Knowledgeable, friendly bunch of people. Prices are very competitive. I've called different places, checking prices in the past and they almost always have the lowest price.

If you need anything, go see Frank, he'll hook you up! He got me in and out of there in about 30 minutes. I've always gotten good service from them. Frank's the man if you need anything!!

Was there a day with my 3 small kids. They keep putting people in front of me and they broke all but one of two lug nuts off on one tire and wouldn't fix it and closed up shop. So they made me leave there with my three small kids and drive with the possibility of my tire flying off and us having a wreck.

I asked for a tire rotation and brake check but got an oil change instead. I sat there over an hour while my car was just sitting up with nothing being done to it. I will not be returning here ever again. I didn't even get an apology for the mistake they made. He just looked at me.

There prices are decent.and they know how to treat there customers and they do pretty good work.but for now I give them 3stars

If No stars were an option, I'd select No Stars. This place really needs to drug test their employees- but the owner is also in question. I took my car in to have two tires fixed. They broke my valve stem- which, in turn, made my tire sensor light come on and stay on. I spoke with Paul, the owner, and he had a "whatever, can't fix it" attitude. I was out almost $300.00 to fix their Shade Tree work. Paul's finances must be bad when He's screwing people over just to keep his doors open. Paul, do everyone a favor, file Bankruptcy already- you have lost your morals and your public is seeing it!!! Never compromise your standards, it comes out eventually!!!
