Zero star if I could. This company totally took advantage of my daughter when she was alone in the dark, stuck in a ditch. She only needed towed out of the ditch, not anywhere further. It took him about 5 minutes, start to finish. The first thing he said to my daughter when he arrived was,"This is going to cost you $250.00, do you have a way to pay for that?" (What?!) They were called by a state trooper, so I'm not sure if they thought this was going to be classified as an accident with insurance and charged that ridiculous rate or what. But they never quoted any price to the trooper over the phone. She was totally taken advantage of in her situation. The guy knew she was desperate to get out by the time they arrived. She was alone, in a ditch, in the dark. I'm just grateful she didn't have her two babies with her at the time.However, if she had, he might've been fair. Even after googling average cost of this type of thing, they were way more expensive than the average. (And more than I've ever seen for roadside assistance working as an insurance agent in the area) I, or my family would never call them again, nor will I refer anyone to them.

Only place I trust for my daughter's to go when I am thousands of miles away working. Honest towing and trustworthy mechanic work proud to have them in the ol roledadex or cellphone.

Jimmy helped us out in a pinch and I can't thank him enough. Was adorable and he was straight forward and very professional. Was kind enough to even show us what was wrong with the car before he towed it off. Fixed in the same day.

He didn't have time. Wow I understand people get busy, I've always took my car to Jimmy. Was disappointed when he said he didn't have time. It would be next week! It was only Thursday. I only have 1 car n it would've took all of 15 min what I was asking for. It's done now.

Wonderful service!!!! Miracle for me!!!! what they figured out about my blinkers!!!! Very cost efficient *for a miracle* also! New Yorker was a top-notch genius!!!! Took me from can't drive nobody can figure it out to fine and dandy in 20 min!!!!!

Best Shop in SC. Has been working on my Trucks for my fleet for over 7 years. Best prices and best work around. Highly recommended! He fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to charge you for things you do not need! That's hard to find in today's market! A+++

Towed a car of mine to a tire shop and was very friendly at first . I had left money in the car for my boyfriend to pay the tire shop after he got off of work & my boyfriend looked and looked for the money and it wasn t where i had left it . He first asked the people at the tire shop & they assured him they did not see anything and told him the manager is the person who was handling his car. He then called ellison s and said he had left money in the car and if he had seen anything and the guy was very hesitant and proceeded to say i don t need your money. This showed a red flag, will not be going back to them because i don t appreciate getting $400 stolen from us.

If you need great quality work at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. The only place i will take my vehicle. They are honest good people.

They are very honest and they do great work and they don t try and rip you off like some shops so I recommend this shop for anyone who wants someone honest and that would be jimmy Ellison & crew 4-17-20

I had Jimmy to move a utility building for me and he did everything that he said he would do, including calling me back and being on time.He is a great guy and really straight forward!!!

Went for tune up,ended up with leak ,going to charge me 325.00 to fix it ,when he didn't even know where it was leaking. Takes advantage of seniors and woman. Want ever go back.
