I was very particular about what I wanted to get out of the ceramic coating on my car. I wanted a super glossy shine. The owner (Chase) knew which direction to point me in. There are a lot of products on the market. And with me doing my due diligence on looking at all possible products out there. I had yet to decide which one to go with. I wish I had just started by asking Chase. That would have saved me a whole lot of time. You can tell he has been doing Ceramic Coating for a long time.They even tinted my windows to perfection. I left them with the task of choosing the right tint that would look good on my car (because there are so many to choose from). And Chase did it again; after he had a simple conversation with me, he picked up on what kind of person I am so he could pick out a good product and color of tint for me. Having someone like Chase to help you decide on things you don't know about was a relief.P.S. I found this company online, and the biggest reason I went with them is that they gave a total upfront price when the other companies gave me a base price that would have skyrocketed after they got my car in their shop.

Chase and his staff are awesome. I ve been bringing him vehicles for a few years now and he always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. I will never use another detail shop as long as the doors are open here.

Chase and his team are top notch. The pricing is fair. They stick to their word. The work is impeccable. I would not even consider going anywhere else. My car was show room condition and dents, dings and paint looked amazing.Thanks for the awesome job guys! Cheers!

Had the headlights restored on my 1998 3000GT. I am blown away with how well they turned out, and I regret not coming to them sooner! I definitely will not hesitate with any future detailing needs. The staff and detailers were friendly and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to future business, and I can t recommend them enough! Proof is in the photos..

Chase and his team were truly professional, experienced, and very helpful with all my detailing needs. They go above and beyond to make things right for a customer. They are very knowledgeable about how to protect the cars paint, and use only the best products. I am new to the area, and was truly impressed with them. Chase and Michael were great! I came in to get the underneath of my bumper quickly reattached and an estimate on ding and scratch repair. They were incredibly friendly and able to quickly reattach the bumper no charge. I ll definitely be back once I get an estimate on the cosmetic fixes!

I got a flat on my work van. I was 30 minutes from Greenville and stranded on a dirt road on a big hill. They came out and replaced the flat for me so I could get back to the job as fast as possible AND when we brought it to the shop they did an amazing job and replaced our tire and fixed the pressure sensor. They are awesome!!

These guys are amazing! They totally stand behind their work and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. Ryan is outstanding and will not be satisfied until the work is up to his standards. Christy is a ball of energy with a dynamite personality. Chase is super as well and goes the extra mile for sure! Can t not say enough about the staff and their customer service. They do great work for sure.

I dropped off my '01 4Runner for a full detail recently and Chase and his team went above and beyond expectations. Brought it back to life! The price was spot-on for the level of service provided. Really glad I found this place. I have been riding around with an unsightly dent for 2 years. Honda was going to charge me $1,200+ and take over a week to fix. PDR is the way to go! I spent half the money and time. My car looks almost brand new!

After visiting the State Park Rd location and dealing with Ryan, with whom I was very impressed, I brought my truck back the Greer location to address the smaller dents the other shop did not specialize in. Markeem, took care of my truck and frankly made it look as if nothing had happened at all. Let me be clear, this was a BIG hit from a tree. Ryan at the other location made it look extremely good... Markeem made it go away completely (he is a specialist after all). This whole outfit is excellent. All the guys at this shop were very friendly and professional as well. And Kristy... what a class act! She was super helpful and attentive. She remembered me from the first time we met when she sent me to the State Park location, and welcomed me as if I was a part of the team. Details and Dents is 100% my place to go for any cosmetic repairs to my vehicles.

It was our first time at details in dents. Christie made everything so easy. she explained the process, was very fair with the price. we will definitely be back. We had some hardened cement removed from the wheel wells and the side of the car.

My car recently had substantial hail damage, and my insurance company was incredibly difficult to deal with. Despite that, Details and Dents went above and beyond working with us and our difficult insurance company to get the car repaired back to almost new condition. Christy, the office manager, truly advocates for her customers and really had our back! She made countless calls to the insurance company to fight for our claim. The insurance adjuster missed some damage, and she made sure they got it covered. She even made sure our insurance provided us with a rental. The owner, Chase, was also great to work with with and I couldn t be more pleased with how my car turned out. I can t recommend this company enough!

Best in town. I have a multiple cars that all needed some attention. Chase showed up and was able to facilitate each project that was slightly different from the other. All of my cars have been restored to their prior condition in less than a couple hours for a reasonable price. A real professional can be hard to come by but rest assured you have one here.

Super friendly and professional. They did a great job with my minor dents. They used a paint pen on my scratch, which made a big improvement. The scratch is still very visible though. I think they might have done a little more to smooth out the surface after the paint was applied. The paint they applied sits proud of the surface, creating a shadow which draws attention. If curing time is a concern, they might have suggested I bring it back at a later date for further remediation. Overall, I'm happy... Just not delighted. Thus the 4 star rating.

I had multiple dents and dings all over my truck and Details and Dents were highly recommended by someone I know. Chase and staff did an amazing job of not only removing the dents but also polished entire truck and windows to get my dream truck looking new again. Very few people meet my expectations but Chase most definitely did!! Highly recommend Details and Dents to anyone in need of dent removal or detailing!!!
