Hi Everyone, I am going to try and be as quick as possible. We purchased or 2nd RV just today. It was probably the best experience we have ever had for any large priced item. The service was above a 100%. The minute we walked through the doors the Lord met us. Open arms, smiles and committed hearts and minds. They listened to every concern, what we wanted and did n t. They made us feel like family around the dinner table. We took Emily on a 2 hour walk. Even looking at RV for the fun. She was such a joy. The return visit she was off. Jim picked us up. Again heard our hearts. We talked life with everyone we met. The manger was awesome. Came out to meet us and chatted. The service people heard every word and discussed with us the complete RV. From top to bottom, side to side. Added a gooseneck to our truck. Dusted and clean washed and did windows. WE love you guys and will carry our excitement and experience for a life time. The purchase was easy and fair. The salesperson Emily Gosse was an absolute treat to deal with. She was cordial and helpful. The service guys were very knowledge and helpful throughout the day. Now for the only reason 4 instead of 5 stars- the deal was made two weeks before we drove to pick it up. We were there for most of the day for the hitch to be installed(which was excellent!) - the RV was not ready for delivery whatsoever.... During the walkthrough the rv had several issues that was obvious... Leak over the couch area (water in the couch) dead lady bugs in all corners ( this wasn't one or two-but colonies- obvious it wasn't cleaned. Several trim pieces loose and pulled from wall... Ceiling fan unbalanced.. this was all that was apparently visible......these issues were all fixed (add back a 1/2star!) it was a shock to find that the grey water and black water flush handles were MISSING - again the service guys were excellent. Overall it would be 5 STARS if it had been a little cleaner. The best news is on our maiden voyage- there have been NO ISSUES so yes; I would Definitely recommend A&L RV Sales for purchase and service.

A&L is a low pressure sales RV dealership that will work with you throughout the buying process. Their lifetime guarantee is excellent. Taking the RV to the dealership once a year for inspection is a breeze and catches most items needing attention. The service staff get you in and out fast. Mikayla at the service desk goes above and beyond and the service techs keep you apprised of progress and any issues they find. Thanks A&L for taking care of customers.

We are extremely pleased with A&Ls service team. The service manager and advisor, Aaron and Makayla were very friendly and helpful. Before we spent money on a replacement part, Aaron had Johnny take a quick look and do some tests. Was only a loose wire we were back on the road in no time! We are so appreciative of their respectful and considerate work ethics. We are happy campers!

The overall experience was good. I have been disappointed in the service department. I had an issue connecting the WeRV and the service department was no help. I have also had to add air to one of the tires 3 times since I brought the unit home. It apparently was not checked on the final prep before pickup. I am going to have to remove the tire and get it checked. I feel this cost should be taken care of by the dealer. Other than the tire issue we have been satisfied so far with the camper.

It was simple and easy process, had everything done before we got there, walked through, signed and took delivery. Everyone there was outstanding as far as customer service. But I have to say the parts lady who explained to me what the break assist is for because I didn't understand it as I've never needed one before I was our little camper. Thank you to her. And then the service guy Chris he went above and beyond He was out there with us answering every single question doing little things that went above and beyond amazing amazing worker He is reason enough to go there but there's so many other reasons to go there. I hope they realize what a good employee he is and what an asset he is to their company. And then you've got the lifetime warranty like that's amazing seriously I don't know I can't say anything bad like we had some hiccups at when we first got there in the afternoon which was our fault we forgot something it totally are on us but you know what they did They said don't worry about it Just stay here and you're trade-in hook up to our power and our water and we'll take care of it in the morning and they did I mean seriously I am positive you never get that kind of service other big name places. We appreciate them and we will probably be a long time customer I can't imagine us going anywhere else in the future but this house is going to be ours My husband said at least 5 years but I'm thinking more like 15 Thank you A&l for making it as simple easy process that we can walk away and be happy that we came to you to make our next house purchase!

I wanted to do a review of our positive experience with service at A&L, Christiana. Our 2022 Winnegabgo Minnie (purchased at the Columbia store), developed slide out problems with the Schwintek drive mechanism. After speaking with Lippert, we called service at Christiana. I spoke with Alex and explained the situation. He reassured us they could carry out the upgrade Lippert recommended. He gave us a date to drop off our trailer. While there he did explain it would likely take at least a month given the warranty hoops that would need to be negotiated with Lippert as well as ordering/getting parts in. He kept us informed throughout as things progressed. The process did take 5 weeks but the result is a slide that now functions more smoothly than the day we bought the trailer! Thanks to A&L, Alex and David (slide service tech).

The sales and service teams here are top notch. No pressure atmosphere to really figure out what your looking for. Everyone was really nice and answered all of my questions (I had alot, lol). Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or get work done.

Salesman Jim Dixon was great and very accommodating. Only complaints, rv had oil change required warning when we got it, auto leveling system was not working properly, generator will not start and will have to go to Nashville for repairs. Oil warning and leveling system calibration remedied quickly by service department. This is our second rv from A&L and will recommend them to others.

We highly recommend the service department at A&L RV. I called and was able to quickly schedule our Alliance Paradigm for a factory defect repair. Alex greeted us on arrival. He stayed in touch and even sent a video of the repair being completed. The repair was completed much faster than we anticipated, and Alex took care of all of the factory warranty paperwork. We were very pleased with our experience at A&L.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Their service was atrocious. No one came outside to ask if we needed assistance, and when I came inside to ask for it, the woman behind the counter just gave me a vague answer about the type of bumper pull I was looking for, pointed, and told me that if I went that way and followed the hall... I could look on the sales lot to see if I could find what I was looking for. After looking around and not locating the trailer I needed, I went back inside (because no one came outside to check on me while out there either) and asked one of the salesmen at their desks if they had any trailers within my price range. He pulled a face and told me no. There was no, "But let me see if we can look in our catalog and see if we can order something for you." or anything to that effect.I was prepared to pay cash TODAY for the trailer I needed, but because of their abysmal customer service skills, they missed out. I just bought my trailer elsewhere way to suck A & L RV Sales.

Emily was a very helpful with our questions and letting us take our time. Daniel was refreshing in finance with some great tips and good information. The service dept was on point getting us set up and rolling safely in timely manner. Overall a perfect experience. Thank you A&L.

I had a busted water pump in my camper. The employees were so polite and helpful. They had my part in stock and even gave me a first responder discount. I will definitely be recommending them. 10/10

Found my camper at the RV show. Very impressed with the customer service, knowledge, helpfulness and willingness to go above and beyond from the sales staff. Also, big kuddos to the service deparment for walkng us around the store and explaining all of the possible things we may need, the use of each and why we would need it. Overall fantastic experience!!! Support small businesses.

The A&L service department from Aaron the service manager and the service person Alex. Alex kept us informed along the way during the repair. And the service technician did an excellent job on the repair of the slide out. Great attention to detail putting everything back together. Thank you all very much. Wow! I have had service done at a few places in all my years of owning campers.I took my camper to A&L for a couple of manufacturer's recalls and was so impressed by the service team!Geoff is absolutely amazing! He was in contact with me several times with updates. He even sent me a couple of pictures and an explanation on an issue we were having. He definitely put my mind to ease!They only had the camper a full day and were able to address the recalls and the issue with our water pump (ended up being my fault).I'm so thankful that their service team took the time to quickly and efficiently address the issues. I can not recommend their service team enough!

We found the perfect used travel trailer at A&L. Their sales and shop personnel are absolutely the best! Everything from our initial inquiry to our first night in our Little Guy exceeded our expectations. We strongly recommend A&L.

Very nice people and nice dealership!The only things wrong were concerning the prep for our new Thor Palazzo Class A.It wasn t very clean on the outside. Wheels badly stained from sitting water over the past year.Sales sticker tape on the inside front windows & outside plastic front windshield protector (that said remove by dealer) took 1 1/2 hrs to remove. It was dry and brittle and only came off in small pieces with razor blades.Inside rear tires (had to buy valve stem extensions to fill) were only at 95lbs & outsides were at 105psi.Screen door had no latch. Thor is sending it to me.Inside wood damage at front door entrance, and what appears to be a screw popping up through the floor has damaged flooring.We were told theses would be fixed and tech took pictures.We re camping for the first time this coming week and we hope to find everything works, but we re a little concerned.

Ok, another year and again we were very pleased!! Upon calling and scheduling our annual inspection we Learned there had been some changes to the service department. Today we went in and checked into service. We met Geoff Booker. Geoff is the service advisor. He took very good care of us. He kelp us informed and even worked us in to get repairs on our awning light strip. Another big shout out to Doug !!Doug was on the lot moving campers and stoped to help us hooking back up !!We also got to spend time talking to the Sales Mgr Alex. Alex sold us our 5th wheel three years ago !!!Everyone made us feel welcome and like we were part of the A&L Family !!!A&L it seems you have put together a great group of professionals!! We look forward to doing business with you for years to come !!!

Had my camper In the shop and was scheduled for a camping trip and they were waiting parts to arrive. The manager reached out and said that he heard I was going to miss a trip that I had planned for a while. He said that they didn't want me to miss my trip and work to find a way to get my camper fixed and done so we could leave tomorrow for our camping trip. Very pleased at how he helped. Very good customer service. Happy customer!

We purchased an EGo travel trailer and had the best experience ever. Jim Dixon, our sales agent, worked hard to find us the right fit and we are so happy! They even got us ready to go on a Saturday! Thats just typical of their above and beyond service! All the way around from the friendly helpful service from Jim to the nice finance guy to Jimmy the technician who got us all ready to leave on Saturday!! They are fantastic!!

I highly recommend A & L's service department. They got us in quickly and Alex did an amazing job communicating with us! We so appreciate the communication aspect (many other places are lacking in). They also always answered the phone when we would call.They also have a great selection of RV s on the lot and also the parts and accessories shop is well stocked.
