Walked in, told my sales guy Josh Peters what I wanted out of a machine and what I d be using it for. He took me to exactly what I wanted, then helped me with the accessories I wanted on it. Extraordinary customer service from showing machines to closing the sale. The service department did an excellent job of getting my windshield, doors, bumper, winch, and back window installed in a timely fashion. To top it all off, Josh (the sales guy) took me riding with him to a little park in Calhoun to put the break in hours on my machine! I will NEVER buy another machine from anyone but PRO-X! #proxpowersports

Brendan was very patient and helpful with our decision process. He had all the information and if we had a question he couldn t answer he was humble and made an effort to find the answer. He was laid back but in a good way. Made us feel relaxed. We really appreciated the time he took finding exactly what we wanted. He was very honest and transparent with all costs and fees. We will return for any future purchases.

Got a fair deal on a new rzr and trailer, drove 2hrs to get there, a couple times. Super nice sales guy, but every visit he was interrupted and called away by his manager...even during the pick up! Management awareness is pretty important in that setting, could definitely be better here.

This is by far the best powersports dealer around. No one can touch their prices. Josh was able to hook me up with a new Polaris General at a great price. I will always do business with them and send everyone i know to them

We did not buy our rzr from pro x, but Chris Brae has always welcomed us when we walk in and shows interest in our rig. The service center is amazing. They are honest and on time! We will be back for continued service

I called the dealership about a Ranger I found on their website. Ryan D explained their pricing schedule and offfered to make some changes to a machine that met my needs. He replaced a couple of options and emailed me a quote that I liked. Financing was easy and Ryan kept in touch and communicated very well throughout the sales process. Upon arrival we looked the Ranger over and did the paperwork promptly. Overall a great, positive process and he was very knowledgeable about his product lines.

Fantastic buying process at Pro X. My salesman Mike Neal made the process seamless! Called Mike and was able to pick up my Polaris Ranger 2 days later!! 5 stars!! I will buy my next SXS from Mike and Pro X.

If you re thinking of buying a Polaris of any kind I absolutely recommend you call the salesman Chris Bray at Pro X powersports! He went out of his way to answer all my questions and had everything ready for me when I arrived that made my experience quick and pain free once I arrived at the dealership. The dealership operates on a high volume low margin which gave me a little pause thinking they were going to try and add profit somewhere but that was t the case. He quoted me the best price of any dealership around. That s what I drive the 2+ hours to do business with Chris and Pro X powersports. I can t recommend them enough!

Nate Posey called me in response to an on-line inquiry. Once I told Nate what I was looking for, he found a 2024 Polaris Xpedition XP 5 NorthStar and we equipped it with everything offered. He delivered the finished product within a few weeks and was excellent to work with. I'll refer the dealership and Nate and I will also be a return customer.

Amazing experience buying my Ranger 1000. From the first time I spoke with Chris Bray until the deal was finalized, he was responsive and honest. I couldn't get most dealerships to even return my call, but once I found Pro X, I knew I found the right dealership. Had to drive a few hours to reach them, but well worth the trip. Thanks again to Chris for his integrity and making the whole process a breeze.

Josh Peters did a great job and was very knowledgeable. Even after the purchase was final he still continued to tell help us and answer all of our questions. I do not know any of the other salesmen, however, Josh did a great job and I would recommend him for your next purchase at pro x.

Nate was the best and all of the crew there were amazing with helping me out with every little step to bring home our brand new 2023 Polaris my kids and I have been enjoying it and we ve had so many people say just how much they love the look also. It s a very good 4 wheeler and I couldn t be more happy with the outcome

After several months of looking and speaking with my salesman Cooper, I finally pulled the trigger on a new RZR. Cooper went above and beyond to make my purchase as streamline as possible. From helping me with my accessory choices to walking me through the best warranty options, I certainly feel like I got the best bang for my buck. 10/10 recommend Cooper and ProX Ooltewah!
