I was just in there getting a spear mount done on my trailer and I don t wanna say too much cause I don t wanna get nobody in trouble, but the people that work there are simply god sent. Just when it seems like you re losing faith god knows just how to bring reassurance in mysterious ways!. I read a lot of the reviews on here and one thing that stood out to me that everyone has failed to acknowledged was that , as little as they might seem these are God s blessings

Very nice guys ! They did everything possible to finish the work quickly. They order the part for my Volvo truck from dealership and fixed it right away. I was very impressed with the integrity. Thank you Jason, Cyrus and Eric for good and quick service! One of the best truck repair shops..

Just had to get air for my tire because the dam pilot truck air system at the pump instead of giving me air stole air from my tire dropped me from 100 to 80psi. I went in and ask hey so the air at the pumps just stole some air so you mind if I borrow an air hose to air up my flat tire. No problem. He even made a quick fitting for me to do so. Thanks for the help I will keep you guys in mind for service in the future!!

I had 15 of my 18 tires obliterated and these guys are simply the very best. Blake, Kevin, Josh and I forget the rest of the guys name but they took care of me. Not only did they take care of the situation they made sure nothing else was damaged. They also were very empathetic towards my situation.

Had exactly what I needed courteous and knowledgeable about there service and products very efficient in getting me in and out definitely care about there jobs and customers take a lot of pride in there work Jason and Chris are amazing be sure to ask for one of them sincerely Hendricks and Mihm s trucking

Me and my mom were coming into town from a family event and not only one but two tires blew we were a hour out from our home in Antioch and if it weren t for the two great men that helped us we wouldn t know what to do ! Absolutely fast service in and out and the most warmest people ever !!

Had a small hole in one of my air lines, stopped in to see if they had a fitting to splice the lines together. They were the best, even put out on the truck for me at no charge. I'll be back again someday.

Our brake pad fell off while we where at the gas station in front of this tire Mart and left us pretty much stranded(were from Ohio and where on the way home) The people here are amazing! Very polite and hardworking people.. We lost our brakes around 4 and they had the parts changed and had us ready to go about 7. We are so very great full for these people, and cannot thank them enough. Place is very clean and has great AC. Big thank you to Jason and everyone else who worked to get us back on the road!

I was pulling my boat through TN last month and my bearings failed on my trailer. Southern Tire Mart was close and surprisingly open on Sunday.From the start the crew there was very accommodating and helpful.They worked with another local company to get a new axle and saved me money where they could.Great work and friendly people. Highly recommend.

I was out of town when my car started making noises and I took to these guys. Even though I didn't have my car repaired here, the staff knew what was wrong and went the extra mile to help me secure a way to get home and tow the car with me. I want to personally thank Cyrus and Robert for their professionalism and caring during this stressful situation! I would highly recommend them!

I was on a road trip and my tire blew out on the top of Monteagle Mtn. I also didn't have a jack to fix the flat myself so I had to find help and fast. I googled and found this shop conveniently located right off the interstate. I could not have had a better experience at Southern Tire! The gentlemen there took the time to not only put on my spare but also made sure the other tires were all safe for the rest of my road trip. If you are in the area and find yourself needing service don't hesitate! This shop is a 10 out of 10! Thanks guys! :)

The people at STM were extremely friendly! We took our RV in May 11th and we thought we were going to pick it up the following day because of parts to be ordered. We ended up picking it up the 17th, 6 days later which we were not very happy about due to we live in this unit. Things were not right when we picked it up. They replaced the rear leveling valves and they were not right. The back was too low to the ground. When we got it home, the rig was not drivable. I called the following day and Blake assured me they would take care of me because we were leaving on a 3000 mile trip in 4 weeks. 3 weeks went by after many phone calls. One week before our trip, I was more persistent and finally they sent techs out. The second day they sent Nathaniel. Nathaniel is the whole reason we gave a five star review! He persevered and did not give up until we had a functioning RV! We feel STM dropped the ball on this repair and Nathaniel saved their reputation. Not only did he do the outstanding job, but called us after we were on our trip to check how things were going. This was beyond outstanding customer service and because of this we will take our unit back to STM. Thanks Nathaniel! You went beyond the call of duty!

I was traveling through and got a flat ( on camper) just happened to be at this exit. I took the tire off my camper and these awesome people got a new one mounted in no time, had it in stock. I was back on the road quickly. Would recommend this place for sure, thanks again, great service

I had a screw get in a tire coming up i24 and by the time I got to the exit my air pressure was down to 20 luckily I pulled in to the gas station to find it and get some air back in the tire. Called southern tire to see if they could fix. Jason told me to come on over. They where short staffed but with the two there Jason and "Red" as he called him, had the tire patched and back on the road in no time at all. These guys work hard and I would recommend them to any one.

I lost a air to air clamp on Mont eagle, just over 1 mile from here. I limped it in and prayed there was some sort of garage. Well there is and they had the clamp I so needed. The young man Robert helped me put it on. And drove me back where I was parked. And only charged me for the part. Very very well pleased. Thank you so much

What started out as a flat tire and road service from Southern Tire Mart turned into some major repairs on my trailer at their shop. These guys and gals treated me like family. They made sure everything was in order before sending me down the other side of the mountain. Thank y'all for everything!

Slowest flat tire repair ever !If near by, I'd call a service truck to come out and repair it faster.2 1/2 hours for a flat?Ridiculous!Terminate everyone and start over.I'd give minus 5 stars if I could.
